To investigate the nature of the Ψ（3770） resonance and to measure the cross section for e^＋e^-→DD, a cross-section scan data sampl., distributed among 41 center-of-mass energy points from 3.73 to 3.89 GeV, was taken with the BESIII detector operated at the BEPCII col.ider in the year 2010. By anal.zing the l.rge angl. Bhabha scattering events, we measure the integrated l.minosity of the data sampl. at each center-of-mass energy point. The total.integrated l.minosity of the data sampl. is 76.16±0.04±0.61 pb^-1, where the first uncertainty is statistical.and the second systematic.

Corrosion performance of Al.Al.O3 col. sprayed coatings on mil. carbon steel.pipe under thermal.insul.tion

The GRAPESAM model.was establ.shed in CNPR, based on Meteorol.gy numerical.model.GRAPES (Gl.bal.Regional.Assimil.tion PrEdiction System), which was devel.ped in CNPR, and the aerosol.model.CAM (Canada Aerosol.Model. devel.ped in MSC. It incl.ded detail.d physical.and chemical.process: production, transport, growth, coagul.tion, dry and wet deposition [gong et al., 2003] etc.. Al.o it used the modern Chinese soil.texture map to drive the soil.dust emission scheme. The model.run with horizontal.resol.tion 0.5°x0.5°and 31 vertical.l.vel. on a terrain fol.owing coordinate from ground to 35 km. The integration time step was 10min. Twel.e diameter cl.sses from 0.01 to 41μm were used to represent the size distribution of soil.dust. Dust fl.xes and concentration were cal.ul.ted for each size bin. A series of dust cases occurred in spring 2005 were simul.ted and compared with the surface observation and satel.ite measurement (TOMS AI).The resul.s showed that the model.can simul.te the main characteristic of the dust storm reasonabl.. The resul.s al.o indicated the importance of soil.moisture on dust production process and the method to cal.ul.te it is stil. needed to be improved in our model.

This paper focused on the corrosion resistance of col. spray Al.Al.2O_3composite coatings used on carbon steel.pipe surfaces under thermal.insul.tion. Al.Al.2O_3coatings were produced on the carbon steel.pipe surface by col. spray(CS) technol.gy. Experimental.apparatus was buil. to test the corrosion resistance of coatings beneath mineral.wool.insul.tion under isothermal. thermal.cycl.ng and wet/dry conditions. The resul.s showed that when α-Al.2O_3 was added in spraying powder, the coating coul. obtain higher hardness and a denser microstructure. From corrosionunder-insul.tion(CUI) tests, Al.Al.2O_3CS coatings were proven to be efficient in protecting carbon steel.pipe from CUI mainl. owning to l.mel.ar microstructures of coatings. There was no evidence to show that α-Al.2O_3 might bring any negative effect on corrosion resistance. Al.Al.2O_3CS coatings were sensitive to the chl.ride ion concentration. When these coatings were exposed to higher concentrations of NaC l. the coating's exhibited faster degradation.

A semi-anal.tical.model.for determining the equil.brium configuration and the radial.breathing mode (RBM) frequency of singl.-wal. carbon nanotubes (CNTs) is presented. By taking advantage of the symmetry characteristics, a CNT structure is represented by five independent variabl.s. A l.ne search optimization procedure is empl.yed to determine the equil.brium val.es of these variabl.s by minimizing the potential.energy. With the equil.brium configuration obtained, the semi-anal.tical.model.enabl.s an efficient cal.ul.tion of the RBM frequency of the CNTs. The radius and radial.breathing mode frequency resul.s obtained from the semi-anal.tical.approach are compared with those from mol.cul.r dynamics (MD) and ab initio cal.ul.tions. The resul.s demonstrate that the semi-anal.tical.approach offers an efficient and accurate way to determine the equil.brium structure and radial.breathing mode frequency of CNTs.

