目的:本研究旨在证实朝鲜白头翁、人参和甘草的复合水提物(water extract ofPulsatillakoreana(Yabe ex Nakai)Nakai ex ***.,*** andGlycyrrhizauralensisFisch,WEPPG)的抗血管生成作用。方法:使用纤维母细胞生长因子致血管生成的人类脐静脉内皮细胞模型衡量细胞的增殖、黏附及迁移,同时进行细管形成实验及纤维母细胞生长因子致鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成实验检测WEPPG的抗血管生成作用。结果:WEPPG能够显著抑制纤维母细胞生长因子所致血管生成的人类脐静脉内皮细胞的增殖、黏附及迁移。信号蛋白分析显示多种蛋白表达变化,如细胞周期素A、p63、KIP2的上调及nibrin蛋白和黏着斑激酶的下调。与对照组相比,WEPPG显著减少了鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成。结论:本研究的结果证实了WEPPG的抗血管生成作用,这可能是这种药物具有抗癌功效的原因之一。

Background:The response rate and survival improvement for rituximab,a CD20-targeting monoclonal antibody,have been demonstrated in marginal zone lymphoma(MZL)as monotherapy and in combination with chemotherapeutic regimens,yet relapses still occur despite treatment ***,extending the period of remission in MZL patients remains an essential *** multicenter,single-arm,open-label phase II study evaluated the survival efficacy of 2 years of rituximab-maintenance therapy in patients with stage III-IV CD20-positive MZL who had responded to first-line R-CVP(rituximab,cyclophosphamide,vincristine,and prednisolone).The objective of this study was to determine whether rituximab maintenance following R-CVP warrants further ***:Prior to rituximab-maintenance therapy,patients received 6-8 cycles of first-line R-CVP therapy for stage III-IV ***(375 mg/m^(2)),cyclophosphamide(750 mg/m^(2)),and vincristine(1.4 mg/m^(2);maximum 2 mg)were administered via an intravenous infusion on day 1 of each 3-week cycle,while oral prednisolone(100 mg)was given on days 1-5 of each 3-week *** patients who achieved complete response(CR),partial response(PR),or stable disease(SD)to R-CVP treatment,were prescribed rituximab-maintenance therapy which was administered intravenously at a dose of 375 mg/m^(2) every 8 weeks for up to 12 *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS).Secondary endpoints were overall survival(OS)and treatment ***:47 patients were enrolled,of whom,45(96%)received rituximab-maintenance ***(33%)patients had nodal *** R-CVP first-line therapy,20(44%),22(49%),and 3(7%)patients achieved CR,PR,and SD,*** a median follow-up of 38.2 months,their observed 3-year PFS rate was 81%.During the rituximab-maintenance,6 PR and 1 SD patients achieved CR following the administration of *** LDH and the presence of B symptoms were found to be significant prognostic fac

Objective:To establish basic data for identifying the level of mental health care competency of general nurses through verification of the reliability and validity of Competency Assessment Tool-Mental Health in the development of a measurement tool for mental health care competency in ***:This study was conducted on nurses working at general wards,excluding those working at the Department of Psychiatry,in five hospitals with 200 beds or more located in ***,construct,concurrent validity,and internal consistency of the measurement were ***:As a result of the construct validity,the section on importance of skills and knowledge for mental health care had 21 items,whereas the section on benefits of additional education had 22 *** internal consistency of measurement was confirmed as follows:Cronbach’s α=0.96 for the section on importance and 0.96 for the section on benefits ***:This study verified the high validity and reliability of the tool in assessing the mental health care competency of nurses,and it is believed to be significant as basic data for enhancing such competency.

＜正＞ The purpose of the study is to observe the neuroprotective components of herbs which have been used to treat stroke in traditional Korean medicine. For global cerebral ischemia,male wister rats weighing 180 ± 10 g were used and common carotid arteries and vertebral arteries were occluded for 10 min. For focal cerebral ischemia,male SD rats weighing 300 ± 10 g were used and the right middle cerebral artery were occluded for 2 hrs. As the results,decursin （10 mg/kg） showed 36.46% , gomisin A. （30 mg/kg） showed 41.18% of neurorprotection in global cerebral ischemia. Nodakenin （30 mg/kg）. wogonin （30 mg/kg） showed 61. 33% and 42.67% of neuroprotection effect compared with control,respectively. Gomisin A showed the highest effect as 64.67 % of neuroprotection in focal cerebral ischemia. In conclusion,it could be suggested that gomisin A in Schizandra chinensis. decursin and nodakenin in Angelica gigas. wogonin and baicalein in Scutellaria baicalensis are effective components for the treatment of stroke.

