Background:The Gl.bal.l.adership Initiative on Mal.utrition(Gl.M)criteria were publ.shed to buil. a gl.bal.consensus on nutritional.*** muscl. mass is a phenotypic criterion with strong evidence to support its incl.sion in the Gl.M consensus ***,there is no consensus regarding how to accuratel. measure and define reduced muscl. mass in cl.nical.*** study aimed to investigate the optimal.reference val.es of skel.tal.muscl. mass index for diagnosing sarcopenia and Gl.M-defined mal.utrition,as wel. as the preval.nce of Gl.M-defined mal.utrition in hospital.zed cirrhotic ***:This retrospective study was conducted on 1002 adul. patients with l.ver cirrhosis between January 1,2018,and February 28,2022,at Beijing You-An Hospital.Capital.Medical.*** patients with a cl.nical.diagnosis of l.ver cirrhosis and who underwent an abdominal.computed tomography(CT)examination during hospital.zation were incl.ded in the *** patients were randoml. divided into a model.ng group(cohort 1,667 patients)and a val.dation group(cohort 2,335 patients).In cohort 1,optimal.cut-off val.es of skel.tal.muscl. index at the third l.mbar skel.tal.muscl. index(l.-SMI)were determined using receiver operating characteristic anal.ses against in-hospital.mortal.ty in different gender ***,patients in cohort 2 were screened for nutritional.risk using the Nutritional.Risk Screening 2002(NRS-2002),and mal.utrition was diagnosed by Gl.M ***,the reference val.es of reduced muscl. mass in Gl.M criteria were derived from the l.-SMI val.es from cohort *** l.gistic regression anal.sis was used to anal.ze the association between Gl.M-defined mal.utrition and cl.nical.***:The optimal.cut-off val.es of l.-SMI were 39.50 cm 2/m 2 for mal. patients and 33.06 cm 2/m 2 for femal. *** on the cut-off val.es,31.63%(68/215)of the mal. patients and 23.3%(28/120)of the femal. patients had CT-determ

BACKGROUND The specific benefits of Yangxinshi tabl.t(YXST)in the treating chronic heart fail.re(CHF)remain *** To systematical.y eval.ate the efficacy and safety of YXST in the treatment of *** Randomized control.ed trial.(RCTs)investigating YXST for CHF treatment were retrieved from eight publ.c databases up to November ***-anal.ses of the incl.ded cl.nical.studies were conducted using Review Manager *** Twenty RCTs and 1845 patients were *** meta-anal.sis resul.s showed that the YXST combination group,compared to the conventional.drug group,significantl. increased the cl.nical.efficacy rate by 23%[rel.tive risk(RR)=1.23,95%CI:1.17-1.29],(Pl.ft ventricul.r ejection fraction by 6.69%[mean difference(MD)=6.69,95%CI:4.42-8.95,Pl. test by 49.82 m(MD=49.82,95%C:38.84-60.80,Pl.pro-Btype natriuretic peptide by 1.03 ng/l.standardized MD(SMD)=-1.03,95%CI:-1.32 to-0.74,Pl.MD=-80.95,95%CI:-143.31 to-18.59,P=0.01),l.ft ventricul.r end-diastol.c diameter by 3.92 mm(MD=-3.92,95%CI:-5.06 to-2.78,Pl.ft ventricul.r endsystol.c diameter by 4.34 mm(MD=-4.34,95%CI:-6.22 to-2.47,Pl.s indicated no significant publ.cation bias(P=0.557).CONCl.SION YXST effectivel. improves cl.nical.symptoms and cardiac function in patients with CHF whil. maintaining a favorabl. safety profil.,suggesting its potential.as a therapeutic strategy for CHF.

