We demonstrate the generation,spectral broadening and post-compression of second harmonic pulses using a thin beta barium borate(BBO)crystal on a fused-silica substrate as the nonlinear interaction *** combining second harmonic generation in the BBO crystal with self-phase modulation in the fused-silica substrate,we efficiently generate millijoule-level broadband violet pulses from a single optical *** second harmonic spectrum covers a range from long wave ultraviolet(down to 310 nm)to visible(up to 550 nm)with a bandwidth of 65 ***,we compress the second harmonic beam to a duration of 4.8 fs with a pulse energy of 0.64 mJ(5 fs with a pulse energy of 1.05 mJ)using chirped *** all-solid free-space apparatus is compact,robust and pulse energy scalable,making it highly advantageous for generating intense second harmonic pulses from near-infrared femtosecond lasers in the sub-5 fs regime.

Background:Pig organ xenotransplantation is a potential solution for the severe organ shortage in clinic,while immunogenic genes need to be eliminated to im-prove the immune compatibility between humans and *** knockout strat-egies are mainly aimed at the genes causing hyperacute immune rejection(HAR)that occurs in the first few hours while adaptive immune reactions orchestrated by CD4 t cell thereafter also cause graft failure,in which process the MHC II molecule plays critical ***:thus,we generate a 4-gene(GGtA1,CMAH,β4GalNt2,and CIItA)knockout pig by CRISPR/Cas9 and somatic cell nuclear transfer to compromise HAR and CD4 t cell reactions ***:We successfully obtained 4KO piglets with deficiency in all alleles of genes,and at cellular and tissue ***,the safety of our animals after gene editing was verified by using whole-genome sequencing and *** have survived for more than one year in the barrier,and also survived for more than 3 months in the conventional environment,suggesting that the piglets without MHC II can be raised in the barrier and then gradually mated in the conventional ***:4KO piglets have lower immunogenicity,are safe in genomic level,and are easier to breed than the model with both MHC I and II deletion.

目的用音樂療法作為放鬆的介入方式,以減輕結腸鏡檢查者術中的不適,促進結腸鏡檢查的進程及改善舒適度。方法2021年4月12日~5月18日,於澳門某醫院對104位結腸鏡檢查者進行研究,分為研究組及對照組(每組各52人)。研究組結腸鏡檢查者介入音樂療法,對照組予常規照護,比較兩組疼痛評分(numerical rating scale,NRS)、收縮壓、舒張壓、心率及結腸鏡檢查進鏡時間的差異。結果兩組研究參與者在NRS疼痛評分、術中及術後血壓及心率無差異;兩組結腸鏡檢查的進鏡時間均數沒有顯著差異;但進鏡時間≦10分鐘組(非困難腸鏡組)與>10分鐘組(困難腸鏡組)則存在組間差異,在非困難腸鏡組中,研究組進鏡時間為6.2±1.6分鐘,對照組進鏡時間為7.2±1.6分鐘(t=-2.075,P<0.05);困難腸鏡組則沒有顯著差異。結論音樂放鬆療法對結腸鏡檢查者的疼痛緩解、血壓及心率穩定沒有顯著作用,但仍可縮短“非困難腸鏡”的進鏡時間。

We present new quantitative model describing the pressure dependence of acoustic P-and S-wave *** that a variety of individual mechanisms or defects(such as cracks,pore collapse and grain crushing)can contribute to the pressure-dependent change of the wave velocity,we order a characteristic pressure to all of them and allow a series of exponential terms in the description of the(Pand S-waves)velocity-pressure *** estimate the parameters of the multi-exponential rock physical model in inversion procedures using laboratory measured P-and S-wave velocity *** is known,the conventional damped least squares method gives acceptable results only when one or two individual mechanisms are *** the number of exponential terms leads to highly nonlinear ill-posed inverse *** to this reason,we develop the spectral inversion method(SIM)in which the velocity amplitudes(the spectral lines in the characteristic pressure spectrum)are only considered as *** characteristic pressures(belonging to the velocity amplitudes)are excluded from the set of inversion unknowns,instead,they are defined in a set of fixed positions equidistantly distributed in the actual interval of the independent variable(pressure).through this novel linear inversion method,we estimate the parameters of the multi-exponential rock physical model using laboratory measured P-and S-wave velocity *** characteristic pressures are related to the closing pressures of cracks which are described by well-known rock mechanical relationships depending on the aspect ratio of elliptical *** gives the possibility to estimate the aspect ratios in terms of the characteristic pressures.

