Diabetic Retinopathy(DR)is a significant blinding disease that poses serious threat to human vision *** and severity grading of DR are difficult processes to ***,it depends on ophthalmoscopically-visible symptoms of growing severity,which is then ranked in a stepwise scale from no retinopathy to various levels of DR *** paper presents an ensemble of Orthogonal Learning Particle Swarm Optimization(OPSO)algorithm-based Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)Model EOPSO-CNN in order to perform DR detection and *** proposed EOPSO-CNN model involves three main processes such as preprocessing,feature extraction,and *** proposed model initially involves preprocessing stage which removes the presence of noise in the input ***,the watershed algorithm is applied to segment the preprocessed *** by,feature extraction takes place by leveraging EOPSO-CNN ***,the extracted feature vectors are provided to a Decision Tree(DT)classifier to classify the DR *** study experiments were carried out using Messidor DR Dataset and the results showed an extraordinary performance by the proposed method over compared methods in a considerable *** simulation outcome offered the maximum classification with accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity values being 98.47%,96.43%,and 99.02%respectively.

Antibiotic usage in surgical sperm retrievals among IVF centers

Surgical sperm retrieval(SSR)is currently one of the most common procedures in in vitro fertilization(IVF).However,a gap between the guidelines and routine clinical practice regarding antibiotic use in sSR,which might lead to antibiotic resistance,is a challenging problem worldwide.A cross-sectional survey was conducted from May 1,2021,to July 15,2021,to investigate antibiotic usage by medical professionals when performing SSR in IVF centers in *** confidential questionnaire comprised 12 items,including characteristics of the study population,awareness of antimicrobial resistance,attitude toward prescribing antibiotics,and current practice of prescribing antibiotics when performing *** were completed by 30 of 45 registered IVF centers(66.7%).Among 67 physicians working at those centers,the age and work-experience years(mean±standard deviation[s.d.])were 38.6±6.6 years and 11.2±7.0 years,*** 60%of them held a degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology,and over four-fifths were *** respondents"often/very often/always"raised awareness of antimicrobial resistance to their patients(83.3%),but only half of them"often/occasionally"prescribed antibiotics to patients with SSR in cases where the prescription would be *** one-tenth of respondents followed the recommendation from the American Urological Association using"prophylaxis only"for SSR *** more invasive SSR,physicians tended to prescribe more complicated and sometimes inappropriate *** conclusion,antibiotic usage in SSR was not always appropriate among IVF *** studies may define specific recommendations for regimens,intervention strategies,and programs to promote appropriate antibiotic use for SSR patients among IVF specialists.

Single-Layer Wideband Circularly Polarized Antenna Using Non-Uniform Metasurface for C-band Applications

A single-layer design of non-uniform metasurface(MS)based circularly polarized(CP)antenna with wideband operation characteristic is proposed and investigated in this *** antenna is excited by a truncated corner squared patch as a primary radiating CP ***,a non-uniform MS is placed in the same layer with the driven *** increasing the impedance bandwidth,the non-uniform MS also generates two additional CP bands in the high frequency band,leading to significantly increase the antenna’s overall *** use of non-uniform MS distinguishes our design from the other CP MS based antennas in literature,in which the MS is formed by multiple uniform unit cells and placed in different layer with the radiating *** validation,an antenna prototype,whose overall dimensions of 0.94λ_(o)×0.94λ_(o)×0.06λ_(o) at the center operating frequency,is fabricated and experimentally *** measured operating bandwidth with|S11|≤−10 dB and AR≤3 dB is 27.1%(5.1–6.7 GHz)and the broadside gain within this band is from 5.7 to 7.2 *** to the other related works,the proposed antenna has advantage of very wideband operation with single-layer design.

The first-line management of psychogenic non-epileptic seizures(PNES)in adults in the emergency:a practical approach

Distinguishing non-epileptic events,especially psychogenic non-epileptic seizures(PNES),from epileptic seizures(ES)constitutes a diagnostic *** are frequent,especially when video-EEG recording,the gold-standard for PNES confirmation,cannot be *** issue is further complicated in cases of combined PNES with *** emergency units,a misdiagnosis can lead to extreme antiepileptic drug escalade,unnecessary resuscitation measures(intubation,catheterization,etc.),as well as needless biologic and imaging *** of the acute window,an incorrect diagnosis can lead to prolonged hospitalization or increase of unhelpful antiepileptic drug *** recognition is thus desirable to initiate adequate treatment and improve *** experience-based strategies and a thorough review of the literature,we aimed to present the main clinical clues for physicians facing PNES in non-specialized units,before management is transferred to epileptologists and *** such conditions,patient recall or witness-report provide the first orientation for the diagnosis,recognizing that collected information may be *** analysis of an event(live or based on home-video)may lead to a clinical diagnosis of PNES with a high confidence ***,a fluctuating course,crying with gestures of frustration,pelvic thrusting,eye closure during the episode,and the absence of postictal confusion and/or amnesia are highly suggestive of ***,induction and/or inhibition tests of PNES have a good diagnostic value when *** may also be a useful biomarker to distinguish PNES from epileptic seizures,especially following bilateral tonic-clonic ***,regardless the level of certainty in the diagnosis of the PNES,it is important to subsequently refer the patient for epileptological and neuropsychiatric follow-up.

