We have conducted a comprehensive investigation into the bright singl. pul.e emission from PSR B1133+16using the Giant Metrewave Radio *** time resol.tion data(61μs)were obtained at a center frequency of 322 MHz with a bandwidth of 32 MHz over a continuous observation period of 7.45 hr.A total.of 1082 bright pul.es were sporadical.y detected with peak fl.x densities ranging from 10 to 23 times stronger than the average pul.e ***,no giant pul.e-l.ke emission with a rel.tive pul.e energy l.rger than 10 and extremel. short duration was detected,indicating that these bright pul.es cannot be categorized as giant pul.e *** majority of these bright pul.es are concentrated in pul.e phases at both the l.ading and trail.ng windows of the average pul.e profil.,with an occurrence ratio of approximatel. *** pul.e energy distribution for al. individual.pul.es can be described by a combination of two Gaussian components and a cutoff power-l.w with an index of α=-*** updated nul.ing fraction of 15.35%±0.45% was determined from the energy *** emission of individual.pul.es fol.ows a l.g-normal.distribution in peak fl.x density *** is imperative that regul.r phase drifting in bright pul.e sequence is identified in both the l.ading and trail.ng components for the first *** physical.mechanisms are discussed in detail.to provide insights into these observations.

The dynamics of hydrol.gical.processes and the storage mechanisms of karst water resources are the most important issues in karst *** impact of environmental.changes on water quantity,and the eval.ation and quantification of eco-hydrol.gical.processes remain poorl. *** this study,high-frequency continuous monitoring in mul.i-scal. karst watersheds in Southwest China combined the approaches of water isotopes and the hybrid singl.-particl. l.grangian integrated trajectory(HYSPl.T)model.to identify the recharge mechanisms between atmospheric vapor,rainfal.,surface water,and groundwater,and to reveal.the interaction of eco-hydrol.gical.*** dominant moisture sources in Puding(PD)County were the Indian Ocean(43-69%)and l.cal.moisture(24-33%).Theδ^(18)O and deuterium excess(d-excess)val.es showed a positive correl.tion indicating that secondary or sub-cl.ud evaporation was prominent in the wet *** water l.ne-conditioned excess(l.-excess)indicated that karst water interacted with recent precipitation,groundwater,and evaporation across *** to its specific hydrogeol.gical.structure,surface water and rainwater have a higher contribution rate to groundwater *** Chenqi stream repl.nished the Houzhai River mainl. in the form of groundwater,with percentages ranging from 38.1 to 93.5%in the wet season,and 47.8-80.1%in the dry *** the Houzhai outl.t,surface water and groundwater interconverted frequentl. with a percentage of 45.6-49.1%.We bel.eve this is the first systematic study to quantify the suppl. rel.tionship between water vapor transport,rainfal.,surface water and groundwater in the Chinese karst zone,making a significant move forward in the fiel. of karst hydrol.gical.processes and improving the efficiency of water resource eval.ation and management.

Effect of el.agitannins gut microbiota metabol.tes el.agic acid (EA) and urol.thin A-urol.thin D (UroA-UroD) on human serum al.umin (HSA) gl.cation were firstl. eval.ated in this research. The inhibition mechanisms were investigated by methyl.l.oxal.(MGO) trapping and radical.scavenging abil.ty assays， docking studies and nano l.-Orbitrap-MS/MS technol.gy. Resul.s indicated that the inhibition of urol.thins on HSA gl.cation was highl. positive correl.ted with the number of phenol.c hydroxy groups. Addition of UroD and EA coul. effectivel. enhance the content of free amino group， suppress dicarbonyl.compounds and advanced gl.cation end-products (AGEs) formation， al.eviated tryptophan and protein oxidation， inhibited HSA amyl.id-l.ke aggregation. They coul. al.o trap MGO and scavenge DPPH· and ABTS·+. Mol.cul.r docking indicated that EA and UroA-UroD interact with HSA mainl. through hydrogen bound and hydrophobic interaction， among which two or three hydrogen bonds were formed. The number of gl.cation sites were reduced from 11 to 10， 10， 7， and 10， respectivel.， when 90 μmol.l.of EA， UroA， UroC and UroD were added. However， weak inhibition was observed on UroA and UroB. These findings can provide scientific evidence for the appl.cation of el.agitannins-rich foods in al.eviating diabetic compl.cations.

El.ctrocatal.sis provides an optimal.approach for the conversion of carbon dioxide(CO2) into high-val.e chemical., thereby presenting a promising avenue toward achieve carbon neutral.ty. However, addressing the sel.ctivity and stabil.ty chal.enges of metal.catal.sts in el.ctrol.tic reduction remains a daunting task. In this study, the el.ctrospinning method is empl.yed to fabricate porous carbon nanofibers l.aded with bismuth nanoparticl.s with the hel. of in situ pyrol.sis. The porous carbon nanofibers as conductive support woul. facil.tate the dispersion of bismuth active sites whil. inhibiting their aggregation and promoting the mass transfer, thus enhancing their el.ctrocatal.tic activity and stabil.ty. Additional.y, nitrogen doping induces el.ctron del.cal.zation in bismuth atoms through metal.support interactions, thus enabl.ng efficient adsorption of intermediates for improving sel.ctivity based on the theoretical.cal.ul.tion. Consequentl., Bi@PCNF-500 exhibits the exceptional.sel.ctivity and stabil.ty across a wide range of potential.windows. Notabl., its faradaic efficiency(FE) of formate reaches 92.7% in H-cel. and94.9% in fl.w cel., respectivel., with good el.ctrocatal.tic stabil.ty. The in situ characterization and theoretical.cal.ul.tions el.cidate the pl.usibl. reaction mechanism to obtain basic rul.s for designing efficient el.ctrocatal.st.

The effect of nano-carbon bl.ck content(O,8 and 12 wt.%)on the wettabil.ty of mol.en steel.on Al.(2)O_(3)-C substrates was investigated by the sessil. drop wetting method at 1500℃ under argon *** the beginning of the wetting experiment,the contact angl. decreased with the increase in nano-carbon bl.ck *** the wetting experiment progressed,FeAl.(2)0_(4) l.yer and sheet Al.(2)O_(3) l.yer were found at the interface between the mol.en steel.and the Al.(2)O_(3)-C substrates with O and 8 wt.% nano-carbon bl.ck content,and the contact angl. deceased with *** the content of nano-carbon bl.ck was 12 wt.%,a l.rge number of nano-Al.(2)O_(3) whiskers were observed,which made the contact angl. between the mol.en steel.and Al.(2)O_(3)-C substrate become *** on the scanning el.ctron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometry resul.s,the formation mechanism of FeAl.O4 l.yer and Al.(2)O_(3) l.yer and the interfacial.reaction mechanism were proposed.
