Transportation characteristics of δ^(13)C in the plants-soil-bedrock-cave system in Chongqing karst area

Here we use an analytical method to determine δ13C in local plants and organic matter in the soils above Furong cave,Chongqing,*** also monitored δ13C in dissolved inorganic carbon(DIC) of drip water,δ13C of active deposits under the drip waters,and the concentration of air CO2(PCO2).Based on these,we preliminarily studied the transportation characteristics of stable carbon isotope(13C) in cave system of the subtropical karst *** average δ13C value of 27 local plant samples,which belong to 16 families,was -32‰ and the weighted δ13C for surface dry biomass was -33‰.We found that for 54 soil samples collected from 5 soil profiles,δ13C of soil organic matters was -22‰,which could be attributed to the different transportation rates of stable carbon isotopes during the decomposition of plants and organic matters in *** relatively lighter 12C tended to transfer into gaseous CO2,which made the relatively heavier 13C concentrated in the *** the basis of monitoring of DIC-δ13C in drip waters from July 2009 to June 2010,we found that values in winter months were heavier and values in summer months were lighter in general,the reason of which was that in summer months,both the temperature and the humidity were comparatively higher,resulted in more CO2 with lighter δ13C generated from organic matters decomposition and plants *** average DIC -δ13C value was -11‰,about 11‰ heavier than the δ13C of organic matters in soils,which proved that part of DIC in cave drip water was sourced from dissolution of inorganic carbonate(host rock,with heavier δ13C).As for the δ13C of active deposits at five drip water sites in Furong cave,they had almost the same variation with relatively light *** other words,these active speleothems were deposited at equilibrium conditions for isotopic *** results suggest that the carbon isotopic information of speleothems could be used to track the evolution of local vegetation in certain situations.

Dynamics of phytoplankton and picoplankton over a tidal cycle in a subtropical lagoon

The influences of a tidal cycle on the distribution of autotrophic plankton were investigated in a hyper-eutrophic lagoon designated as a scenic *** showed that the highest concentrations of picoplankton and phytoplankton were found in the middle and inner part of the lagoon,irrespective of the *** MDS result also revealed that phytoplankton communities,dominated by Ceratium furca,were similar among stations in the inner bay during both flood tides and ebb *** time series sampling results at the inlet-outlet channel revealed that almost the same amounts of phytoplankton and picoplankton were carried through the channel during flood and ebb tides,with no trend in nutrient fluctuations except for phosphate which had a net loss from the *** results showed that tidal cycles do not effectively flush away phytoplankton and picoplankton from the lagoon,and the blooming of phytoand picoplankton is inevitable should the situation stay the *** are needed to alleviate the eutrophication condition instead of depending on the natural process such as tidal cycle.

基于RELAP5与MELCOR联合分析方法的压水堆严重事故研究

针对严重事故的模拟研究,本文提出结合热工水力系统程序和严重事故一体化程序的分析方法,以典型三环路传统压水堆为对象,分别采用RELAP5和MELCOR程序建立模型,分析在全厂断电叠加汽动辅助给水泵失效事故下系统的瞬态响应。为了尽可能地利用RELAP5计算早期热工水力响应,同时保证严重事故计算结果的准确性,以MELCOR锆合金氧化模型开始工作温度的下限,即包壳温度达到1 100 K作为程序衔接准则并利用RELAP5的大编辑功能,提取所需计算结果导入MELCOR输入卡作为初始参数继续模拟。计算结果表明,数据连接过程整体保持了连续性,两种方法计算得出的主冷却剂系统压力、堆芯和稳压器水位、燃料包壳温度等参数的数值以及堆芯传热恶化和压力容器失效等现象的时序存在不同程度的差异,例如堆芯熔毁时间延后了约538 s。由于采用了RELAP5计算严重事故前的系统暂态响应,联合分析方法的计算结果比单独使用MELCOR分析的结果更加准确,该方法可以提高传统严重事故分析的可靠性。

The purpose of this paper is to present an Expert System of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ESTCM) for Cerebrovascular disease developed in a PC environment. We describe the system environment, architecture, functions and features, and discuss the recording of the dynamic evolution of disease by using integrated database and knowledge base (KB) in our system. The content of medical history database is the input to knowledge base directly. This can improve the processing of doctor-revisit in the ESTCM, and can simulate the doctor’s behavior of observing medical history records, understanding the changes of symptoms, and then making a decision. Also, a two-stage user interface is included in our system. In addition, we propose that ESTCM developers use a modern instrument, Electro-dermal Screening Device (ESD), to test the property of recipe made by ESTCM and to modify the knowledge in the knowledge base backwards. Therefore, the ESD will make significant impacts on the development of ESTCM.

In a supply chain network suppliers provide merchandise to a purchaser based on a request for a quotation. The purchaser will then choose a supplier with the best combination of price and quality. In order to obtain business advantage, a potential supplier will try to collect related information about other suppliers through the Internet so he/she can offer the best bid to the purchaser. Intrusion into other suppliers" computer systems is not uncommon. Therefore, confidentiality on suppliers" sensitive data becomes an important issue for the design of a supply chain network. Analyzing any violation of confidentiality is a necessity. This paper provides a mathematical foundation for establishing two category confidentiality abstract models using Markov chains. And it also provides how to analyze and validate the simulated models.

为了研究磁流变抛光后元件表面"彗尾状缺陷"的生成和演变机理,本文以石英玻璃为样品,分析了磁流变抛光时抛光液中抛光颗粒浓度与水分含量对彗尾状缺陷的影响。研究表明,彗尾状缺陷的生成与元件表面存在的原始缺陷相关,抛光颗粒在缺陷处的堆积是造成原始缺陷转变成彗尾状缺陷的主要原因。随着抛光颗粒浓度的增加,抛光颗粒在原始缺陷处的堆积明显,生成的彗尾状缺陷数量增加;然而随着水分含量的增加,抛光液的流动性增强,抛光颗粒在缺陷处堆积效应减弱,彗尾状缺陷出现的数量降低。在磁流变抛光过程中,原始凹坑缺陷首先演变成彗尾状缺陷,彗尾状缺陷的头部凹坑深度相对于原始缺陷表现出先增加再降低的趋势;而凹坑的边缘角度随抛光的进行单调增加,直到缺陷被完全去除。本文的研究结果为磁流变抛光中抑制元件表面彗尾状缺陷的生成奠定了理论基础,有助于后期研发控制彗尾状缺陷的抛光液和工艺优化方法。