随着经济全球化的进一步发展、科学技术的不断创新,世界各个国家的竞争日益加强,人们对于政府替公共服务质量和效率的要求也越来越高,这在客观上要求世界各个国家的公务员要不断的提高自身的素质和能力,以适应快速发展的社会要求,更好地为公众提供共服务。而公务员不断提高自身素质和能力最重要的途径就是参见公务员培训,不断提升素质、改善自身能力结构。与此同时,人力资源开发与管理理论的不断发展完善为公务员培训提供了理论支撑和技术工具,这种情况下世界各国不断探索和创新公务员培训的理念,方法与途径。当前,越南正处于经济与社会发展的关键时期,从1986年实行改革开放以来,越南政府通过深化改革、大力吸引外资等手段,使得经济稳步增长,发展迈上了一个新台阶。越南共产党和政府要想拥有更强大的能力和竞争优势,必须全面提高政府工作人员的素质,因此,对公务员进行有效的培训,便被提到议事日程上来。越南公务员培训是在逐步借鉴世界各国公务员培训的普遍做法的基础上建立起来的。公务员培训作为提高国家公务员整体素质的一个重要手段,直接影响着政府工作。建立和完善公务员培训制度,是适应当前越南国情和国际大环境的必然要求。然而,目前越南公务员培训仍存在着一些不足之处,尤其是地方政府公务员培训的质量不高,实效欠佳,是个不容忽视的客观问题,影响实效的因素是多方面的。这需要及时的发现并积极寻找对策,增强越南地方政府公务员培训工作实效性的途径和思路,提高在市场经济体制下地方政府公务员培训的质量,以完善公务员培训的工作,是一个很现实意义的课题。本论文以越南和平省为例,对越南地方政府公务员培训进行研究,其研究内容由五章组成。第一章为导论,主要阐述了本课题的研究背景,研究目的和意义,描述当前国内外公务员培训的研究现状,介绍论文的研究方法,研究的思路和篇章逻辑设计;第二章主要介绍地方政府公务员培训的相关概念与理论基础;第三章结合越南地方政府公务员培训的现状分析—以越南和平省为例,第四章指出越南地方政府公务员培训存在的问题和原因分析通过分析越南和平省公务员培训工作;第五章在前面分析研究的基础上提出完善越南地方政府公务员培训的相关对策;第六章得出了本论文的结论。

In this study,three-dimensional porous magnesium ferrite/titanium dioxide/reduced graphene oxide(Mg Fe_2O_(4)-GM/TiO_(2)/rGO(MGTG))was successfully synthesized via green and hydrothermal-supported co-precipitation methods using the extract of Garcinia mangostana(***)as a reducing *** characterization results indicate the successful formation of the nano/micro Mg Fe_(2)O_(4)(MFO)and TiO_(2) on the structure of the reduced graphene oxide(rGO),which can also act as efficient support,alleviating the agglomeration of the nano/micro MFO and TiO_(2).The synergic effects of the adsorption and photodegradation activity of the material were investigated according to the removal of crystal violet(CV)under ultraviolet *** effects of catalyst dosage,CV concentration,and p H on the CV removal efficiency of the MGTG were also *** to the results,the CV photodegradation of the MGTG-200 corresponded to the pseudo-first-order kinetic *** reusability of the material after 10 cycles also showed a removal efficiency of 92%.This happened because the materials can easily be recollected using external *** addition,according to the effects of different free radicals·O_(2)^(-),h^(+),and·OH on the photodegradation process,the photocatalysis mechanism of the MGTG was also thoroughly *** antibacterial efficiency of the MGTG was also evaluated according to the inhibition of the Gram-positive bacteria strain Staphylococcus aureus(***).Concurrently,the antibacterial mechanism of the fabricated material was also *** results confirm that the prepared material can be potentially employed in a wide range of applications,including wastewater treatment and antibacterial activity.

测定169个越南占族(the Chain)个体的线粒体 DNA(mtDNA)的第一和第二高变区以及相应编码区序列。基于得到的突变位点信息,在已重建的东亚及东南亚人群 mtDNA 世系系统发育关系树指导下对所有个体的单倍型类群(haplogroup)归属进行识别。结果显示占族人群中含有东亚和东南亚人群特有母系遗传组分,其中部分古老的世系可追溯到现代人沿南线进入东南亚的事件。主成份分析显示占族人群与东南亚大陆人群而非同属南岛语系的东南亚岛屿人群存在较近的关系。中介网络图显示占族与周边人群存在复杂的联系,其形成是一个复杂的过程。

The experiment was conducted in winter-spring 2015-2016 in Thua Thien Hue to identify different foliar fertilizer for Petunia hybrida having good growth and development,beautiful colors and long lifetime under local *** experiment included four treatments with three kinds of forliar fertilizers—Dau Trau MK 30-10-5,gibberellin 25-10-10 and abscisic *** control treatment(T0)used sterilized water without foliar *** results showed that all the foliar fertilizers influenced well on growth and development of Petunia *** Trau MK 30-10-5 helped Petunia hybrida have high quality and high value/cost ratio than the others.
