Corn and soybeans should be sown between 5 cm and 10 cm apart in mixed cultivation to increase protein content and improve productivity of the ***,existing sowers cannot plant at intervals of less than 20 ***,mixed cultivation of corn and soybeans is currently performed by first sowing corn seeds with a tractor and then manually planting soybean *** method results in irregular intervals between the seeds,it is laborious and time *** study aimed at developing a seeder that can simultaneously,precisely and efficiently plant corn and *** geometrical and rheological properties of corn and soybeans were initially *** seed conveying equipment were designed using the EDEM *** sowing interval between seeds,depth of soil over planted seed,and sowing performance were *** EDEM simulation results indicated that a 6-mm-wide and 3-mm-deep grooved seed-delivering roller had the highest particle mobility of the designs considered,with a 2.5%misplanting rate.A performance test showed that no misplanting occurred in the sections sowed with soybean seeds at a seeding interval that averaged 32 mm(321 seeds sown in 10 m)and that misplanting occurred in one section sowed with corn at a seeding interval that averaged 247 mm(40 seeds sown over 10 m).The sowing efficiency for both corn and soybeans was found to be 0.42 h/*** average depth of soil over seed was 32.7 mm for soybean and 39.7 mm for *** average depths are within the stipulated range for the depth of soil over seed,which is 5 to 10 times the seed *** study developed an efficient seeding machine that can simultaneously plant soybean and corn precisely,consequently improving forage yield and saving man-hours.

BACKGROUND Pyogenic infectious spondylitis(PIS)is a rare condition,with an incidence between 0.2 and 2 cases per 100000 per ***’s most common symptom-back or neck pain-occurs in more than 90%of ***,we reported a case of thoracic PIS accompanied by pneumothorax in a 65-year-old male *** SUMMARY A 65-year-old man presented with right chest pain and *** initial erect posteroanterior chest radiography revealed pneumothorax,which was further evaluated by chest computed tomography,revealing pleural effusion in the right lung and a paravertebral abscess with bony destruction of vertebral *** on magnetic resonance imaging,the patient was diagnosed with thoracic infectious spondylitis with an anterior paravertebral *** was prescribed antibiotics and underwent neurosurgery due to aggravated symptoms and neurologic *** examination revealed that the cause of pleural effusion and pneumothorax was Staphylococcus aureus infection contiguously spread to lung *** several surgical treatments with intravenous antibiotic therapy for two months and transition to oral antibiotics(rifampin 600 mg qd and ciprofloxacin 500 mg bid),the patient received physical therapy to recover *** month after discharge,the patient had no chest pain or dyspnea,and exhibited no elevation in inflammatory markers or new thoracic *** To our knowledge,this is the very first report of a case of thoracic PIS with pneumothorax.

Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is common problem, but its treatment still remains challenging. Tranexamic acid has been used to treat or prevent excessive bleeding loss in various medical conditions. There have been some reports of the effect of oral and topical tranexamic acid for treatment of pigmented disorder. Herein we report on a case of female patient who showed improvement of PIH after oral and topical tranexamic acid administration.

Interstitial lung disease （ILD） is a comprehensive term referring to a group of lung diseases affecting the interstitium of the lung. Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （IPF） is the most common idiopathic ILD, and nonspecific interstitial pneumonia （NSIP） is the second most common. As the name suggests, NSIP is diagnosed atter many other diseases are excluded. The main pathological finding in NSIP is homogeneous interstitial inflammation with or without fibrosis. NSIP can be categorized by cellular type or fibrotic type, according to the grade of inflammation and fibrosis. The cellular type has mostly inflammatory lesions with good responses to steroid, but the fibrotic type has a large proportion of fibrosis mixed with inflammatory lesions and a relatively poor response to steroid treatment So far, the exact mechanism underlying idiopathic lED has not been clarified. Determining key regulators of these ILDs will be helpful in the diagnosis and development of novel drugs for ILD.

I schemic colitis is an uncommon complication in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). In previously reported cases of colitis caused by SLE, intestinal vasculitis is implicated as the causative process, but is rarely confirmed histologically. We described a case of a 32-year-old man with increased activity of SLE, who presented with hematochezia and abdominal pain due to ischemic colitis with small vessel vasculitis which was proven by sigmoidoscopic biopsy. The clinical course of the patient was improved after steroid and conservative management.

目的:探讨精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸(RGD)肽涂层微种植体在不同愈合时间时骨组织中Ⅰ型胶原(ColⅠ)和骨钙蛋白(OC)表达水平的变化,阐明RGD肽涂层对微种植体骨整合的促进作用。方法:选取6只成年雄性Beagle犬,将36枚微种植体分为2组,实验组为RGD肽涂层微种植体,对照组微种植体表面未做处理(n=18)。采用随机对照原则,在第0、4、6周时分别在Beagle犬上颌骨左、右侧植入区(第2、第3、第4前磨牙根分叉区域随机选取任一部位)各植入1枚种植体,一侧为实验组,对侧为对照组。实验第8周时处死动物,获得愈合时间为2、4和8周的微种植体-骨组织标本,行HE及免疫组织化学染色,并检测微种植体周围骨组织中ColⅠ和OC的表达情况。结果:HE染色,实验组与对照组均显示有一定的成骨反应,愈合2和4周时,实验组与对照组比较骨组织表现为较强的成骨反应,8周时骨反应趋于一致,均可见板层状骨组织。实验组微种植体周围骨组织中ColⅠ和OC表达水平在2和4周时高于对照组(P0.05)。实验组愈合4周时微种植体周围骨组织中ColⅠ表达水平高于2和8周时,且差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:RGD肽涂层能够提高微种植体周围骨组织中ColⅠ和OC的表达,其在促进微种植体初期骨整合过程中起重要作用。

Effects of core and non-dominant arm strength training on drive distance in elite golfers

Background： Various training schemes have sought to improve golf-related athletic ability. In the golf swing motion, the muscle strengths of the core and arms play important roles, where a difference typically exists in the power of arm muscles between the dominant and non- dominant sides. The purposes of this study were to determine the effects of exercises strengthening the core and non-dominant arm muscles of elite golf players （handicap 〈 3） on the increase in drive distance, and to present a corresponding training scheme aimed at improving golf performance ability. Methods： Sixty elite golfers were randomized into the control group （CG, n = 20）, core exercise group （CEG, n = 20）, and group receiving a combination of muscle strengthening exercises of the non-dominant arm and the core （NCEG, n = 20）. The 3 groups conducted the corresponding exercises for 8 weeks, after which the changes in drive distances and isokinetic strength were measured. Results： Significant differences in the overall improvement of drive distance were observed among the groups （p 〈 0.001）. Enhancement of the drive distance of NCEG was greater than both CG （p 〈 0.001） and CEG （p = 0.001）. Except for trunk flexion, all variables of the measurements of isokinetic strength for NCEG also showed the highest values compared to the other groups. Examination of the correlation between drive distance and isokinetic strength revealed significant correlations of all variables except trunk flexion, wrist extension, and elbow extension. Conclusion： The combination of core and non-dominant arm strength exercises can provide a more effective specialized training program than core alone training for golfers to increase their drive distances.
