目的:探讨深层巩膜切除联合透明质酸片植入(DSHI)治疗原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的临床疗效。方法:回顾性总结在Saarland大学眼科医院行DSHI治疗的POAG。结果:符合条件并入选的有216患者的377只POAG。平均随诊31(5～51)mo。术前平均眼压(28.3±8.4)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),术后1wk,6mo,1、2、3、4a眼压分别为(9.7±3.6)、(12.4±5.3)、(15.5±8.7)、(15.4±6.8)、(16.1±6.7)、(17.4±7.5)mmHg。术前平均视力为0.65,术后1wk,6mo,1、2、3、4a视力分别为0.63、0.68、0.72、0.71、0.76、0.70。术后1a显效(不加抗青光眼药物且眼压≤21mmHg)率为89%,有效(加抗青光眼药物时眼压≤21mmHg)率为9%。术后4a时,显效率为45%,有效率48%。并发症包括切口渗漏、前房出血、脉络膜脱离等。结论:DSHI对POAG治疗效果良好,并发症少且轻微。

Objectives: Previous studies involving mice have demonstrated that a cholesterolenriched diet evokes liver steatosis, dystrophy, inflammation, and aspects of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). These changes are accompanied by the activation of pro-inflammatory brain and liver molecular pathways, as well as anxiety and depressive-like behaviors. Given previously reported evidence for the neurobiological relationship between the above-mentioned molecular changes and abnormalities in coping with environmental stimuli, such as interactions with other individuals and new environmental contexts, we hypothesized that novelty exploration and aggressive behavior are affected in a mouse NAFLD model. Methods: To test this hypothesis, young female C57BL/6J mice were fed with a regular chow or a diet containing 0.2% cholesterol for 3 weeks. The mice were then assessed for new object and novel cage exploration, and social interaction in a food competition test. Results: we found reduced object exploration in mice on the cholesterol-enriched diet. This reduction was not related to whether the new object was placed in an anxiogenic or non-anxiogenic environment. These changes were accompanied by diminished exploration of the new environment in a novel cage, and delayed approach to food after a period of food deprivation. Mice on the regular chow or cholesterolenriched diet showed no differences in aggressive behavior towards a counter-partner in a food competition test. Food intake and body weight did not differ between the groups, thus, excluding their potential as confounders in the measured behaviors. Conclusions: we conclude that a diet enriched with cholesterol reduces novelty exploration irrespective of the anxiogenic level of the environment and does not induce aggressive behavior in female mice.

阐明了将检测两子样本平均值之差的学生氏t检验推广到对多尺度突变现象进行扫描式检测的计算方法 ;对于t检验要求序列独立的限制 ,引用了初步的订正方法 ;还给出了检测两个序列间多尺度突变相干性的计算公式 .扫描式t检验不仅具有相当于子波变换检测多尺度突变现象的功能 ,而且解决了子波变换检测突变时缺少临界值的问题 .由于t统计量包含有二阶矩均方差 ,它不能像子波变换那样作为分解工具 ,但检测的尺度参数也就不必局限于 2的整数幂 ,因而可以进行扫描式检测 .应用于尼罗河年最高与最低水位历史序列(AD62 2— 1 470 ) ,能较客观和精确地检测出两序列在某些尺度上的相干性 (同步或反位相 )变化 ;并由此重新划分了该流域几十年至百余年时间尺度的相对干湿期 .

＜正＞This paper addresses bilateral teleoperation of a formation of car-like planetary rovers under communication delays. The mobile robots form a team using the leader-follower approach,with the leader being teleoperated by human operator via a haptic *** delays present in the teleoperation channel,and as well between the leader and the *** haptic joystick provides the human operator with a force-feedback mechanism describing the environmental conditions,based on the relative distances and speeds between the rover and the *** teleoperation is implemented with an impedance controller based on the sliding-mode method,which accomplishes speed *** control is developed based on the input-output linearization *** follower robots keep constant distances and relative bearing angles with respect to the *** improved PD-type formation controller is proposed to compensate the delay effect,which is proved to be stable and effective in *** experiments support the implementation of both the teleoperation and the formation controllers, which also showed capability of dealing with variable time delays in the communication channels.

The titanium implant surface plays a crucial role for implant incorporation into bone. A new strategy to improve implant integration in a bone is to develop surface nanocoatings with plant-derived polysaccharides able to increase adhesion of bone cells to the implant surface. The aim of the present study was to physically characterize and compare polystyrene and titanium surfaces nanocoated with different Rhamnogalacturonan-Is (RG-I) and to visualize RG-I nanocoatings. RG-Is from potato and apple were coated on aminated surfaces of polystyrene, titianium discs and titanium implants. To characterize, compare and visualize the surface nanocoatings measurements of contact angle measurements and surface roughness with atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and confocal microscopy was performed. we found that, both unmodified and enzymatic modified RG-Is influenced surface wettability, without any major effect on surface roughness (Sa, Sdr). Furthermore, we demonstrated that it is possible to visualize the pectin RG-Is molecules and even the nanocoatings on titanium surfaces, which have not been presented before. The comparison between polystyrene and titanium surface showed that the used material affected the physical properties of non-coated and coated surfaces. RG-Is should be considered as a candidate for new materials as organic nanocoatings for biomaterials in order to improve bone healing.

Coffees and teas are beverages that are both exceptionally rich in antioxidant molecules, and are also both associated with beneficial health effects. Thus although the quality characteristics of these beverages are conventionally assessed on the basis of their sensory properties, their antioxidant contents represent an additional and increasingly valued attribute of quality based on their contributions to healthy diets. Both beverages are prepared by hot water extraction of a pure plant-derived product, and thus their compositions can potentially change quite rapidly as a result of oxidation in contact with air. Oxidative processes often proceed via free radical intermediates, and sometimes also result in the formation of stable radical end-products;thus EPR spectroscopy is a convenient technique for investigating some of the various free radical reactions that occur in these beverages. This paper reviews progress that has been made in elucidating free radical processes that occur during the preparation and storage of coffees and teas, and the results are discussed in terms of quality criteria of the beverages.
