bACKGROUND Patients with hepatitis b virus(HbV)infection require chronic and personalized care to improve *** language models(llMs)can potentially provide medical information for *** To examine the performance of three llMs,ChatGPT-3.5,ChatGPT-4.0,and Google Gemini,in answering HbV-related *** llMs’responses to HbV-related questions were independently graded by two medical professionals using a four-point accuracy scale,and disagreements were resolved by a third *** question was run three times using three *** was assessed via the Gunning Fog index and Flesch-Kincaid grade *** Overall,all three llM chatbots achieved high average accuracy scores for subjective questions(ChatGPT-3.5:3.50;ChatGPT-4.0:3.69;Google Gemini:3.53,out of a maximum score of 4).With respect to objective questions,ChatGPT-4.0 achieved an 80.8%accuracy rate,compared with 62.9%for ChatGPT-3.5 and 73.1%for Google *** the six domains,ChatGPT-4.0 performed better in terms of diagnosis,whereas Google Gemini demonstrated excellent clinical ***,in the readability analysis,the mean Gunning Fog index and Flesch-Kincaid grade level scores of the three llM chatbots were significantly higher than the standard level eight,far exceeding the reading level of the normal *** Our results highlight the potential of llMs,especially ChatGPT-4.0,for delivering responses to HbV-related *** may be an adjunctive informational tool for patients and physicians to improve ***,current llMs should not replace personalized treatment recommendations from physicians in the management of HbV infection.

Vacuum brazing of Ti3Al.b.sed alloy to TiAI was firstly carried out by Ti-15Cu-15Ni （wt%） filler metal. A continuous Ti3Al.b.nd, Ti2Ni and Ti2Cu/Cu3Ti phases formed and the joint showed a shear strength of 53.8-112.4 MPa at room temperature. For the improvement of the joint strength, a new Ti--Zr--Cu--Ni--Fe filler alloy was designed, and its wettability on Ti3AI and TiA1 substrate was studied with the sessile drop method. After holding for 20 rain at 1010 ℃ the Ti--Zr--Cu--Ni--Fe filler showed a low contact angle of 20° and 21° on Ti3Al and TiAI substrate, respectively. The joint brazed with this novel filler mainly con- sisted of Ti-rich area, Ti3Al reaction layer and residual filler metal. With the increase of the brazing temperature, the amount of residual filler metal decreased and the TisAl reaction layer thickened. The Ti3Al/TiA1 joint brazed with Ti--Zr--Cu--Ni--Fe filler exhibited a lower hardness than that brazed with Ti--Cu--Ni filler. The corresponding joints brazed at 950 ℃ for 5 min presented the shear strength of 257.6± 33.6 MPa at room temperature and 304.8 ± 9.9 MPa at 600 ℃.

It has been reported that the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway plays a key role in the pathogenesis of ischemic *** a result,the development of drugs targeting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway has attracted increasing attention from *** article reviews the pathological mechanisms and advancements in research related to the signaling pathways in ischemic stroke,with a focus on the PI3K/AKT signaling *** key findings include the following:(1)The complex pathological mechanisms of ischemic stroke can be categorized into five major types:excitatory amino acid toxicity,Ca^(2+)overload,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,and apoptosis.(2)The PI3K/AKT-mediated signaling pathway is closely associated with the occurrence and progression of ischemic stroke,which primarily involves the NF-κb,NRF2,bCl-2,mTOR,and endothelial NOS signaling pathways.(3)Natural products,including flavonoids,quinones,alkaloids,phenylpropanoids,phenols,terpenoids,and iridoids,show great potential as candidate substances for the development of innovative anti-stroke medications.(4)Recently,novel therapeutic techniques,such as electroacupuncture and mesenchymal stem cell therapy,have demonstrated the potential to improve stroke outcomes by activating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,providing new possibilities for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with ischemic *** investigations should focus on the direct regulatory mechanisms of drugs targeting the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and their clinical translation to develop innovative treatment strategies for ischemic stroke.

