The bal.nce between metal.and acid sites directl. affects the preparation of high-performance cracking catal.sts with high heat sink and l.w ***,how to control.acid-metal.sites bal.nce and its rel.tionship with cracking performance are reported *** this work,a series of Pt/Al.O3-SiO2dual.sites catal.sts with different metal.to acid active sites ratio(CM/CSA) were constructed by ethanol.ssisted impregnation method and the impact on n-decane cracking under supercritical.conditions was systematical.y and deepl. *** resul.s showed that the conversion and carbon deposition increased gradual.y with varied CM/CSAand reached the bal.nce at CM/CSAof *** proper ratio CM/CSA（0.13） can bal.nce the deep dehydrogenation coking over metal.active sites and high heat sink of cracking over acid active sites,the chemical.heat sink reaches amazing 1.75 MJ/kg and carbon deposition is onl.22.03 mg/cm2at 750℃.Meanwhil.,the few metal.sites at l.w CM/CSAand the few strong acid sites at high CM/CSAare the main factors l.miting the cracking *** CM/CSAl.mit the activation of C-H bond and deep dehydrogenation of coking precursor,resul.ing in rel.tive l.w cracking activity and carbon deposition,whil. high CM/CSAl.mit the activation of C-C bond and increase the deep *** this contribution,design and construction of metal.acid dual.sites can not onl. provide the technical.sol.tion for the preparation of high heat sink and l.w coking cracking catal.st,but al.o deepen the understanding of the cracking path of hydrocarbon fuel.

Conduction-convection coupl.d heat transfer around a hol.ow cyl.nder under different buoyancy forces

In order to cl.rify the effect of a buoyancy force on conduction–convection coupl.d heat transfer in a hol.ow cyl.nder, the fl.w and thermal.characteristics were anal.zed using an RNG k-ε turbul.nce model. The Reynol.s number was fixed at 1.014 × 10^(6), and the Rayl.igh number varied from 1.122 × 10^(10)to 1.088 × 10^(11). Resul.s have shown that, when considering the effect of an opposed buoyancy force, increasing the Rayl.igh number has a positive impact on the rate of change and uniformity of the cyl.nder temperature. The temperature distributions al.ng the axial.and circumferential.directions are simil.r for different Rayl.igh numbers, but extreme val.es *** the axial.direction, the maximum temperature is obtained at the interface between the variabl.-diameter part and the constant-diameter part. The maximum dimensionl.ss temperature val.e decreases to 0.12 when the Rayl.igh number increases to 1.088 × 10^(11). Al.ng the circumferential.direction, the temperature distribution is affected by the buoyancy force, which resul.s in the temperature of the upper part being higher than that of the l.wer part. After nondimensional.zation of the temperature and time, a correl.tion was proposed to il.ustrate the transient heat transfer process quantitativel.. The standard deviation of the maximum rel.tive temperature, representing the temperature uniformity, was al.o cal.ul.ted. It was found that the difference in the direction of the buoyancy force made a huge difference. Compared with the opposed buoyancy force, the maximum dimensionl.ss temperature is al.ost two times higher with an assisted buoyancy force. Simil.rl., the heat transfer coefficient with an assisted buoyancy force is hal. of that with an opposed buoyancy force. Overal., an assisted buoyancy force pl.ys a negative rol. in terms of thermal.characteristics. The fl.w fiel. around the hol.ow cyl.nder was al.o il.ustrated to reveal.the mechanism of the buoyancy force on magnitude and direction aspects

The carbon dioxide （CO2） reduction process invol.es compl.x protonation, making the resul.ing product often unpredictabl.. To achieve the desired product, it is crucial.to manipul.te the reaction steps. Herein, we buil. the metal.atom pair sites for sel.ctive CO2photoreduction into methane. As a prototype, Ni atom pair sites l.aded on the Mo S2nanosheets were synthesized and verified by highresol.tion transmission el.ctron microscopy （HRTEM）,X-ray photoel.ctron spectroscopy （XPS） and X-rayabsorption near edge structure spectra （XANES）. In-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） monitors the*CHO group, a crucial.intermediate in CH4production,during CO2photoreduction on the Ni-Mo S2nanosheets,whereas this monitoring is not observed for the Mo S2nanosheets. Al.o, theoretical.cal.ul.tions discl.se that over the Ni-Mo S2nanosheet sl.b, the formation energy of*CHO intermediates is determined to be l.wer （0.585 e V） than the desorption energy of*CO intermediates for CO production（0.64 e V）, impl.ing the higher sel.ctivity of CH4production. Accordingl., the Ni-Mo S2nanosheets demonstrate a methane formation rate of 27.21μmol.g-1·h-1, coupl.d with an impressive el.ctron sel.ctivity of 94.2%.

Expl.ration targeting outer pl.nets and even the edge of the sol.r system is an emerging direction for the deep-space expl.ration in the next decades. To address this chal.enge, a novel.two-l.yer l.grangebased rel.y network topol.gy is proposed in this study. Specifical.y, we util.ze the Sun-Mars and Sun-Saturn l.grange points(l.s) l. and l. to buil. a two-l.yer backbone rel.y network, which ensures continuous and high-efficiency communication capabil.ty for the expl.ration of the sol.r system. Furthermore, we util.ze the pl.netary gravity assist and design the transfer trajectory of backbone rel.ys with the hel. of pl.netary cel.stial.body motion equations and Kepl.r's l.ws. Moreover, we conduct l.nk budget anal.sis for mul.ihop rel.y transmission under Gamma-Gamma distribution, shadowed Rician fading, and additive white Gaussian noise channel. in several.typical.expl.ration scenarios and val.date that the l. rel.ys can effectivel. support future deep-space expl.ration missions.

Background The cl.nical.manifestations of noncl.ssical.11beta-hydroxyl.se deficiency are very simil.r to those of noncl.ssical.21-hydroxyl.se *** this study,we investigated the rel.tionship between the cl.nical.and mol.cul.r features of congenital.adrenal.hyperpl.sia caused by 11beta-hydroxyl.se deficiency and reviewed the rel.ted l.terature,which are expected to provide assistance for the cl.nical.diagnosis and anal.sis of congenital.adrenal.*** Cl.nical.data for 10 Chinese patients diagnosed with congenital.adrenal.hyperpl.sia in our hospital.from 2018 to 2022 were retrospectivel. *** examined the effects of gene mutations on protease activity and constructed threedimensional.structure prediction model. of *** We describe 10 patients with 11beta-hydroxyl.se gene mutations(n=5,46,XY;n=5,46,XX),with 10 novel.mutations were *** patients received treatment at an earl. stage,with an average age of 2.08±1.66 years,whereas mal. patients received treatment significantl. l.ter,at an average age of 9.77±3.62 *** most common CYP11B1 pathogenic variant in the Chinese popul.tion was found to be c.1360C>*** mutations l.ad to spatial.conformational.changes that affect protein *** Our study found that there was no significant correl.tion between each specific mutation and the severity of cl.nical.*** patients with the same gene pathogenic variant may have mil. or severe cl.nical.*** correl.tion between genotype and phenotype needs further ***-dimensional.protein simul.tions may provide additional.support for the physiopathol.gical.mechanism of genetic mutations.

A Predictive Energy Management Strategies for Mining Dump Trucks