AIM:To measure the prognostic significance of absolute monocyte count/absolute lymphocyte count prognostic score(AMLPS) in patients with gastric ***:We retrospectively examined the combination of absolute monocyte count(AMC) and absolute lymphocyte count(ALC) as prognostic variables in a cohort of 299 gastric cancer patients who underwent surgical resection between 2006 and 2013 and were followed at a single *** AMC and ALC were dichotomized into two groups using cut-off points determined by receiving operator characteristic curve *** AMLPS was generated,which stratified patients into three risk groups:low risk(both low AMC and high ALC),intermediate risk(either high AMC or low ALC),and high risk(both high AMC and low ALC).The primary objective of the study was to validate the impact of AMLPS on both disease-free survival(DFS) and overall survival(OS),and the second objective was to assess the AMLPS as an independent prognostic factor for survival in comparison with known prognostic ***:Using data from the entire cohort,the most discriminative cut-off values of AMC and ALC selected on the receiver operating characteristic curve were 672.4/μL and 1734/μL for DFS and *** risk groups included 158(52.8%) patients in the lowrisk,128(42.8%) in the intermediate-risk,and 13(4.3%) in the high-risk *** a median followup of 37.2 mo(range:1.7-91.4 mo),five-year DFS rates in the low-,intermediate-,and high-risk groups were 83.4%,78.7%,and 19.8%,*** fiveyear OS rates in the low-,intermediate-,and high-risk groups were 89.3%,81.1%,and 14.4%,*** multivariate analysis performed with patient- and tumor-related factors,we identified AMLPS,age,and pathologic tumor-node-metastasis stage as the most valuable prognostic factors impacting DFS and ***:AMLPS identified patients with a poor DFS and OS,and it was independent of age,pathologic stage,and various inflammatory markers.

＜正＞ Due to the growth of the Internet and e-commerce, both practitioners and researchers are in the midst of a social, business and culture revolution. Internet and e-commerce related research has been developed and grown up by United States, but China has become one of the most exciting research areas. This literature review consists of 1044 journal articles published between 1993 and 2003 in fourteen International and Chinese journals. The articles are classified by a scheme that consists of four main categories: application areas, technological issues, support and implementation and others. Based on the classification and analysis of e-commerce related researches, we present the current state of International and Chinese research and discuss the differences between them.

前面我们已经指出热振动能够引起皮肤细胞中母体金属蛋白酶的出现，这些结果也关系到长期热处理引起皮肤起皱纹。最近的研究中，我们检查到长期热处理（43℃，30min，3次／周，6周）在无毛鼠的皮肤形起皱纹。我们发现无毛鼠的皮肤经6周一个周期反复热处理后引起皮肤起皱纹。在组织结构上无毛鼠的皮肤经热处理导致MMP-13蛋白质和mRNA的出现明显增加，但不是MMP-2和-9。我们还要指出长期热处理会降低抗氧化剂（过氧化氢酶）和过氧化物歧化酶（SOD）。另外，承受长期热振动后在老鼠皮肤上增加氧化性损伤。

Uhwang Chungsim Won Decreases Blood Oxygen Level-Dependent fMRI Signal Response to A Motor Stimulation Task

Objectives： TO evaluate the effect of Uhwang Chungsim Won [UC, Niuhuang Qingxin Pill （牛黄清心丸] on the blood oxygen level-dependent （BOLD） functional magnetic resonance imaging （fMRI） signal response to a motor stimulation task using a hand grasping paradigm. Methods： Ten healthy right-handed male volunteers were recruited. Their BOLD fMRI signal characteristics during hand grasping were determined before and 1 h after consuming UC. Results： With the administration of UC, BOLD responses to the right hand motor task showed a decrease in both hemispheres including the right cerebellar culmen, right and left medial frontal gyrus, right parahippocampal gyrus, right and left sublobar insula, right and left posterior cingulate, left precuneus, and right precentral gyrus. Decreased BOLD responses to the left hand motor task were shown in the right lingual gyrus, right cerebellar culmen, left superior temporal gyrus, right and left middle frontal gyrus, and right precentral gyrus after UC administration. Increased BOLD responses to the left hand motor task were shown in the left and right posterior cingulate, while there was no increased response to the right hand motor task after UC administration. Conclusions： UC administration significantly decreased fMRI BOLD signal responses to hand grasping in most of the brain areas including the primary motor cortex, but it is not clear whether these decreased responses were caused by a decrease in neuronal activities or by an increase in cerebral blood flow due to the cerebral vasodilatory effects of UC. Further studies using positron emission tomography or single photon emission computed tomography are needed to fully elucidate these findings.

Amelioration effects of traditional Chinese medicine on alcohol-induced fatty liver

AIM: To examine the effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on alcohol-induced fatty liver in rats. TCM consists of Astragalus membranaceus, Morus alba, Crataegus pinnatifida,Alisma orientale, Salvia miltiorrhiza, and Pueraria ***: The rats were separated randomly into five groups. One (the CD group) was fed a control diet for 10 wk, another (the ED group) fed an ethanol-containing isocaloric liquid diet for 10 wk, and the last three (the TCM group) were fed an ethanol-containing isocaloric liquid TCM2000, respectively) weekly during the last 4 ***: ED group developed fatty liver according to lipid profile and liver histological findings. Compared with the control group, liver/body weight, serum triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC), liver TG and TC, serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartic aminotransferase (AST) significantly increased in the ED ***, in the rats administered with TCM, liver/body weight, serum TG and TC, liver TG and TC, serum ALT and AST were significantly decreased, and the degree of hepatic lipid droplets was markedly improved compared with those in the ED ***: TCM treatment causes significant reduction in alcohol-induced lipid hepatic accumulation,reversing fatty liver and liver damage, and can be usedas a remedy for alcoholic fatty liver.
