目的: 湿疹与自身免疫性疾病之间的因果关系尚未见报道。本研究旨在评估湿疹与自身免疫性疾病之间的因果关系。方法: 使用双样本孟德尔随机化(Mendelian randomization，MR)方法来评估湿疹对自身免疫性疾病的因果影响。基因组关联研究(Genome-Wide Association Study catalog，GWAS)汇总数据来自综合流行病学部门(Integrative Epidemiology Unit，IEU)数据库。根据显著性(Pc instrument variants，GIVs)。使用逆方差加权(inverse‐variance weighted，IVW)方法生成因果效应估计；MR Egger、最大似然、MR-PRESSO和MR-RAPS方法进行替代分析；异质性、水平多效性和留一分析进行敏感性测试。最后评估反向因果关系。结果: 患克罗恩病(crohn’s disease，cd) (OR=1.444，95% cI 1.199~1.738，Plcerative colitis，Uc) (OR=1.002，95% cI 1.001~1.003，P=0.002)的风险随着湿疹的遗传易感性而增加。但其他6种自身免疫性疾病，包括系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus，SlE) (OR=0.932，P=0.401)、大疱性类天疱疮(bullous pemphigoid，BP) (OR=1.191，P=0.642)、白癜风(OR=1.000，P=0.327)、多发性硬化症(multiple sclerosis，MS) (OR=1.000，P=0.965)、强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis，AS) (OR=1.001，P=0.121)和类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis，RA) (OR=1.000，P=0.460)与湿疹未见因果关系。同时，自身免疫性疾病与湿疹之间不存在反向因果关系。结论: 湿疹患者患cd和Uc的风险更高，而湿疹与SlE、MS、AS、RA、BP和白癜风之间无因果关系。.; OBJEcTIVES: The causal relationship between eczema and autoimmune diseases has not been previously reported. This study aims to evaluate the causal relationship between eczema and autoimmune diseases. METHOdS: The two-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) method was used to assess the causal effect of eczema on autoimmune diseases. Summary data from the Genome-Wide Association Study catalog (GWAS) were obtained from the Integrative Epidemiology Unit (IEU) database. For eczema and autoimmune diseases, genetic instrument variants (GIVs) were identified according to the significant difference (Pcausal effect estimates were generated using the inverse-variance weighted (IVW) method. MR Egger, maximum likelihood, MR-PRESSO, and MR-RAPS methods were used for alternative analyses. Sensitivity tests, including heterogeneity, horizontal pleiotropy, and leave-one-out analyses, were performed. Finally, reverse causality was assessed. [目的]旨在掌握某工业场地土壤中砷(As)的空间分布特征并揭示其迁移规律,为该工业场地土壤As污染防治提供数据与理论基础。[方法]本文选取葫芦岛市某工业场地为研究区,首先统计分析了场地内土壤As含量的空间分布特征,并比较了等温与动态吸附两种获取土壤中As(Ⅲ)吸附参数的实验方法的特点与适用性,最终利用HYdRUS-1d模型反演计算了As(Ⅲ)在供试土壤中的d_(l)、K、α、β等迁移参数。[结果]场地土壤As浓度水平分布具有显著差异,在垂向上主要富集于40 cm深度内,且随深度增加而降低。等温吸附实验的结果表明:土样中As(Ⅲ)的平衡固相浓度随液相浓度增加呈非线性增长趋势,langmuir模型(R^(2)=0.988)对实测数据的拟合效果优于Henry和Freundlich模型。动态吸附实验结果展示了As(Ⅲ)相对浓度完全穿透土柱所需的污染液体积随As(Ⅲ)初始浓度的增加而减少的规律;HYdRUS-1d反演结果表明三类吸附模型中,langmuir模型(R^(2)=0.990)更适用于模拟土样中As(Ⅲ)的动态吸附过程。相较于等温吸附实验,使用动态吸附实验模拟As(Ⅲ)迁移行为更接近其在土壤中的真实迁移过程。[结论]该场地中的As污染来源于工业活动,主要集中在浅层土壤;土壤中As(Ⅲ)的迁移行为表现为非线性过程,较高的初始浓度将加速As(Ⅲ)的垂向迁移。动态吸附实验方法应优先应用于土壤As迁移过程及其参数获取的研究中。

