在InGaN发光二极管中 ,尽管存在着大量的位错 ,但其效率还是相当高的。用InGaN作为有源层是很重要的。在InGaN基LED的情况下 ,为产生光发射需要较高的激发功率。横向大面积外延生长的GaN激光二极管 (LDs)是在厚的GaN衬底上外延制备成的。在温度 2 5 0℃、30mW输出的连续工作状态下 ,其工作电流小于 4 2mA ,6 0 0℃、30mW输出的连续工作状态下的寿命约为1 5 0 0 0小时。这些结果表明 ,螺旋位错密度的降低延长了激光二极管的寿命。此外 ,良好的散热也是很重要的。

Urban areas have many problems,including homelessness,graffiti,and *** problems are influenced by various factors and are linked to each other;thus,an understanding of the problem structure is required in order to detect and solve the root problems that generate vicious ***,before implementing action plans to solve these problems,local governments need to estimate cost-effectiveness when the plans are carried ***,this paper proposed constructing an urban problem knowledge graph that would include urban problems’causality and the related cost information in budget *** addition,this paper proposed a method for detecting vicious cycles of urban problems using SPARQL queries with inference rules from the knowledge ***,several root problems that led to vicious cycles were ***-problem experts evaluated the extracted causal relations.

Relationship between arterial stiffness and cognitive function in outpatients with dementia and mild cognitive impairment compared with community residents without dementia

BACKGROUND It is unclear whether the dementia patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and vascular dementia(VaD)and mixed dementia(MIX,including AD and VaD)would have more developed arterial stiffness as compared with local residents without *** aim of this study was to assess arterial stiffness and cognitive function in different types of dementia pa-tients[AD,VaD,MIX and mild cognitive impairment(MCI)]and community residents without *** this was a single-center,cross-sectional observational *** studied a cohort of 600 elderly outpatients with a complaint of memory loss,who were divided into four groups(AD,VaD,MIX and MCI).In addition,they were compared with 55 age-matched local residents without dementia(Controls).We assessed arterial stiffness by brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)and the global cognitive function by the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE).RESULtS the baPWV was higher in AD,VaD and MIX than in MCI and in Controls(Pthe baPWV was higher in MCI than in Controls(P=0.021),while MMSE were compatible between them(P=0.119).the higher baPWV predicted the presence of AD,VaD,MIX and MCI with the odds ratio of 6.46,8.74,6.16 and 6.19,*** contrast,there were no difference in baPWV among three different types of dementia(P=0.191).the linear relationship between baPWV and MMSE was observed in the elderly with MMSE≥23(R=0.452,P=0.033),while it was not in dementia patients(MMSEthe findings suggest that MCI and dementia patients have stiffer arteries as compared with age-matched local residents,although global cognitive function may be comparable between MCI and the local residents.

to enhance the conductivity detection sensitivity of common anions(Na-anions) in electrostatic ion chromatography(EIC) by elution with water,a conductivity enhancement column packed with strong acid cation exchange resin in the H-form was inserted between an octadecyl silane(ODS)-silica separation column modified with zwitterionic surfactant(CHAPS: 3-{(3-cholamidopropyl)-dimethylammonio}propanesulfonate) and a conductivity ***,the Na-anion pairing is converted to H-anion pairing after the EIC separation and then detected sensitively by the conductivity *** effects of conductivity enhancement and suppression in the EIC by the enhanced conductivity detection were characterized for the common strong acid anions such as SO2-4,Cl-,NO-3,I-and ClO-4 and weak acid anions such as F-,NO-2,HCOO-,CH3COO-and *** the conductivity enhancement effect in the EIC,it is found that the conductivity of measured for all strong acid anions(Na-anions) was enhanced according to the theoretical conductivity predicted for H-anions and that of the measured for weak acid anions was suppressed depending on their pKa of *** the calibration linearity in the EIC,the strong acid anions were linear(r2=0.99-1.00) because the degree of dissociation is almost 1.0 over all the concentration range and that of the weak acid anions was non-linear because the degree of dissociation decreased by increasing the concentration of the weak acid *** conclusion,the EIC by enhanced conductivity detection was recognized to be useful only for the strong acid anions in terms of conductivity detection and calibration linearity.

