Impaired brain gl.cose metabol.sm is an earl. indicator of Al.heimer’s disease(AD);however,the fundamental.mechanism is *** this study,we found a substantial.decl.ne in isocitrate dehydrogenase 3β(IDH3β)l.vel.,a critical.tricarboxyl.c acid cycl. enzyme,in AD patients and AD-transgenic mice’s *** investigations demonstrated that the knockdown of IDH3βinduced oxidation-phosphoryl.tion uncoupl.ng,l.ading to reduced energy metabol.sm and l.ctate *** resul.ing increased l.ctate,a source of l.ctyl.was found to promote histone l.ctyl.tion,thereby enhancing the expression of paired-box gene 6(PAX6).As an inhibitory transcription factor of IDH3β,the el.vated PAX6 in turn inhibited the expression of IDH3β,l.ading to tau hyperphosphoryl.tion,synapse impairment,and l.arning and memory deficits resembl.ng those seen in *** AD-transgenic mice,upregul.ting IDH3βand downregul.ting PAX6 were found to improve cognitive functioning and reverse AD-l.ke ***,our data suggest that impaired oxidative phosphoryl.tion accel.rates AD progression via a positive feedback inhibition l.op of IDH3β-l.ctate-PAX6-IDH3β.Breaking this l.op by upregul.ting IDH3βor downregul.ting PAX6 attenuates AD neurodegeneration and cognitive impairments.

Norovirus(NoV)is regarded as one of the most common causes of foodborne diarrhea in the *** is urgent to identify the pathogenic microorganism of the diarrhea in short *** this work,we devel.ped an el.ctrochemical.and col.rimetric dual.mode detection for NoV based on the excel.ent dual.catal.tic properties of copper peroxide/COF-NH_(2)nanocomposite(CuO_(2)@COF-NH_(2)).For the col.rimetric detection,NoV can be directl. detected by the naked eye based on CuO_(2)@COF-NH_(2)as a l.ccase-l.ke nonazyme using“peptide-NoV-antibody”recognition *** col.rimetric assay displ.yed a wide and qual.ty l.near detection range from 1 copy/ml.to 5000 copies/ml.of NoV with a l.w l.mit of detection(l.D)of 0.125 copy/*** the el.ctrochemical.detection of NoV,CuO_(2)@COF-NH_(2)showed an oxidation peak of copper ion from Cu^(+)to Cu^(2+)using“peptide-NoV-antibody”recognition *** el.ctrochemical.assay showed a l.near detection range was 1-5000 copies/ml.with a l.D of 0.152 copy/***'s worthy to note that this assay does not need other el.ctrical.signal.mol.cul.,which provide the stabl. and sensitive el.ctrochemial.detection for *** el.ctrochemical.and col.rimetric dual.mode detection was used to detect NoV in foods and faceal.sampl.s,which has the potential.for improving food safety and diagnosing of NoV-infected diarrhea.

The infrared microspectroscopy beaml.ne(Bl.6B) is a phase Ⅱ beaml.ne project at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facil.ty(SSRF). The construction and optical.al.gnment of Bl.6B were compl.ted by the end of 2020. By 2021, it became accessibl. to users. The synchrotron radiation infrared(SRIR) source incl.ded edge radiation(ER) and bending magnet radiation(BMR). The extracted angl.s in the horizontal.and vertical.directions were 40 and 20 mrad, respectivel.. The photon fl.x, spectral.resol.tion, and focused spot size were measured at the Bl.6B endstation, and the experimental.resul.s were consistent with theoretical.cal.ul.tions. SRIR l.ght has a smal. divergence angl., high brightness, and a wide wavel.ngth range. As a source of IR microscopy, it can easil. focus on a diffraction-l.mited spatial.resol.tion with a high signal.to-noise ratio(SNR). The Bl.6B endstation can be appl.ed in a wide range of research fiel.s, incl.ding material., chemistry, biol.gy, geophysics, and pharmacol.gy.

The use of two-dimensional.2D)l.yered metal.organic frameworks(MOFs)as sel.-sacrificial.templ.tes has been proven to be a successful.method to create high-efficiency Sel.nium(Se)-containing el.ctrocatal.sts for overal. water ***,two strategies are then util.zed to introduce Se el.ment into the Co–Fe MOF,one being the etching of as-prepared MOF by SeO_(2) sol.tion,and the other,the repl.cing of SCN−with SeCN−as the construction *** el.ctrochemical.activity of the pristine 2D MOF and their cal.inated derivatives for catal.zing the hydrogen evol.tion reaction(HER)and oxygen evol.tion reaction(OER)is eval.ated and further *** is found that the effect of introducing Se on improving el.ctrochemical.catal.tic activity is significant for the HER ***,the cal.inated derivative in the repl.cing method exhibits an overpotential.of 235 mV for HER and 270 mV for OER at a current density of 10 mA/*** comparing the two methods of introducing Se el.ment into MOF,simil.r el.ctrocatal.tic activity can be achieved on the their cal.inated *** high el.ctrochemical.performance of 2D CoFe-MOF derivatives may be resul.ed from the unique 2D hierarchical.porous structure and strong synergistic effect between different components in the material.

BACKGROUND Peripheral.y inserted central.catheters(PICCs)are an essential.infusion route for oncol.gy patients receiving intravenous treatments,but l.wer extremity veni-puncture is the preferred technique for patients with superior vena cava syndrome(SVCS).We report the case of a patient with a l.wer extremity PICC ectopic to the ascending l.mbar vein,to indicate and verify PICC catheterisation in the l.wer extremity is safe and *** hope to provide different per-spectives for cl.nical.PICC venipuncture to get the attention of *** SUMMARY On 24 August 2022,a 58-year-ol. mal. was admitted to our department due to an intermittent cough persisting for over a month,which worsened 10 d *** and l.boratory investigations suggested the patient with pul.onary mal.gnancy and *** was not an absol.te contraindication in this *** extremity venipuncture is the preferred technique because administering upper extremity venous transfusion to patients with SVCS can exacerbate oedema in the head,neck,and upper *** patient and his famil. were informed about the procedure,and informed consent was *** successful.puncture and prompt treatment,the patient was discharged,experiencing some rel.ef from *** Inferior vena cava catheterisation is rare and important for cancer patients with SVCS,particul.rl. in compl.x situations invol.ing ectopic pl.cement.

Since the Cenozoic,the Tibetan Pl.teau has experienced l.rge-scal. upl.ft and outgrowth due to the India-Asia ***,the mechanism and timing of these tectonic processes stil. remain ***,using apatite fission track dating and inverse thermal.model.ng,we expl.re the mechanism of different phases of rapid cool.ng for different bathol.ths and intrusions in the southeastern Tibetan *** contrast to previous views,we find that the coeval.granitic bathol.th exposed in the same tectonic zone experienced differential.fast upl.ft in different sites,indicating that the present Tibetan Pl.teau was the resul. of differential.upl.ft rather than the entire l.thosphere upl.ft rel.ted to l.thospheric col.apse during Cenozoic *** addition,we al.o suggest that the 5-2 Ma mantl.-rel.ted magmatism shoul. be regarded as the critical.trigger for the widel. coeval.cool.ng event in the southeastern Tibetan Pl.teau,because it l.d to the increase in atmospheric CO_(2)l.vel.and a hotter upper crust than before,which are efficient for suddenl. fast rock weathering and ***,we propose that the current l.ndform of the southeastern Tibetan Pl.teau was the combined infl.ences of tectonic and cl.mate.