Surface wave methods have received much attention due to their efficient, flexible and convenient characteristics. However, there are still critical issues regarding a key step in surface wave inversion. In most existing methods, the number of layers is assumed to be known prior to the process of inversion. However, improper assignment of this parameter leads to erroneous inversion results. A Bayesian nonparametric method for Rayleigh wave inversion is proposed herein to address this problem. In this method, each model class represents a particular number of layers with unknown S-wave velocity and thickness of each layer. As a result, determination of the number of layers is equivalent to selection of the most applicable model class. Regarding each model class, the optimization search of S-wave velocity and thickness of each layer is implemented by using a genetic algorithm. then, each model class is assessed in view of its efficiency under the Bayesian framework and the most efficient class is selected. Simulated and actual examples verify that the proposed Bayesian nonparametric approach is reliable and efficient for Rayleigh wave inversion, especially for its capability to determine the number of layers.

老年胃溃疡出血患者再发出血的危险因素分析

目的探讨分析老年胃溃疡出血患者再发出血的相关危险因素。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月许昌市中心医院收治的140例老年胃溃疡出血患者作为研究对象,收集患者性别、年龄、发病部位、胃溃疡长径、出血活动度、是否为胃溃疡A1期、是否合并幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染、有无吸烟史、有无饮酒史、合并其他慢性疾病种类(≤2种、>2种)、是否进行消化内镜治疗、是否长期使用非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)等资料,并根据患者止血成功后1个月内是否再发出血将患者分为发生组与未发生组。多因素Logistic回归分析老年胃溃疡出血患者再发出血的危险因素。结果140例老年胃溃疡出血患者均于止血成功后随访1个月,随访过程中21例(150%)患者再发出血,设为发生组;119例(850%)患者未再发出血,设为未发生组。单因素分析结果显示,发生组胃溃疡A1期、Hp感染、未进行消化内镜治疗、长期使用NSAIDs的患者比例均明显高于未发生组(χ^(2)=4269、7381、7580、11836,P=0039、0007、0006、0001);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,胃溃疡A1期、Hp感染、未进行消化内镜治疗、长期使用NSAIDs是老年胃溃疡出血患者再发出血的独立危险因素(95%CI为1039~9660、1909~58707、0059~0585、1880~18559,P=0043、0007、0004、0002)。结论胃溃疡A1期、Hp感染、未进行消化内镜治疗、长期使用NSAIDs是老年胃溃疡出血患者再发出血的独立危险因素,临床应根据患者具体情况制定针对性干预措施,以降低再出血发生风险。

Objective:to report the clinical maternal and fetal outcomes of pregnant women with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),along with any associated pregnancy complications,in Hong Kong,China,and to assess the impact of COVID-19 vaccination on these ***:this prospective registry-based observational study included pregnant women who were recruited through convenient sampling and had a laboratory-confirmed severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 infection with a cycle threshold(Ct)value result available on admission to eight local hospitals in Hong Kong,*** on clinical symptoms,laboratory results,medical treatments,delivery timing and mode,and pregnancy complications were extracted from the Hospital Authority’s electronic medical record ***,fetal,and pregnancy outcomes were compared between unvaccinated pregnant women with COVID-19 and those who had received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine before *** continuous variables and categorical variables were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test and the Pearson’s chi-squared test respectively.A P value less than 0.05 was considered statistically ***:A total of 164 pregnant women were included,of whom 78(47.56%)were ***-19 was diagnosed before 28 weeks’gestation in 30(18.29%),while 134(81.71%)were diagnosed at or after 28 weeks’***-two(37.80%)women received at least one dose of COVID-19 *** were no significant differences between vaccinated and unvaccinated groups in the time interval between COVID-19 diagnosis and delivery,the Ct value,and the gestational age at infection onset or delivery(P>0.05).the majority of women were symptomatic at diagnosis regardless of vaccination status 55(88.71%)in vaccinated group vs.78(76.47%)in unvaccinated group(P=0.052).Symptoms did not significantly differ between groups except for cough(62.90%vs.47.06%,P=0.049).the overall rate of severe COVID-19 in pregnant women was *** t