In this study,our recent work on advanced ion chromatographic methods for the simultaneous determination of inorganic ionic species such as common anions(SO2-4,Cl-and NO-3) and cations(Na+,NH+4,K+,Mg2+,and Ca2+),nutrients(phosphate and silicate) and hydrogen ion/alkalinity are summarized ***,the applications using these methods for monitoring environmental water quality are also *** the determination of common anions and cations with nutrients,the separation was successfully performed by a polymethacrylate-based weakly acidic cation-exchange column of tSKgel Super IC-A/C(tosoh,150 mm×6.0 mm i.d.) and a mixture solution of 100 mmol/L ascorbic acid and 4 mmol/L 18-crown-6 as acidic eluent with dual detection of conductivity and *** the determination of hydrogen ion/alkalinity,the separation was conducted by tSKgel ODS-100Z column(tosoh,150 mm×4.5 mm i.d.) modified with lithium dodecylsulfate and an eluent of 40 mmol/L LiCl/0.1 mmol/L lithium dodecylsulfate/0.05 mmol/L H2SO4 with conductivity *** differences of ion concentration between untreated and treated wastewater showed the variation of ionic species during biological treatment process in a sewage treatment *** and distribution of water-quality conditions were related to the bioavailability and human activity in *** these results,our advanced ion chromatographic methods have contributed significantly for water quality monitoring of environmental waters.

to help corporations survive amidst worldwide quality competition, the authors have focused on the strategic development of a higher-cycled product design CAE model employing a highly reliable CAE analysis technology component model. their efforts are part of principle-based research aimed at evolving product design and CAE development processes to ensure better quality assurance. to satisfy the requirements of developing and producing high quality products while also reducing costs and shortening development times, the effectiveness of this model was verified by successfully applying it to the technological problems of loosening bolts and other product design bottlenecks at auto manufacturers.

A unified ion-exclusion chromatography(IEC) system for monitoring anionic and cationic nutrients like NH + 4,NO 2,NO 3,phosphate ion,silicate ion and HCO 3 was developed and applied to several environmental *** IEC system consisted of four IEC methodologies,including the IEC with ultraviolet(UV) detection at 210 nm for determining NH + 4 on anion-exchange separation column in OH form connected with anion-exchange UV-conversion column in I form in tandem,the IEC with UV-detection at 210 nm for determining simultaneously NO 2 and NO 3 on cation-exchange separation column in H + form,the IEC with UV-detection at 210 nm for determining HCO 3 on cation-exchange separation column in H + form connected with anion-exchange UV-conversion column in I form in tandem,and the IEC with visible-detection based on molybdenum-blue reaction for determining simultaneously silicate and phosphate ions on cation-exchange separation column in H + *** IEC systems were combined through three manually-driven 6-port column selection valves to select each separation column to determine selectively the ionic *** this sequential water quality monitoring system,the analytical performances such as calibration linearity,reproducibility,detection limit and recovery were also tested under the optimized chromatographic *** novel water quality monitoring system has been applied successfully for the determination of the ionic eutrophication components in sub-urban river waters.

Ion-exclusion/anion-exchange chromatography(IEC/AEC) on a combination of a strongly basic anion-exchange resin in the OH——form with basic eluent has been *** separation mechanism is based on the ion-exclusion/penetration effect for cations and the anion-exchange effect for anions to anion-exchange resin *** system is useful for simultaneous separation and determination of ammonium ion(NH+4),nitrite ion(NO-2),and nitrate ion(NO-3) in water *** resolution of analyte ions can be manipulated by changing the concentration of base in eluent on a polystyrene-divinylbenzene based strongly basic anion-exchange resin *** this study,several separation columns,which consisted of different particle sizes,different functional groups and different anion-exchange capacities,were *** the results,the separation column with the smaller anion-exchange capacity(tSKgel Super IC-Anion) showed well-resolved separation of cations and *** the optimization of the basic eluent,lithium hydroxide(LiOH) was used as the eluent and the optimal concentration was concluded to be 2 mmol/L,considering the resolution of analyte ions and the whole retention *** the optimal conditions,the relative standard deviations of the peak areas and the retention times of NH+4,NO-2,and NO-3 ranged 1.28%-3.57% and 0.54%-1.55%,*** limits of detection at signal-to-noise of 3 were 4.10 μmol/L for NH+4,1.87 μmol/L for NO-2 and 2.83 μmol/L for NO-3.