With ever increasing water demands and the continuous intensification of water scarcity arising from China＇s industrialization, the country is struggling to harmonize its industrial development and water supply. This paper presents a systems analysis of water with- drawals by Chinese industry and investigates demand- driven industrial water uses embodied in final demand and interregional trade based on a multi-regional input-output model. In 2007, the Electric Power, Steam, and Hot Water Production and Supply sector ranks first in direct industrial water withdrawal （DWW）, and Construction has the largest embodied industrial water use （EWU）. Investment, consumption, and exports contribute to 34.6%, 33.3%, and 30.6% of the national total EWU, respectively. Specifically, 58.0%, 51.1%, 48.6%, 43.3%, and 37.5% of the regional EWUs respectively in Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Fujian are attributed to international exports. The total interregional import/export of embodied water is equivalent to about 40% of the national total DWW, of which 55.5% is associated with the DWWs of Electric Power, Steam, and Hot Water Production and Supply. Jiangsu is the biggest interregional exporter and deficit receiver of embodied water, in contrast to Guangdong as the biggest interregional importer and surplus receiver. Without implementing effective water- saving measures and adjusting industrial structures, the regional imbalance between water avail.b.lity and water demand tends to intensify considering the water impact of domestic trade of industrial products. Steps taken to improve water use efficiency in production, and to enhance embodied water saving in consumption are both of great significance for supporting China＇s water policies.

An engineering application tool for prediction of the static equil.b.ium bay （ beach Mod） is established to describe two bay shape formulas by use of the programming software ＂MATl.b. with a graphic user interface （ GUI）. The tool is user-friendly for engineering students for the design of beach shapes. This tool was tested through application on three types of beaches in Taiwan and Australia. by implementing the concept of Headland Control, the beach Mod program allows users to draw a structure and create an ＇artificial headland. The results indicate that beach Mod can efficiently forecast beach changes as well as MEPbAY, a competing software package, while boasting a better user interface.

According to the characters of the Miyun reservoir located in northeast beijing, one-dimensional method is used to establish a mathematical model of temperature for the reservoir. In this model the heat exchange between water surface and atmosphere, effective diffusion, inflows, outflows, and thermal advection are considered comprehensively. The effective diffusion coefficient, decay coefficient of short wave in water, etc, are cal.b.ated based on the observed stratification data of 1991 in the reservoir. The mathematical model is verified through the agreement with the data of 1992. This model can be used to predict the temperature distribution along the vertical direction for the Miyun reservoir and other similar reservoir.

Salsolinol(1-methyl-6,7-dihydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline,Sal)is a catechol isoquinoline that causes neurotoxicity and shares structural similarity with 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine,an environmental toxin that causes Parkinson's ***,the mechanism by which Sal mediates dopaminergic neuronal death remains *** this study,we found that Sal significantly enhanced the gl.b.l level of N~6-methyladenosine(m~6A)RNA methylation in PC12 cells,mainly by inducing the downregulation of the expression of m~6A demethylases fat mass and obesity-associated protein(FTO)and alk b homolog 5(Al.b.5).RNA sequencing analysis showed that Sal downregulated the Hippo signaling *** m~6A reader YTH domain-containing family protein 2(YTHDF2)promoted the degradation of m~6A-containing Yes-associated protein 1(YAP1)mRNA,which is a downstream key effector in the Hippo signaling ***,downregulation of YAP1 promoted autophagy,indicating that the mutual regulation between YAP1 and autophagy can lead to *** findings reveal the role of Sal on m~6A RNA methylation and suggest that Sal may act as an RNA methylation inducer mediating dopaminergic neuronal death through YAP1 and *** results provide greater insights into the neurotoxic effects of catechol isoquinolines compared with other studies and may be a reference for assessing the involvement of RNA methylation in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease.