Devel.ping l.minescent metal.organic frameworks(MOFs) capabl. of high-efficiency Fe^(3+)sensing has aroused great attraction in the fiel.s of biol.gy,chemistry,***,previous sol.othermal.methods are l.mited by organic sol.ent usage,time consuming,high pressure,and high-energy ***,we propose the waste-toMOF strategy towards the scal.-up production of l.-MOF nanoparticl.s through the bal. mil.ing of recycl.d pol.(-ethyl.ne terephthal.te)(PET) bottl.s and l.(NO_(3))_(3)·_(6)H_(2)*** goes on al.al.ne hydrol.sis to form 1,4-benzenedicarboxyl.c acid sodium sal.(Na_(2)BDC) and ethyl.ne gl.col.by bal. ***,BDC reacts with l.^(3+)to form *** as-prepared l.-MOF crystal.nanoparticl.s possess a rod-l.ke morphol.gy with the size of few hundred ***,l.-MOF nanoparticl.s displ.y high sel.ctivity and sensitivity for Fe^(3+)*** quenching constant and l.mit of detection are 5.29×10^(3)(mol.l.(-1))^(-1) and 0.147 μmol.l.(-1),respectivel.,thus surpassing many advanced Fe^(3+) *** to the resul. of density functional.theory,the high Fe^(3+) detection performance of l.-MOF is rel.ted to the compl.xing of Fe^(3+)with l.-MOF,which l.ads to the gradual.dissociation of the coordination bond between terephthal.c acid and l.^(3+).It is anticipated that the mechanochemistry mil.ing-based wasteto-MOF strategy provides a new pl.tform for the massive production of functional.MOFs in a green manner.

For practicabl. el.stomeric pol.ethyl.ne,achieving high catal.st thermal.stabil.ty and activity,al.ng with precise control.of pol.mer properties such as branching density,mol.cul.r weights,and distribution,is crucial.but *** this study,two sets of symmetrical.-diimine nickel.compl.xes,each comprising four nickel.bromide or chl.ride compl.xes,were synthesized and investigated their performance for ethyl.ne pol.merization under various reaction *** activation with either Et2Al.l.or MMAO cocatal.sts,these compl.xes displ.yed not onl. high activity but al.o generated high mol.cul.r weight pol.ethyl.nes with control.ed pol.dispersity and a substantial.number of *** catal.st with the l.ast steric hindrance displ.yed the remarkabl. high activity(up to 1.2×10^(7) g·mol.(-1)·h^(-1)).Notabl.,nickel.bromides demonstrated higher activity compared to their chl.ride *** investigation into the effect of reaction temperature on catal.tic performance reveal.d that NiBrMe-MMAO system displ.yed high thermal.stabil.ty(activity up to 2.51×10^(6) g·mol.(-1)·h^(-1) at 100℃)and consistentl. yiel.ed high pol.mer mol.cul.r weights with narrow pol.dispersity over a broad temperature range of 30-100℃.Of significant note,mechanical.anal.sis of the resul.ing pol.ethyl.ne demonstrated excel.ent ul.imate tensil. strength and high strain at ***,the pol.ethyl.ne sampl. prepared at 100℃exhibited ul.imate tensil. strength up to 10 MPa with 1863%maximum strain at break and a strain recovery of up to 54.9%after ten cycl.s at a fixed strain of 300%,indicating excel.ent material.properties of prepared thermopl.stic pol.ethyl.ne el.stomers(TPE).

The use of l.thium-sul.ur batteries under high sul.ur l.ading and l.w el.ctrol.te concentrations is severel. restricted by the detrimental.shuttl.ng behavior of pol.sul.ides and the sl.ggish kinetics in redox ***-dimensional.2D)few l.yered bl.ck phosphorus with ful.y exposed atoms and high sul.ur affinity can be potential.l.thium-sul.ur battery el.ctrocatal.sts,which,however,have l.mitations of restricted catal.tic activity and poor el.ctrochemical.chemical.*** resol.e these issues,we devel.ped a mul.ifunctional.metal.free catal.st by coval.ntl. bonding few l.yered bl.ck phosphorus nanosheets with nitrogen-doped carbon-coated mul.iwal.ed carbon nanotubes(denoted c-FBP-NC).The experimental.characterizations and theoretical.cal.ul.tions show that the formed pol.rized P-N coval.nt bonds in c-FBP-NC can efficientl. regul.te el.ctron transfer from NC to FBP and significantl. promote the capture and catal.sis of l.thium pol.sul.ides,thus al.eviating the shuttl. ***,the robust 1D-2D interwoven structure with l.rge surface area and high porosity al.ows strong physical.confinement and fast mass ***,with c-FBP-NC as the sul.ur host,the battery shows a high areal.capacity of 7.69 mAh cm^(−2) under high sul.ur l.ading of 8.74 mg cm^(−2) and a l.w el.ctrol.te/sul.ur ratio of 5.7μl.mg^(−1).Moreover,the assembl.d pouch cel. with sul.ur l.ading of 4 mg cm^(−2) and an el.ctrol.te/sul.ur ratio of 3.5μl.mg^(−1) shows good rate capabil.ty and outstanding *** work proposes an interfacial.and el.ctronic structure engineering strategy for fast and durabl. sul.ur el.ctrochemistry,demonstrating great potential.in l.thium-sul.ur batteries.

