Four kinds of Mg alloys reinforced with carbon fibres were fabricated by a gas pressure infiltration technique. The fibres were pre-coated a SiO2 layer prior to fabrication. DifFerent microstructures and interactions in the fibre-matrix interface of these composites were observed by transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. The results showed that the interracial interaction strongly depended on the content of Al in the Mg-based matrices. The microstructure of the interface could then be controlled by adjusting the Al content of the Mgbased matrix. In addition, fibres extracted from different Mg-based matrix all had some degradation owing to the interracial reaction and the fibre-matrix interdiffusion.

Determining the appropriate soil cadmium(Cd)criteria for vegetable production is important for ensuring that the Cd concentrations of the vegetables meet food safety *** soil extractable Cd criteria for vegetable production are also essential for both food safety and environmental management,especially in areas with a high natural background *** the present study,soil total and extractable Cd criteria were derived using the approach of species sensitivity distribution integrated with soil aging and bioavailability as affected by soil properties.A dataset of 90 vegetable species planted in different soils was compiled by screening the published in literature in five bibliographic databases using designated search *** empirical soil-plant transfer model was applied to normalize the bioaccumulation *** normalization,the intra-species variability was reduced by 18.3 to 84.4%.The soil Cd concentration that would protect 95%(HC_(5))of the species was estimated by species sensitivity distribution curves that were fitted by the Burr III *** soil Cd criteria derived from the added approach for risk assessment were proposed as continuous criteria based on a combination of organic carbon and pH in the *** for total Cd and EDTA-extractable Cd in the soil ranged from 0.23 to 0.61 mg kg^(-1)and from 0.09 to 0.25 mg kg^(-1),*** experimental data were used to validate the applicability and validity of these *** of the predicted HC5 values in the field experimental sites were below the 1:1 *** results provide a scientific basis for soil Cd criteria for vegetable production that will ensure food safety.

The acrosome reaction is a prerequisite for fertilization,and its signaling pathway has been investigated for *** of the type of inducers present,the acrosome reaction is ultimately mediated by the elevation of cytosolic *** 1,4,5-trisphosphate-gated calcium channels are important components of the acrosome reaction signaling pathway and have been confirmed by several *** this study,we used a novel permeabilization tool BioPORTER?and first demonstrated its effectiveness in *** inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate type-1 receptor antibody was introduced into spermatozoa by BioPORTER?and significantly reduced the calcium influx and acrosome reaction induced by progesterone,solubilized zona pellucida,and the calcium ionophore *** finding indicates that the inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate type-1 receptor antibody is a valid inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor inhibitor and provides evidence of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate-gated calcium channel involvement in the acrosome reaction in human ***,we demonstrated that the transfer of 1,4,5-trisphosphate into spermatozoa induced acrosome reactions,which provides more reliable evidence for this *** addition,by treating the spermatozoa with inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate/BioPORTER?in the presence or absence of calcium in the culture medium,we showed that the opening of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate-gated calcium channels led to extracellular calcium *** particular extracellular calcium influx may be the major process of the final step of the acrosome reaction signaling pathway.

To better characterize the optical properties of atmospheric aerosols, the multi-wavelength cavity ring-down aerosol extinction spectrometer(MCRD-AES) is developed and applied in this study. By using tunable light source and four parallel cavities, the MCRD-AES covers a wide and atmospherically relevant wavelength range from 360 to 663 nm. Four wavelengths(375 nm, 440 nm, 532 nm, and 620 nm) are particularly tested with ammonium sulfate and nigrosine. The refractive index values obtained from this study agree well with literature data. The stability and accuracy of the MCRD-AES are tested, and the minimum detectable extinction coefficient is 0.5 1/Mm. The high sensitivity, high precision, and wavelength changeable of MCRD-AES indicate its great application prospect in comprehensively quantifying the optical properties of atmospheric aerosols.

As a new treatment technique,photothermal therapy(PTT)has aroused worldwide attention in cancer treatment,mainly due to its excellent absorption ability,easy regulation,and *** conversion materials with enhanced permeability and retention effect can be targeted easily to tumor *** can accumulate efficiently to tumor tissues and allow normal tissues and organs not to be affected by temperature,thus significantly helping to reduce the systemic toxicity and improve the antitumor ***,PTT alo ne often suffers from the rapeutic resistance and reduced therapeutic efficacy,due to photothermal nanomaterial-mediated fundamental cellular defense mechanism of heat shock response,which could be inhibited by small interfering RNA(siRNA).Nevertheless,photothermal conversion materials as an excellent siRNA delivery carrier may conside rably enhance the delivery efficiency of ***,photothermal and RNA interfering(RNAi)synergistic therapy has recently aroused extensive attention in tumor *** this review,we mainly summarize the recent advances of photothermal and RNAi synergistic therapy,including some synergistic therapeutic nanoplatforms of inorganic and organic photothermal materials and other combined therapies such as combining with small molecular antitumor agents or PDT/*** combination of various treatment techniques may considerably improve the synergistic therapeutic effect of PTT and RNAi in the treatment of cancers.

目的:探讨血清游离脱氧核糖核酸(cfDNA)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖蛋白抗原19-9(CA19-9)及粪便隐血试验联合诊断结直肠癌的临床价值。方法:回顾性选取于我院2022年9月至2023年9月就诊的结直肠癌患者86例为观察组,同时选取于我院体检结果为正常的健康人群86名为对照组,比较2组血清cfDNA、CEA、CA19-9水平及粪便隐血阳性率,分析血清cfDNA、CEA、CA19-9水平和粪便隐血阳性率与结直肠癌的相关性,采取受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评价分析血清cfDNA、CEA、CA19-9水平和粪便隐血阳性率单项检测与联合检测对结直肠癌的诊断价值。结果:观察组患者血清cfDNA、CEA、CA19-9水平及粪便隐血阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05);血清cfDNA(r=0.671,P<0.001)、CEA(r=0.540,P<0.001)、CA19-9水平(r=0.623,P<0.001)和粪便隐血阳性率(r=0.712,P<0.001)均与结直肠癌呈正相关;ROC曲线显示,血清cfDNA、CEA、CA19-9、粪便隐血阳性率单项检测及四项联合检测的AUC分别为0.853、0.811、0.807、0.843、0.956,灵敏度分别为89.5%、84.9%、79.1%、70.9%、90.7%,特异度分别为86.0%、82.6%、82.6%、97.3%、88.4%。结论:血清cfDNA、CEA、CA19-9水平和粪便隐血阳性率联合检测能够提高诊断结直肠癌的灵敏度,具有较高的诊断价值,能够为临床提供参考。
