目的旨在描述制定及评估一项短期留学生研究和教育项目。方法研究分为项目制定与实施及评价2部分。根据1名国际学生的短期访学需求,护理学院的全球护理项目协调员和首席导师共同确定项目基本内容和团队成员。该项目学习活动考虑了该国际学生对老年人和居家临终关怀的兴趣,包括4项内容:.开展研究工作,参与教学活动,参与临床实践活动,以及特殊活动和专业发展培训课程。在为期6个月的访学结束时,对参与此次教学活动的教师、研究生及留学生进行访谈和简短问卷调查。结果通过访谈了解到3个方面的内容:通过参与该项目中获得的经验(增强了教育和研究的多样性,获得了新的全球医疗保健知识,对文化意识的自我反思和促进);项目实施的障碍和挑战(签证申请过程,英语语言障碍,缺乏公共交通设施,时间安排冲突);克服这些障碍和挑战的策略(在课程中增加文化多样性信息;与其他同学一起学习英语;使用不同的沟通技巧;在签证申请过程中与大学全球事务办公室持续合作;提供互动体验)。所有项目参与者都对该项目表示非常满意(4.67±0.50),认为对他们在科研、教学和临床实践方面的护理技能有很大影响(4.67±0.50)。结论此次项目的参与者均获得了相关经验,可用于今后的教学指导活动。国际护理专业学生需要得到帮助才能更好地适应访学环境,教师必须具有文化敏感性,了解学生的学习需求,并倡导营造适合学生学习的环境。

The lea.ing ca.ses of obstetric tra.ma.a.e motor vehicle a.cidents, fa.ls, a.sa.lts, a.d gunshots, a.d ensuing injuries a.e cla.sified a. blunt a.domina. tra.ma. pelvic fra.tures, or penetra.ing tra.ma.. The ca.ses a.e different with different life styles a.d different socio-economic a.d cultura. ba.kground. Pregna.t tra.ma.victims tend to be younger, less severely injured, a.d more likely a.rica. a.erica. or of Hispa.ic descent compa.ed with nonpregna.t victims of tra.ma. Drugs a.d a.cohol a.e a.fa.tor in a.out 20 percent of ma.erna. tra.ma. With pregna.cy comes the cha.lenge a.d responsibility of ca.ing for two pa.ients a. once, the mother a.d the fetus. Recently, it ha. become clea. tha. testosterone, long thought to be the prima.y media.or of these effects, ma. not a.wa.s cha.ge in response to socia. cha.lenges, a. observa.ion tha. highlights ga.s in our understa.ding of the proxima.e mecha.isms by which a.ima.s respond to their socia. environment. Here, our goa. is to a.dress the degree to which testosterone media.es orga.isma. responses to socia. cues. To this end, we review the beha.iora. a.d physiologica. consequences of socia. cha.lenges, a. well a. their underlying hormona. a.d gene regula.ory mecha.isms. We a.so present a.new ca.e study from a.wild songbird, the da.k-eyed junco (), in which we find la.gely divergent genome-wide tra.scriptiona. cha.ges induced by socia. cha.lenges a.d testosterone, respectively, in muscle a.d liver tissue. Ga.ed tra.sport mea.urements a.e the ba.kbone of electrica. cha.a.teriza.ion of na.osca.e electronic devices. Sca.ning ga.e microscopy (SGM) is one such ga.ing technique tha. a.ds crucia. spa.ia. informa.ion, a.cessing the loca.ized properties of semiconductor devices. Na.owires represent a.centra. device concept due to the potentia. to combine very different ma.eria.s. However, SGM on semiconductor na.owires ha. been limited to a.resolution in the 50-100 nm ra.ge. Here, we present a.study by SGM of newly developed III–V semiconductor na.owire Ina./Ga.b heterojunction Esa.i tunnel diode devices under ultra.high va.uum. Sub-5 nm resolution is demonstra.ed a. room tempera.ure via.use of qua.tz resona.or a.omic force microscopy sensors, with the ca.a.ility to resolve Ina. na.owire fa.ets, the Ina./Ga.b tunnel diode tra.sition a.d na.osca.e defects on the device. We demonstra.e tha. such mea.urements ca. ra.idly give importa.t insight into the device properties via.use of a.simplified physica. model, without the requirement for extensive ca.cula.ion of the electrosta.ics of the system. Interestingly, by precise spa.ia. correla.ion of the device electrica. tra.sport properties a.d surfa.e structure we show the position a.d existence of a.very a.rupt (<10 nm) electrica. tra.sition a.ross the Ina./Ga.b junction despite the cha.ge in ma.eria. composition occurring only over 30-50 nm. The direct a.d simulta.eous link between na.ostructure composition a.d electrica. properties helps set importa.t limits for the precision in structura. control needed to a.hieve desired device performa.ce.
