Background:With the rapid development of robotic surgery,especially for the abdominal surgery,robotic pancreatic surgery(RPS)has been applied increasingly around the ***,evidence-based guidelines regarding its application,safety,and efficacy are still *** harvest robust evidence and comprehensive clinical practice,this study aims to develop international guidelines on the use of ***:World Health Organization(WHO)Handbook for Guideline Development,GRADE Grid method,Delphi vote,and the AGREE-II instrument were used to establish the Guideline Steering Group,Guideline Development Group,and Guideline Secretary Group,formulate 19 clinical questions,develop the recommendations,and draft the *** online meetings were held on 04/12/2020,30/11/2021,and 25/01/2022 to vote on the recommendations and get advice and suggestions from all involved *** the experts focusing on minimally invasive surgery from America,Europe and Oceania made great contributions to this consensus ***:After a systematic literature review 176 studies were included,19 questions were addressed and 14 recommendations were developed through the expert assessment and comprehensive judgment of the quality and credibility of the ***:The international RPS guidelines can guide current practice for surgeons,patients,medical societies,hospital administrators,and related social *** randomized trials are required to determine the added value of RPS as compared to open and laparoscopic surgery.

Stiffness Degradation Modeling for Composite Wind Turbine Blades Based on Full-Scale Fatigue Testing

In order to provide more insights into the damage propagation composite wind turbine blades(blade)under cyclic fatigue loading,a stiffness degradation model for blade is proposed based on the full-scale fatigue testing of a blade.A novel non-linear fatigue damage accumulation model is proposed using the damage assessment theories of composite laminates for the first ***,a stiffness degradation model is established based on the correlation of fatigue damage and residual stiffness of the composite ***,a stiffness degradation model for the blade is presented based on the full-scale fatigue *** scientific rationale of the proposed stiffness model of blade is verified by using full-scale fatigue test data of blade with a total length of 52.5 *** results indicate that the proposed stiffness degradation model of the blade agrees well with the fatigue testing results of this *** work provides a basis for evaluating the fatigue damage and lifetime of blade under cyclic fatigue loading.

Background:Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a chronic functional bowel disorder characterized by abdominal pain and altered bowel *** TongXieYaoFang(TXYF)is a Chinese herbal formula with a long history for the management of chronic diarrhea accompanied by abdominal pain,and it is always used to relieve symptoms of *** there are some studies were published,there is no consensus on its ***,new relevant study was published ***,a systematic review and meta-analysis is needed to assess the safety and eff ectiveness of the Chinese herbal medicine TongXieYaoFang for *** and analysis:PubMed,EMBASE,the Cochrane library,CNKI,WanFang,VIP and CBM databases will be searched without search date and language *** will include randomized controlled trial(RCT)comparing TXYF with another therapy method for *** quality of included studies will be independently assessed using Risk of bias tool in the Cochrane Handbook 5.1.0,and be categorized as being at low,unclear or high risk of *** primary outcome is the disappearance and significant improvement in global symptoms,and the secondary outcomes including visual analog scale(VAS)score,adverse event,rehospitalization rate and the quality of *** Meta-analysis will be performed using the Cochrane Collection’s tool RevMan 5.3 ***:This study is ongoing and will be submitted to a peerreviewed journal for ***:This study will provide a confirmed evidence on the safety and eff ectiveness of TXYF for *** and dissemination:Ethical approval and patient consent are not required because of the study is a systematic review and meta-analysis based on *** results of this study will be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal for publication.

福州城郊乡村大气颗粒物浓度日变化规律

为探究福州市周边乡村大气颗粒物浓度的变化特征,以孔元村、井下村为研究对象,选择五一游客高峰期,分别在两村内选取隶属5种游憩地类型的12个监测点,采集颗粒物(TSP、PM10、PM2.5、PM1.0)浓度、气象因子等信息并进行数据整理分析。就村内不同粒径颗粒物浓度的日变化规律、不同游憩地颗粒物浓度特征进行了总结,对气象因素与颗粒物浓度变化的相关性进行研究,对造成这些结果的原因进行推测和讨论。结果表明:1)初夏孔元村、井下村大气中小粒径颗粒物浓度符合国家空气质量一级标准,大粒径颗粒物浓度达到国家二级标准,其中TSP和PM10一日内浓度曲线变化呈现出近似的“N”或“V”字型,PM2.5和PM1.0浓度变化表现出早晨至中午低,傍晚急速升高的斜“V”字形;2)根据游憩地类型划分,大气颗粒物浓度由高至低分别为庙内、硬质铺装游憩地、游憩林地、田园和临水游憩地;3)大气颗粒物浓度与海拔、温度气象要素呈反比,与气压、湿度因素呈正比,且影响作用较大;4)乡村大粒径颗粒物(TSP和PM10)受村民、游人活动影响较大,其扬尘作用尤为突出。
