目的解决用于乏燃料贮运的球墨铸铁筒体容器因内壁腐蚀导致服役寿命短的问题,提高球墨铸铁表面的硬度及耐腐蚀性能。方法利用送粉式激光熔覆技术在球墨铸铁表面制备4种不同组分的316L不锈钢、Ni625合金、410L不锈钢及NJ30合金熔覆层。采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪表征熔覆层的微观组织、物相组成、元素分布及腐蚀形貌。借助显微硬度计、电化学工作站测试熔覆层的显微硬度及耐腐蚀性能。结果4种合金熔覆层均成形质量良好,无裂纹及明显的气孔缺陷,并与基体形成了良好的冶金结合。熔覆层底部至顶部出现相似的组织形态,但晶粒尺寸存在较大的差异。316L、Ni625、410L及NJ30显微硬度显著高于基体,分别为基体的1.74、1.92、2.35及2.4倍,熔覆层内部固溶体及硬质相的生成是提高硬度的显著因素。在3.5%的NaCl溶液中,4种熔覆层的耐腐蚀性由好到差为316L、Ni625、410L、NJ30。腐蚀形貌显示,316L及Ni625熔覆层在电化学测试环境下具有良好的抗腐蚀性能。结论316L及Ni625合金熔覆层具有良好的综合性能,适用于提高大型球墨铸铁容器的表面改性。

hot torsion tests were performed on the Al-7Mg alloy at the temperature ranging from 300 to 500℃ and strain rates between 0.05 and 5 s^(-1) to explore the progressive dynamic recrystallization(DRX)and texture *** DRX behavior of the alloy manifested two distinct stages:Stage 1 at strain of≤2 and Stage 2 at strains of≥*** Stage 1,there was a slight increase in the DRXed grain fraction(X_(DRX))with predominance of discontinuous DRX(DDRX),followed by a modest change in X_(DRX) until the transition to Stage *** 2 was marked by an accelerated rate of DRX,culminating in a substantial final X_(DRX) of~*** backscattered diffraction(EBSD)analysis on a sample in Stage 2 revealed that continuous DRX(CDRX)predominantly occurred within the(121)[001]grains,whereas the(111)[110]grains underwent a geometric DRX(GDRX)evolution without a noticeable sub-grain ***,a modified Avrami’s DRX kinetics model was utilized to predict the microstructural refinement in the Al-7Mg alloy during the DRX *** this kinetics model did not accurately capture the DDRX behavior in Stage 1,it effectively simulated the DRX rate in Stage *** texture index was employed to assess the evolution of the texture isotropy during hot-torsion test,demonstrating significant improvement(>75%)in texture randomness before the commencement of Stage *** initial texture evolution is attributed to the rotation of parent grains and the substructure evolution,rather than to an increase in X_(DRX).

The revolutionary development of machine learning(ML),data science,and analytics,coupled with its application in material science,stands as a significant milestone of the scientific community over the last *** active,stable,and cost-efficient catalysts is crucial for oxygen evolution reaction owing to the significance in a range of electrochemical energy co nversion *** this work,we have demonstrated an efficient approach of high-throughput screening to find stable transition metal oxides under acid condition for high-performance oxygen evolution reaction(OER)catalysts through density functional theory(DFT)calculation and a machine learning algorithm.A methodology utilizing both the Materials Project database and DFT calculations was introduced to assess the acid stability under specific reaction *** upon this,OER catalytic activity of acid-stable materials was examined,highlighting potential OER catalysts that meet the required *** identified IrO_(2),Fe(SbO_(3))_(2),Co(SbO_(3))_(2),Ni(SbO_(3))_(2),FeSbO_(4),Fe(SbO_(3))4,MoWO_(6),TiSnO_(4),CoSbO_(4),and Ti(WO_(4))_(2)as promising catalysts,several of which have already been experimentally discovered for their robust OER performance,while others are novel for experimental exploration,thereby broadening the chemical scope for efficient OER *** of the bond length of TM-O and the first ionization energy were used to unveil the OER activity *** the calculated results,guidance has been derived to effectively execute advanced high-throughput screenings for the discovery of catalysts with favorable ***,the intrinsic correlation between catalytic performance and various atomic and structural factors was elucidated using the ML *** these approaches,we not only streamline the choice of the promising electrocatalysts but also offer insights for the design of varied catalyst models and the discovery of superior c

The polymeric gel electrolytes are attractive owing to their higher ionic conductivities than those of dry polymer electrolytes and lowered water activity for enlarged potential ***,the ionic conductivity and mechanical strength of the Na-ion conducting polymeric gel electrolytes are limited by below 20 mS cm−1 and 2.2 ***,we demonstrate Na-ion conducting and flexible polymeric hydrogel electrolytes of the chemically coupled poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)-dextrin-N,N′-methylene-bisacrylamide film immersed in NaClO_(4) solution(ex-DDA-Dex+NaClO_(4))for flexible sodium-ion hybrid capacitors(f-NIHC).In particular,the anion exchange reaction and synergistic interaction of ex-DDA-Dex with the optimum ClO_(4)−enable to greatly improve the ionic conductivity up to 27.63 mS cm−1 at 25◦C and electrochemical stability window up to 2.6 V,whereas the double networking structure leads to achieve both the mechanical strength(7.48 MPa)and softness of hydrogel ***,the f-NIHCs with the ex-DDA-Dex+NaClO_(4) achieved high specific and high-rate capacities of 192.04 F g^(−1)at 500 mA g^(−1)and 116.06 F g^(−1)at 10000 mA g^(−1),respectively,delivering a large energy density of 120.03Wh kg^(−1)at 906Wkg^(−1)and long cyclability of 70%over 500 cycles as well as demonstrating functional operation under mechanical stresses.
