业已证明精氨酸是一些内分泌疾病的诊断和研究工具。有关精氨酸在血中浓度和激素水平关系的研究很少,其原因是当前测定精氨酸的方法学存在困难,曾用的一些方法的特异性、敏感性和速度方面均不理想,氨基酸分析仪和高效液相色谱技术敏感性好,但费时而且需要精密仪器。一些比色法和荧光法,由于要从其它胍类衍生物中分离精氨酸或因防止含硫化合物对本法的干扰,需标本量太大。曾用过精氨酸酶法,步骤是先用色层分离出精氨酸或直接法测随后形成的尿素。这些方法精密度差,易有干扰或者敏感度太低。

This study investigated the influence of Indian mustard （Brassicajuncea） root exudation on soil solution properties （pH, dissolved organic carbon （DOC）, metal solubility） in the rhizosphere using a rhizobox. Measurement was conducted following the cultivation of Indian mustard in the rhizobox filled four different types of heavy metal contaminated soils （two alkaline soils and two acidic soils）. The growth of Indian mustard resulted in a significant increase （by 0.6 pH units） in rhizosphere soil solution pH of acidic soils and only a slight increase （〈 0.1 pH units） in alkaline soils. Furthermore, the DOC concentration increased by 17-156 mg/L in the rhizosphere regardless of soil type and the extent of contamination, demonstrating the exudation of DOC from root. Ion chromatographic determination showed a marked increase in the total dissolved organic acids （OAs） in rhizosphere. While root exudates were observed in all soils, the amount of DOC and OAs in soil solution varied considerably amongst different soils, resulting in significant changes to soil solution metals in the rhizosphere. For example, the soil solution Cd, Cu, Pb, and Zn concentrations increased in the rhizosphere of alkaline soils compared to bulk soil following plant cultivation. In contrast, the soluble concentrations of Cd, Pb, and Zn in acidic soils decreased in rhizosphere soil when compared to bulk soils. Besides the influence of pH and DOC on metal solubility, the increase of heavy metal concentration having high stability constant such as Cu and Pb resulted in a release of Cd and Zn from solid phase to liquid phase.

The interface of the SiCp/Al composites produced by powder metallurgy processing involving hot-pressing above the matrix solidus temperature has been investigated by means of TEM. Several kinds of interfaces between the reinforcements and the matrix in the composite, including the clean interfaces, the faceted interfaces and the slight reaction interfaces, are presented. And most of interfaces belong to the slight reaction interfaces which are composed of the Al with different orientation from the Al matrix near the interface zone and particle-like substances produced by MgAl2O4 spinels and impurities.

AML （acute myeloid leukemia） is an aggressive hematopoietic malignancy with multiple signaling pathways contributing to its pathogenesis. A key role in of these pathways is the FLT3 （FMS-like tyrosine kinase receptor-3）. Activation of the FLT3ITD （internal tandem duplication of FLT3） leads to decreased progression and low survivability rate. Targeting the kinase activity of FLT3 with inhibitory compounds can be used as an obvious therapeutic option. The second generation inhibitors have shown enhanced FLT3 specificity and good results in targeting AML. The aim of this study is to elucidate the combined effects of these inhibitors on FLT3ITD signal transduction.

BACKGROUND Binge-eating disorder(BED)is a clinical syndrome and is considered the most common type of eating ***,our understanding of the global performance and progress of BED research is *** To describe and perform a bibliometric analysis of the state of BED *** The term‘Binge eating’was searched in the title throughout the previous year’s up to December 31,*** searched the Scopus and Reference Citation Analysis for publications on Binge *** VOSviewer software version 1.6.17 was used to produce the network visualization map of the most frequent author,collaborative relationships between countries/regions,and to determine the hotspots related to binge eating *** addition,conventional bibliometric indicators were *** The search strategy found 2713 total articles and an average of 62 articles per *** them,‘Article’represented 82.49%of the publications(n=2238 articles)and was the most frequent type,followed by reviews(n=243;8.96%).The number of publications increased steadily during the last decade of the study *** hundred and thirty-two countries contributed to binge eating research,with 1495(55.11%)articles published in the United States,followed by Italy with 256(9.44%),the United Kingdom with 183(6.75%),and Germany with 182(6.71%).Currently,the main hot topics related to BED are‘type of treatment and management and treatment provided to BED”;“processes and pathways to binge eating”;and‘diagnosis,signs and symptoms,comorbidities and prevalence and associated factors with BED’.CONCLUSION The number of publications has increased noticeably during the previous *** are indeed relatively few publications on BED from low-and middle-income nations,so much is to be learned from the experience of all *** on this topic are critical in all countries to discover risk factors and effective intervention *** our findings are preliminary,they imply that the future

BACKGROUND Nutrition is a significant modifiable element that influences the composition of the gastrointestinal microbiota,implying the possibility of therapeutic diet methods that manipulate the composition and diversity of the *** To overview research papers on nutrition and gut microbiota and determines the hotspots in this field at the global *** Scopus and Reference Citation Analysis were used to construct a bibliometric *** was decided to create bibliometric indicators and mapping as in most previous studies.2012 through 2021 served as the study's *** A total of 5378 documents from the Scopus database were selected for *** all retrieved studies,78.52%were research papers(n=4223),followed by reviews(n=820;15.25%).China ranked first with a total number of articles of 1634(30.38%),followed by the United States in second place with a total number of articles of 1307(24.3%).In the last decade,emerging hotspots for gut microbiota and nutrition research included"gut microbiota metabolism and interaction with dietary components","connection between the gut microbiota and weight gain",and"the influence of high-fat diet and gut microbiota on metabolic disorders".CONCLUSION This is the first thorough bibliometric analysis of nutrition and gut microbiota publications conducted on a global *** of the association between nutrition/diet and the gut microbiota is still in its infancy and will be expanded in the ***,according to recent trends,the"effect of gut microbiota and high-fat diet on metabolic disorders"will be an increasing concern in the future.