We have recently proposed a new technique of plasma tailoring by laser-driven hydrodynamic shockwaves generated on both sides of a gas jet[Marquès et al.,*** 28,023103(2021)].In a continuation of this numerical work,we study experimentally the influence of the tailoring on proton acceleration driven by a high-intensity picosecond laser in three cases:without tailoring,by tailoring only the entrance side of the picosecond laser,and by tailoring both sides of the gas *** tailoring,the acceleration is transverse to the laser axis,with a low-energy exponential spectrum,produced by coulomb *** the front side of the gas jet is tailored,a forward acceleration appears,which is significantly enhanced when both the front and back sides of the plasma are *** forward acceleration produces higher-energy protons,with a peaked spectrum,and is in good agreement with the mechanism of collisionless shock acceleration(cSA).The spatiotemporal evolution of the plasma profile is characterized by optical shadowgraphy of a probe *** refraction and absorption of this beam are simulated by post-processing 3d hydrodynamic simulations of the plasma *** with the experimental results allows estimation of the thickness and near-critical density of the plasma slab produced by tailoring both sides of the gas *** parameters are in good agreement with those required for cSA.

Efficacy of nonsolvent flower pollen extracts in healthy women with urinary incontinence:A randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled,parallel study

目的在重症监护病房(IntensivecareUnit,IcU),护土难免会遇到需要限制治疗努力(limiting therapeutie efort,lTE)的患者,尽管多数护士还缺乏为这些临终患者及其家庭提供支持的准备。本综述旨在描述IcU护士在lTE中需要具备的能力。方法对2010年--2023年发表的文献进行综述。系统检索了5个数据库:Medline、Wiley Online library、SciElO、Sciencedirect和Web of Science。使用关键评估项目工具西班牙语版(critical Appraisal Skills Programme in Spanish,cASPe)作为评判性阅读工具。使用牛津循证医学中心(center for Evidence-Based Medicine.,cEBM)评估工具确定证据级别和推荐强度。结果共纳入25篇文献。IcU护士lTE护理的能力包括对患者的直接护理、以家庭为中心的护理以及护士在团队中的作用。该综述确定了3个类别的能力:作为患者、家庭与跨学科团队之间维护者的能力,在lTE方面的决策能力,在患者生命末期治疗和护理干预的能力。结论IcU护士在lTE方面需要具备相应的能力,这对患者的生活质量死亡尊严以及患者家庭应对悲伤的全面支持至关重要。

Electrokinetic-mechanism of water and furfural oxidation on pulsed laser-interlaced cu_(2)O and coO on nickel foam

The electrocatalytic oxidation of biomass-derived furfural(FF)feedstocks into 2-furoic acid(FA)holds immense industrial potential in optics,cosmetics,polymers,and ***,we fabricated co O/Ni O/nickel foam(NF)and cu_(2)O/Ni O/NF electrodes via in situ pulsed laser irradiation in liquids(PlIl)for the bifunctional electrocatalysis of oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and furfural oxidation reaction(FOR),*** oxidation of NF surface to NiO and deposition of coO and/or cu_(2)O on NF during PlIl offer distinct advantages for enhancing both the OER and ***/NiO/NF electrocatalyst provides a consistently low overpotential of~359 m V(OER)at 10 m A/cm^(2),achieving the maximum FA yield(~16.37 m M)with 61.5%selectivity,79.5%carbon balance,and a remarkable Faradaic efficiency of~90.1%during 2 h of FOR at 1.43 V(*** hydrogen electrode).Mechanistic pathway via in situ electrochemical-Raman spectroscopy on coO/NiO/NF reveals the involvement of phase transition intermediates(NiOOH and coOOH)as surface-active centers during electrochemical *** carbonyl carbon in FF is attacked by hydroxyl groups to form unstable hydrates that subsequently undergo further oxidation to yield FA *** method holds promise for large-scale applications,enabling simultaneous production of renewable building materials and fuel.

