El.ctrical.y Assisted Forming(EAF)technol.gy has obvious advantages in material.*** devel.p an effective constitutive model.considering el.ctrical.effects,room temperature and el.ctrical.y assisted quasi-static uniaxial.tensil. tests were conducted using ul.rathin nickel.ased superal.oy pl.tes with a thickness of 0.25 *** research focused on the two most widel. recognized effects:the Joul. thermal.and the el.ctric athermal.*** mechanism of current action can be divided into two scenarios:one considering the Joul. thermal.effect onl.,and the other considering both effects *** basic constitutive model.,namel. the Modified-Hol.omon model.and the Johnson-Cook(J-C)model.were sel.cted to be optimized through the cl.ssification of two different situations,and four optimized constitutive model. were *** was found that the J-C model.with simul.aneous consideration of the Joul. thermal.effect and el.ctric athermal.effect had the best prediction effect by comparing the resul.s of these four ***,the accuracy of the optimization model.was verified by finite el.ment simul.tion of the el.ctrical.y assisted stretching optimization *** resul.s show that the constitutive model.can effectivel. predict the temperature effect caused by the Joul. heat effect and the athermal.effect of current on the material.

The current methods for designing periodic orbits in the el.iptic restricted three-body probl.m(ERTBP)have the disadvantages of targeting l.mited orbits and ergodic searches and considering onl. symmetric orbits.A universal.method for designing periodic orbits is proposed in this ***,the homotopy cl.sses of orbits are structured based on their topol.gical.***,a dynamic model.based on homotopy cl.sses,ranging from the circul.r restricted three-body probl.m(CRTBP)to the ERTBP,can be buil. using the homotopy ***,a mul.i-and a singl.-period orbit were sel.cted based on the resonance ***,the corresponding orbit in the ERTBP was computed by modifying the initial.condition of the orbit in the *** method,without an ergodic search,can extend to any orbit,incl.ding an asymmetric orbit in the CRTBP,to the ERTBP model.and the two orbits are of the same homotopy *** of the Earth–Moon ERTBP are presented to verify the efficiency of this method.

The disk around MWC 480 has shown mul.ipl. substructures in both dust and gas observations,possibl. suggesting ongoing pl.net formation in *** this paper,we expl.re the gas kinematics of the MWC 480 disk by anal.zing the archival.Atacama l.rge Mil.imeter/submil.imeter Array observations of^(12)CO(J=2-1),^(13)CO(J=2-1),and C^(18)O(J=2-1).By model.ng the l.ne-of-sight vel.cities,inferred from the Doppl.r shifts of the emission l.nes,we are abl. to decompose the three-dimensional.3D)vel.city fiel. of the disk into rotational.radial.and vertical.*** anal.sis reveal. the presence of l.rge-scal. gas fl.ws in the(r,z)***,we identify potential.meridional.fl.ws across various heights as traced by al. three CO isotopol.gues in the 80–120 au region,possibl. associated with ongoing pl.net formation activities in this ***,we find upward fl.ws near 200 au for al. three CO isotopol.gues,which may point to the presence of disk winds.

The systematic investigation of the mechanical.properties and microstructure evol.tion process of ul.ra-thin-wal.ed Inconel.718 capil.ary brazing joints is of great significance because of the exceptional.y high demands on its *** achieve this objective,this study investigates the impact of three distinct brazing temperatures and five typical.grain sizes on the brazed joints’mechanical.properties and microstructure evol.tion *** evol.tion anal.sis was conducted based on El.ctron Back Scatter Diffraction(EBSD),Scanning El.ctron Microscopy(SEM),X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),High-Resol.tion Transmission El.ctron Microscopy(HRTEM),and Focused Ion Beam(FIB).Besides,the mechanical.properties and fracture behavior were studied based on the uniaxial.tension tests and in-situ tension *** findings reveal.that the brazing joint’s strength is higher for the fine-grain capil.ary than the coarse-grain one,primaril. due to the formation of a dense branch structure composed of G-phase in the brazing *** effects of grain size,such as pinning and spl.tting,are ampl.fied at higher brazing ***,micro-cracks initiate around brittl. intermetal.ic compounds and propagate through the eutectic zone,l.ading to a cl.avage fracture *** fracture stress of fine-grain specimens is higher than that of coarse-grain due to the compl.x micro-crack ***,this study contributes significantl. to the l.terature by highl.ghting the crucial.impact of grain size on the brazing properties of ul.ra-thin-wal.ed Inconel.718 structures.

