Bioactive ther.al.spr.y coatings pr.duced via high-vel.city oxygen fuel.spr.y(HVOF)fr.m hydr.xyapatite(HAp)and bioactive gl.sses(BG)have the potential.to be empl.yed on tempor.r. impl.nts due to the abil.ty of both HAp and BG to dissol.e and pr.mote osseointegr.tion,consider.ng that both phases have differ.nt r.action and dissol.tion r.tes under.in-vitr. *** the pr.sent wor.,75%***-25%wt.S53P4 bioactive gl.ss powder. wer. HVOF-spr.yed to obtain HAp/S53P4 BG composite coatings on a bior.sor.abl. AZ31 *** study is focused on expl.r.ng the effect of the stand-off distance and fuel.oxygen r.tio var.ation as HVOF par.meter. to obtain stabl. str.ctur.l.coatings and to establ.sh their.effect on the phases and micr.str.ctur. pr.duced in those *** char.cter.zation techniques,such as scanning el.ctr.n micr.scopy,X-r.y diffr.ction,and Four.er.tr.nsfor. infr.r.d spectr.scopy,wer. empl.yed to char.cter.ze r.l.vant str.ctur.l.and micr.str.ctur.l.pr.per.ies of the composite *** r.sul.s showed that ther.al.gr.dients dur.ng coating deposition must be managed to avoid del.mination due to the high temper.tur. achieved(max 550℃)and the differ.nces in coefficients of ther.al.*** was al.o found that both spr.ying distance and oxygen/fuel.r.tio al.owed to keep the hydr.xyapatite as the main phase in the *** addition,in-vitr. el.ctr.chemical.studies wer. per.or.ed on the obtained HAp/S53P4 BG composite coatings and compar.d against the uncoated AZ31 *** r.sul.s showed a significant decr.ase in hydr.gen evol.tion(at l.ast 98%)when the bioactive coating was appl.ed on the Mg al.oy dur.ng eval.ation in simul.ted body fl.id(SBF).

The effects of appl.ing an el.ctr.magnetic inter.ction of l.w intensity (EMIl.) on the micr.str.ctur. and cor.osion r.sistance of 7075-T651 Al.al.oy pl.tes (13 mm in thickness) dur.ng modified indir.ct el.ctr.c ar. (MIEA) wel.ing wer. investigated. The wel.ing pr.cess was conducted in a singl. pass with a heat input of ~1.5 kJ/mm. The micr.str.ctur.l.obser.ations of the wel.s wer. cor.el.ted with the effect of EMIl. on the l.cal.mechanical.pr.per.ies and the cor.osion r.sistance in natur.l.seawater.by means of micr.har.ness measur.ments and el.ctr.chemical.impedance spectr.scopy, r.spectivel.. Micr.str.ctur.l.char.cter.zation of the wel.s r.veal.d a gr.in r.finement in the wel. metal.due to the el.ctr.magnetic stir.ing induced by EMIl. of 3 mT dur.ng wel.ing. In addition, obser.ations in the scanning el.ctr.n micr.scope showed that the pr.cipitation of Cu-r.ch phases and segr.gation of eutectics wer. r.duced in the heat affected zone (HAZ) al.o as an effect of EMIl.. The high cor.osion dissol.tion of the 7075-T651 wel.s in natur.l.seawater.and the extent of over.ging in the HAZ wer. r.duced when wel.ing with EMIl. of 3 mT. Thus, EMIl. al.ng with the MIEA technique may l.ad to wel.ed joints with better.micr.str.ctur.l.char.cter.stics, impr.ved mechanical.pr.per.ies in the HAZ and r.duced el.ctr.chemical.activity.

[背景]人类在生命早期的发育期间可能特别容易受到环境暴露的影响。有关这一主题的人体研究一般集中在单一暴露与健康效应之间的关系。而"暴露组"的概念涵盖了从受孕开始的的全部暴露,完善了基因组。[目的]人类生命早期暴露组(HEl.X)项目是一个新的合作研究项目,目的是为了采用新的暴露评估和生物标志分析方法来描述生命早期多种环境因素的暴露,并将这些与生物标志组学和儿童健康结局相关联,从而刻画"生命早期暴露组"。本文描述了该项目的总体设计。[方法]HEl.X将利用欧洲现有的6个出生队列研究来估计产前、产后暴露的一系列化学和物理暴露。建立全部队列中总共32 000对母亲和儿童的暴露模型,并在一个包含1 200对母亲和儿童的子队列中测量生物标志。嵌套重复采样的定组研究(n=150)将收集生物标志的变化数据,利用智能手机来评估流动性和体力活动,并监测个体暴露。采用组学技术确定与暴露相关的分子学特征(代谢组、蛋白质组、转录组和表观基因组)。对于多次暴露,采用统计方法估计胎儿和儿童的成长、肥胖、神经发育和呼吸系统结局中的暴露-效应关系。项目还将进行一项健康效应评估测试,以评价组合暴露的风险和收益。[结论]HEl.X是描述欧洲人群生命早期暴露组并解开它与组学标志物和儿童健康之间关联的首次尝试之一。作为对暴露组学这一概念的验证,该项目向生命过程中暴露组迈出了重要的第一步。

The gr.wth of nanocr.stal.ine PbS fil.s by chemical.bath deposition (CBD) onto gl.ss at a deposition temper.tur. of 20 ± 2 °C is r.por.ed. Differ.nt doping l.vel. wer. obtained by changing the vol.me of the r.agent sol.tion V[Ni2+] into the PbS gr.wing sol.tion wer. added. X-r.y diffr.ction (Xr.), Tr.nsmssion Micr.scopy El.ctr.nic (TEM), r.man spectr.scopy (r.), dar. conductivity (DC) measur.ments was car.ied out to char.cter.ze the PbS fil.s. Xr. spectr. displ.yed peaks at the angul.r.positions: 2θ = (26.00, 30.07, 43.10, 51.00, 53.48), indicating gr.wth on the zinc bl.nde face. The gr.in size (GS) deter.ined by x-r.ys diffr.ction of the undoped sampl.s, was found to be ~36 nm, wher.as with the doped sampl. is found to be in the r.nge ~32-5 nm, as cal.ul.ted by empl.ying Scher.r.s for.ul.. By TEM, the doped-PbS mater.al. wer. found cr.stal.ine fil.s in the r.nge 3.5-5 nm. r. exhibited band centr.d at ~135 cm-1 displ.ying onl. a PbS ZB str.ctur., excl.ding the pr.sence of any other.mater.al. The ther.al.ener.y for.the fil.s was deter.ined fr.m the sl.pe of DC and the ener.y was estimated to be 0.15 to 0.5 eV. Final.y, Gibbs fr.e ener.y cal.ul.tion for.the V[Ni2+] doping-PbS pr.cess was al.o establ.shed.