A study of the inelastic scattering of neutrons with an energy of 14.1 MeV on the nuclei of oxygen,phosphorus,and sulfur was performed at the TANGRA facility at JINR(dubna).The experiment aimed to refine existing data and obtain new data on the yields and angular distributions ofγ-quanta emitted by the studied nuclei due to neutron-induced nuclear reactions using the tagged neutron *** types of detector systems were used to registerγ-***γ-ray yields were measured using a high-purity germanium(HPGe)*** angular distributions ofγ-rays were obtained using a system of 18 scintillation detectors based on bismuth germanite Bi_(4)Ge_(3)O_(12)(BGO)located around the *** performed experiments measured the yields of two transitions for the reaction of tagged neutrons with 16O,nine transitions for the reaction with ^(31)P,and nine transitions for the reaction with ^(32)S for the first *** angular anisotropy of theγ-radiation accompanying the inelastic scattering of neutrons with an energy of 14.1 MeV on ^(31)P nuclei was also measured for the first time.

crystal structure and luminescence dynamics of highly pure liM(PO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)(M=Sr,ca) red phosphors for white light emitting diodes

Highly pure red phosphors liM(PO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)(M=Sr,ca) doped with Eu^(3+)(1 mol%) were synthesized via solution combustion method and their crystal structure and luminescence dynamics were studied to explore its suitability in white light emitting *** Rietveld refinement analysis of the powder Xray diffraction patterns reveals that the phosphors belong to the pure triclinic phase of liSr(PO_(3))_(3) and lica(PO_(3)) with space group P-1(2).The scanning electron microscopy images showed the agglomerated *** photoluminescence emission spectra under 393 nm show an orange band at 594 nm and a red band at 613 nm ascribed to ^(5)d_(0)→^(7)F_(1).^(5)d_(0)→^(7)F_(2) transitions of Eu^(3+)ion in both the ***,the spectroscopic properties such as luminescence behaviour,and Stark splitting were used to examine the symmetry of Eu^(3+)ions in liM(PO_(3))_(3):Es^(3+)(M=Sr,ca) phosphors in terms of distortion induced upon *** Stark splitting shows that the actual site symmetry for Eu^(3+)ion was estimated to be d_(2) type for both *** photometric properties of lica(PO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)such as commission International de l'Eclairage coordinates(x=0.64,y=0.36) near to the standard one(red),high color purity(95%) and higher brightness reveal that the phosphor has the capability of acting as a red component in n-UV white light emitting diodes.

We report the detection of aγ-ray bubble spanning at least 100deg2 in ultra-high energy(UHE)up to a few PeV in the direction of the star-forming region cygnus X,implying the presence super PeVatron(s)accelerating protons to at least 10 PeV.A log-parabola form with the photon indexΓ(E)=(2.71±0.02)+(0.11±0.02)×log10(E/10 TeV)is found fitting the gamma-ray energy spectrum of the bubble *** sources,“hot spots”correlated with very massive molecular clouds,and a quasi-spherical amorphousγ-ray emitter with a sharp central brightening are observed in the *** the core of~0.5°,spatially associating with a region containing massive OB association(cygnus OB2)and a microquasar(cygnus X-3),as well as previously reported multi-TeV sources,an enhanced concentration of UHEγ-rays is observed with 2 photons at energies above 1 *** general feature of the bubble,the morphology,and the energy spectrum,are reasonably reproduced by the assumption of a particle accelerator in the core,continuously injecting protons into the ambient medium.
