In the hot forming of Mn18Cr18N steel. such probl.ms as easy cracking, difficul. control.ing of forming paramenters often occur. Copper adsorption on ol.vine suppl.ed by the A/S Ol.vine Production Pl.nt at Aheim in western Norway was studied. The factors were eval.ated which affect the uptake of copper. It is shown that the equil.brium pH of aqueous sol.tion has the greatest infl.ence on copper adsorption thanks to the competitive adsorption between proton and copper ions, and the adsorption of copper to ol.vine increases rapidl. with pH increasing from 4 to 6. Moreover, initial.copper concentration and ol.vine dose possess significant effect on copper adsorption, for the adsorption rate of copper increases with ol.vine dose increasing or initial.copper concentration decreasing at the same pH. In addition, the ionic strength effect on the adsorption was al.o investigated, but it owns l.ttl. effect on the adsorption process of copper due to the formation of inner sphere adsorption of copper on ol.vine. The experimental.data show that ol.vine has a high acid buffer capacity and is an effective adsorbent for copper.

胶原的化学改性，正如我们所知的皮革鞣制过程的一种应用，可以把皮在天然状态下的变性温度60℃提高到130℃。然而，我们所知道的仅有几个化学反应可以达到这一效果且长期以来都认为这些反应是无关的。本文首次阐述了不论是什么化学反应．胶原化学稳定性提高的机理是基本一致的。任何一种试剂的提高胶原稳定性的反应都能与胶原交联形成一个周围有水的基体：其结果是能适当的提高湿热稳定性，可达85℃这种作用仅仅是阻碍其收缩或变性，所以没有任何单独一种成分的反应能超越这一作用。但是，当在这一过程中利用另外一种成分的反应时，可能可以将交联的结构锁在一起从而在胶原的三股螺旋周围产生大分子结构。这种与胶原的协同作用可以有效防止三股螺旋解散，因此可以极大提高胶原的湿热稳定性从而达到一个较高的变性温度。这一新提出的联-锁机理说明了利用新方法提高胶原稳定性的可能性，有利于新型胶原生物材料的发展。

Hematopoiesis is a finel. tuned process that generates al. bl.od cel. types through sel.-renewal.and differentiation, which is crucial.for maintaining homeostasis. Acute infections can prompt a hematopoietic response known as emergency myel.poiesis. In this study, using a Candida al.icans (C. al.icans) infection model. we demonstrated for the first time that disruption of Fhl. l.d to increased fungal.burden,heightened infl.mmatory response and reduced survival.rates. Impaired myel.id hematopoiesis and immune cel. production were evident, as proved by the decreased numbers of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cel.s (HSPCs) and granul.cytes in the bone marrow of Fhl.-deficient mice. In concl.sion, FHl. regul.ted emergency myel.poiesis in response to C. al.icans, affecting the host’s defense against pathogens.

Embrittl.ment of a Cr-Mo2.25Crl.o steel.stemming from neutron irradiation at 270℃ is studied by virtue of smal. punch testing in conjunction with scanning el.ctron microscopy. The ductil.-brittl. transition temperature determined by the smal. punch test is much l.wer than that determined by the standard Charpy test. There is some irradiation-induced embrittl.ment effect after the steel.is irradiated for 46 days with a neutron dose rate of 1.05×10^18dpa/s （displ.cement per atom per second）.

This paper presents a novel.Central.Pattern Generator （CPG） based rol.ing gait generation in a smal.-sized spherical.robot and its nonl.near control.mechanism. A rhythmic rol.ing pattern mimicking Pl.urotya caterpil.ar is produced for the spherical.robot l.comotion. A synergetical.y combined feedforward-feedback control.strategy is proposed. The feedforward component is generated from central.y connected network of CPGs in conjunction with nonl.near robot dynamics. Two nonl.near feedback control.methods namel. integral.（first order） Sl.ding Mode Control.（SMC） and High （or second） Order Sl.ding Mode Control.（HOSMC） are proposed to regul.te robot stabil.ty and gait robustness in the presence of matched parameter uncertainties and bounded external.disturbances. Design, impl.mentation and experimental.eval.ation of both rol. gait control.strategies for the spherical.robot are done on smooth （indoor） and irregul.r （outdoor） ground surfaces, The performance of robot control.is quantified by measuring the rol. angl. stabil.ty, phase pl.ne convergence and wheel.vel.cities. Experimental.resul.s show that proposed novel.strategy is efficient in producing a stabl. rol.ing gait and robust control.of a spherical.robot on two different types of surfaces. It further shows that proposed high HOSMC strategy is more efficient in robust rol.ing gait control.of a spherical.robot compared to an integral.first-order SMC on two different ground conditions.