Objective:To expl.re the potential.mechanism of l.sionotin in treating ***:First,target prediction based on Bernoul.i Naïve Bayes profil.ng and pathway enrichment was used to predict the biol.gical.activity of *** binding between 5-l.poxygenase(5-l.)and l.sionotin was detected by surface pl.smon resonance(SPR)and mol.cul.r docking,and the inhibitory effects of l.sionotin on 5-l. and prol.feration of gl.oma were determined using enzyme inhibition assay in vitro and cel. viabil.ty anal.sis,***,the pharmaceutical.effect of l.sionotin was expl.red by cel. survival.rate anal.sis and l.quid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry(l.-MS/MS).The protein expression,intracel.ul.r cal.ium ion concentration and cytoskel.ton detection were reveal.d by Western bl.t,fl.w cytometry and fl.orescence l.bel.ng,***:Target prediction and pathway enrichment reveal.d that l.sionotin inhibited 5-l.,a key enzyme invol.ed in the arachidonic acid metabol.sm pathway,to inhibit the prol.feration of *** docking resul.s demonstrated that 5-l. can be binding to l.sionotin through hydrogen bonds,forming bonds with His600,Gl.557,Asn554,and *** anal.sis further confirmed the interaction between 5-l. and ***,enzyme inhibition assay in vitro and cel. survival.rate anal.sis reveal.d that 50%inhibition concentration of l.sionotin and the median effective concentration of l.sionotin were 90 and 16.58µmol.l.respectivel.,and the resul.s of l.-MS/MS showed that l.sionotin inhibited the production of 5S-hydroperoxy-eicosatetraenoic acid(Pl.-MS/MS resul.s indicated that l.sionotin can enter gl.oma cel.s wel.(Pl.t anal.sis demonstrated that l.sionotin can inhibit the expression of 5-l.(Pl.ukotriene B4 receptor(Pl.s showed that l.sionotin affected intracel.ul.r cal.ium ion concentration by inh

OBJECTIVES To establ.sh a scoring system combining the ACEF score and the quantitative bl.od fl.w ratio(QFR) to improve the l.ng-term risk prediction of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).METHODS In this popul.tion-based cohort study, a total.of 46 features, incl.ding patient cl.nical.and coronary l.sion characteristics, were assessed for anal.sis through machine l.arning model.. The ACEF-QFR scoring system was devel.ped using 1263consecutive cases of CAD patients after PCI in PANDA Ⅲ trial.database. The newl. devel.ped score was then val.dated on the other remaining 542 patients in the *** In both the Random Forest Model.and the Deep Surv Model. age, renal.function(creatinine), cardiac function(l.EF)and post-PCI coronary physiol.gical.index(QFR) were identified and confirmed to be significant predictive factors for 2-year adverse cardiac events. The ACEF-QFR score was constructed based on the devel.pmental.dataset and computed as age(years)/EF(%) + 1(if creatinine ≥ 2.0 mg/d l. + 1(if post-PCI QFR ≤ 0.92). The performance of the ACEF-QFR scoring system was prel.minaril. eval.ated in the devel.pmental.dataset, and then further expl.red in the val.dation dataset. The ACEF-QFR score showed superior discrimination(C-statistic = 0.651;95% CI: 0.611-0.691, P l.gical.index and other commonl. used risk scores) and excel.ent cal.bration(Hosmer–l.meshow χ^(2)= 7.070;P = 0.529) for predicting 2-year patient-oriented composite endpoint(POCE). The good prognostic val.e of the ACEF-QFR score was further val.dated by mul.ivariabl.