Artificial.intel.igence technol.gy has revol.tionized every industry and trade in recent years. However, its own devel.pment is encountering bottl.necks that it is unabl. to impl.ment empathy with human emotions. So affective computing is getting more attention from researchers. In this paper, we propose an amygdal.-inspired affective computing framework to real.ze the recognition of al. kinds of human personal.zed emotions. Simil.r to the amygdal., the instantaneous emergency emotion is first computed more quickl. in a l.w-redundancy convol.tional.neural.network compressed by pruning and weight sharing with hashing trick. Then, the real.time process emotion is identified more accuratel. by the memory l.vel.neural.networks, which is good at handl.ng time-rel.ted signal.. Final.y, the intracranial.emotion is recognized in personal.zed hidden Markov model.. We demonstrate on Facial.Expression of Emotion Dataset and the recognition accuracy of external.emotions(incl.ding the emergency emotion and the process emotion) reached 85.72%. And the experimental.resul.s proved that the personal.zed affective model.can generate desired intracranial.emotions as expected.

We used our col.ection of Arabidopsis transcription factor （TF） ORFeome cl.nes to construct protein microarrays containing as many as 802 TF proteins. These protein microarrays were used for both protein-DNA and proteinprotein interaction anal.ses. For protein-DNA interaction studies, we examined AP2/ERF famil. TFs and their cognate cis-el.ments. By careful.comparison of the DNA-binding specificity of 13 TFs on the protein microarray with previous non-microarray data, we showed that protein microarrays provide an efficient and high throughput tool.for genome-wide anal.sis of TF-DNA interactions. This microarray protein-DNA interaction anal.sis al.owed us to derive a comprehensive view of DNA-binding profil.s of AP2/ERF famil. proteins in Arabidopsis. It al.o reveal.d four TFs that bound the EE （evening el.ment） and had the expected phased gene expression under cl.ck-regul.tion, thus providing a basis for further functional.anal.sis of their rol.s in cl.ck regul.tion of gene expression. We al.o devel.ped procedures for detecting protein interactions using this TF protein microarray and discovered four novel.partners that interact with HY5, which can be val.dated by yeast two-hybrid assays. Thus, pl.nt TF protein microarrays offer an attractive high-throughput al.ernative to traditional.techniques for TF functional.characterization on a gl.bal.scal..

Compl.te mitochondrial.genomes(mitogenomes) can provide useful.information for phyl.genetic rel.tionships,gene rearrangement, and mol.cul.r evol.tion. In the present study, two newl. sequenced mitogenomes of Ocypodoidea(Cl.istostoma dil.tatum and Eupl.x sp.) were reported for the first time, which are 15 444 bp and16 129 bp in l.ngth, respectivel.. Cl.istostoma dil.tatum is the first species in the famil. Camptandriidae whose compl.te mitogenome was sequenced. Each mitogenome contains an entire set of 37 genes and a putative control.region, but their gene arrangements are l.rgel. different. Tandem dupl.cation and random l.ss model.is proposed to account for their gene arrangements. Comparative genomic anal.ses of 19 mitogenomes cl.stering in one branch reveal.that 18 of them shared the same gene rearrangement, whil. that of C. dil.tatum mitogenome was consistent with the ancestral.gene arrangement of Brachyura. The dN/dS ratio anal.sis shows that al. PCGs are evol.ing under purifying sel.ction. Phyl.genetic anal.ses show that al. Macrophal.idae species cl.ster together as a group, and then form a sister cl.de with Camptandriidae. Moreover, the pol.phyl. of three superfamil.es(Ocypodoidea, Eriphioidea, and Grapsoidea) is reconfirmed. These findings hel. to confirm the phyl.genetic position of Camptandriidae, as wel. as provide new insights into the phyl.geny of Brachyura.

Pyrite inside bauxite coul. be oxidized into sol.bl. S-containing ions by el.ctrol.sis, and thus achieving bauxite desul.urization by using fil.ration. However, S-containing ions in el.ctrol.te had some corrosion effects on el.ctrode, especial.y for anode. In this work, six kinds of traditional.material. were sel.cted as anode, and their corrosion behaviors were examined by using el.ctrochemistry characterization. Tafel.and CV curves from simul.ting el.ctrol.te suggested that their corrosion potential. were in the fol.owing order: Ni﹥C﹥SS﹥Fe﹥Cu﹥Pb–Ag. As expected, the desul.urization ratio and cel. vol.age from bauxite el.ctrol.sis were in the fol.owing order respectivel.: Cu﹥Ni﹥Fe﹥SS﹥C﹥Pb–Ag and Ni﹥Fe﹥SS﹥Cu﹥C﹥Pb–Ag. Final.y, Ni was proposed a kind of excel.ent el.ctrode material.for bauxite desul.urization from el.ctrol.sis.
