Various mobile devices and applications are now used in daily *** devices require high-speed data processing,low energy consumption,low communication latency,and secure data transmission,especially in 5G and 6G mobile ***-security cryptography guarantees that essential data can be transmitted securely;however,it increases energy consumption and reduces data processing ***,this study proposes a low-energy data encryption(LEDE)algorithm based on the Advanced Encryption Standard(AES)for improving data transmission security and reducing the energy consumption of encryption in Internet-of-Things(IoT)*** the proposed LEDE algorithm,the system time parameter is employed to create a dynamic S-Box to replace the static S-Box of *** indicated that six-round LEDE encryption achieves the same security level as 10-round conventional AES *** reduction in encryption time results in the LEDE algorithm having a 67.4%lower energy consumption and 43.9%shorter encryption time than conventional AES;thus,the proposed LEDE algorithm can improve the performance and the energy consumption of IoT edge devices.

BACKGROUND In recent years,the prevalence of obesity and metabolic syndrome in type 1 diabetes(T1DM)patients has gradually *** resistance in T1DM deserves *** is necessary to clarify the relationship between body composition,metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance in T1DM to guide clinical treatment and *** To assess body composition(BC)in T1DM patients and evaluate the relationship between BC,metabolic syndrome(MS),and insulin resistance in these *** A total of 101 subjects with T1DM,aged 10 years or older,and with a disease duration of over 1 year were *** impedance analysis using the Tsinghua-Tongfang BC Analyzer BCA-1B was employed to measure various BC *** and laboratory data were collected,and insulin resistance was calculated using the estimated glucose disposal rate(eGDR).RESULTS MS was diagnosed in 16/101 patients(15.84%),overweight in 16/101 patients(15.84%),obesity in 4/101(3.96%),hypertension in 34/101(33.66%%)and dyslip-idemia in 16/101 patients(15.84%).Visceral fat index(VFI)and trunk fat mass were significantly and negatively correlated with eGDR(both P<0.001).Female patients exhibited higher body fat percentage and visceral fat ratio compared to male *** logistic regression analysis revealed that significant factors for MS included eGDR[P=0.017,odds ratio(OR)=0.109],VFI(P=0.030,OR=3.529),and a family history of diabetes(P=0.004,OR=0.228).Significant factors for hypertension included eGDR(P<0.001,OR=0.488)and skeletal muscle mass(P=0.003,OR=1.111).Significant factors for dyslipidemia included trunk fat mass(P=0.033,OR=1.202)and eGDR(P=0.037,OR=0.708).CONCLUSION Visceral fat was found to be a superior predictor of MS compared to conventional measures such as body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio in Chinese individuals with *** analysis,specifically identifying visceral fat(trunk fat),may play an important role in identifying the increased risk of

因原则性条款与特殊性条款规则冲突、不确定法律概念识别困难以及规范功能与实际功能匹配矛盾,行政处罚决定公开在执法层面适用的准确性存疑。立足现有规范体系,行政处罚决定公开具有监督、警告、制裁等多重目的,而行政处罚决定又涉及个人利益、社会利益与国家利益,是否公开就需要对不同主体间复杂的利益关系进行衡量。行政处罚决定公开不能简单适用政府信息公开之规定,而是应先根据公开之目的择准利益偏向,判断分属应当公开或应当不公开之类型后,再对公开与豁免公开之理由进行辨别。“具有一定社会影响”作为应当不公开类型的豁免理由,需要结合行为标准、主体标准、时间标准进行解释,以此构建行政处罚决定公开的理性判定规则。

高浓度掺杂非晶铟镓锌氧化物薄膜的态密度模型研究

针对背沟道刻蚀(Back Channel Etch,BCE)技术的非晶铟镓锌氧化物(a-IGZO)薄膜晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,TFTs),建立了一种高浓度掺杂态密度模型(High Concentration Doping Density Of States model,HCD-DOS model),并通过数值模拟研究态密度关键参数对器件性能的影响,以此揭示a-IGZO TFTs中制备工艺对导电沟道修复的物理机理.首先,采用结合强度较高的钼/铜双层结构作为栅/源/漏电极,引入BCE方法制备了底栅顶接触(BottomGate Top-Contact,BG-TC)TFTs.其次,建立了适用于BCE技术的a-IGZO TFTs的HCD-DOS模型.随后,基于TCAD(Technology Computer Aided Design)仿真器对态密度关键参数进行数值研究,结果表明,不同态密度参数对a-IGZO TFTs器件转移特性曲线、电学特性以及沟道内部电子浓度分布的影响有所差异.最后,基于HCD-DOS模型探索SiO_(x)钝化层沉积和N_(2)O等离子体处理对器件内部机理的影响.研究发现,N2O等离子体处理对态密度分布和沟道载流子浓度有显著影响,进而导致阈值电压正向漂移.

目的:分析三明市医共体总额预付改革对医疗服务下沉的影响。方法:收集2016—2019年三明市医共体运行和医保收支数据,通过描述性分析和间断时间序列模型对医共体、医院及基层医疗机构的医疗服务数量及效率变化、医保基金运行情况进行分析。结果:总额预付改革后,医共体内医院门急诊服务量占比由63.3%下降至58.1%,基层医疗机构占比呈上升趋势;2016—2019年医院住院服务量占比和每百人门急诊住院人次数显著减少。医保基金总体结余率由2016年的8.2%降至2019年的2.6%。结论:三明市总额预付改革实施后医保基金总体运行平稳,医共体医疗服务效率有所提升,医疗服务逐步下沉,医院住院人次数下降,基层住院患者占比有所上升。建议各地开展医共体总额预付制改革时应合理制定医共体预算总额,完善医共体内部分配制度与协作机制。