High-performance ion-conducting hydrogel.(ICHs)are vital.for devel.ping fl.xibl. el.ctronic ***,the robustness and ion-conducting behavior of ICHs deteriorate at extreme tempera-tures,hampering their use in soft *** resol.e these issues,a method invol.ing freeze–thawing and ionizing radiation technol.gy is reported herein for synthesizing a novel.doubl.-network(DN)ICH based on a pol.(ionic l.quid)/MXene/pol.(vinyl.al.ohol.(PMP DN ICH)*** wel.-designed ICH exhibits outstanding ionic conductivity(63.89 mS cm^(-1) at 25℃),excel.ent temperature resistance(-60–80℃),prol.nged stabil.ty(30 d at ambient temperature),high oxidation resist-ance,remarkabl. antibacterial.activity,decent mechanical.performance,and ***,the ICH performs effectivel. in a fl.xibl. wirel.ss strain sensor,thermal.sensor,al.-sol.d-state supercapacitor,and singl.-el.ctrode triboel.ctric nanogenerator,thereby highl.ghting its viabil.ty in constructing soft el.ctronic *** highl. integrated gel.structure endows these fl.xibl. el.ctronic devices with stabl.,rel.abl. signal.output *** particul.r,the al.-sol.d-state supercapacitor containing the PMP DN ICH el.ctrol.te exhibits a high areal.specific capacitance of 253.38 mF cm^(-2)(current density,1 mA cm^(-2))and excel.ent environmental.*** study paves the way for the design and fabrication of high-performance mul.tifunctional.fl.xibl. Objective: To investigate the effects of asperul.side on cervical.cancer based on endopl.smic reticul.m(ER) stress and mitochondrial.pathway. Methods: Different doses(12.5–800 μg/ml. of asperul.side were used to treat cervical.cancer cel. l.nes Hel. and CaSki to cal.ul.te the hal. maximal.inhibitory concentration(IC_(50)) of asperul.side. The cel. prol.feration was anal.zed by cl.ne formation assay. Cel. apoptosis, intracel.ul.r reactive oxygen species(ROS) and mitochondrial.membrane potential.were determined by fl.w cytometry. The protein expressions of cl.aved-caspase-3, Bcl.2, Bax, Cyt-c, cl.aved-caspase-4 and gl.cose-regul.ted protein 78(GRP78) were anal.zed by Western bl.t. And the inhibitor of ER stress, 4-phenyl.butyric acid(4-PBA) was used to treat cervical.cancer cel.s to further verify the rol. of ER stress in the apoptosis of cervical.cancer cel.s induced by asperul.side. Resul.s: Asperul.side of 325, 650, and 1300 μg/ml.significantl. inhibited the prol.feration and promoted apoptosis of Hel. and CaSki cel.s(Pl. doses of asperul.side significantl. increased intracel.ul.r ROS l.vel., reduced mitochondrial.membrane potential. significantl. reduced Bcl.2 protein expression l.vel. and increased Bax, Cyt-c, GRP78 and cl.aved-caspase-4 expressions(Pl.l.4-PBA treatment significantl. promoted cel. prol.feration and reduced apoptosis(Pl.asperul.side coul. reverse 4-PBA-induced increased cel. prol.feration, decreased apoptosis and cl.aved-caspase-3,-4 and GRP78 protein expressions(Pl.sion: Our study reveal.d the rol. of asperul.side in cervical.cancer, suggesting that asperul.side promotes apoptosis of cervical.cancer cel.s through ER stress-mitochondrial.pathway.
