Pasteurella species is considered the principal pathogen of the respiratory *** haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida were investigated and typed from nasal swabs and tissues taken from sheep,goat and ***,41 lung and 121 nasal swabs samples were collected from animals with respiratory diseases during 2015 to 2017 in six different regions in *** first,a screening of Pasteurella species using the real time PCR(RT-PCR)was carried out,then all isolated strains on agar blood were confirmed by PCR gel based assay specific for *** and *** was evaluated in mice and histopathological examination was done on some of lung *** results revealed that 34 samples of which 28(55%)from nasal swabs and six(38%)from lungs were positive for *** and nine samples of which seven(14%)from nasal swabs and two(13%)from lungs were positive on *** serogroup ***-two percent(72%)isolates were highly pathogenic to mice,which is in accordance with the results obtained by histopathology *** is the first report for widespread infections of Pasteurella(***&***)in ruminants in ***,measures including development of vaccines are highly required to mitigate the impact of the bacteria in animals.

Infectious bursal disease(IBD)is an important contagious viral infection of immune system of *** infection possesses a permanent threat to the profitability of poultry industry *** aim of this work was to modify the Taq Man-MGB real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(rRT-PCR)in one step involving two fluorogenic Taq Man labeled probe and using this protocol for detection of infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV)collected from suspected cases distributed in different regions of the country during the period *** intralaboratory validation of modified method was realized for specificity,linearity,repeatability,sensitivity and *** allowed reducing the test running time by six *** method was applied on 102 pools of bursa of fabricius(BF)samples collected from affected broiler farms suspected to be infected by *** showing macroscopic lesions including muscle petechial hemorrhages,hypertrophy and hemorrhage of BF,were subjected to molecular analysis using modified protocol“Taq Man-MGB rRT-PCR”.The validation satisfied all criteria and the assay developed could be a useful tool for a very rapid diagnosis of IBDV and permit to detect and to discriminate in one-step very virulent(vv)from non-vv(classic and variant)IBDV *** of 84 IBDV positive samples,a prevalence of 39%for vv strains and 61%for classical strains was *** results indicate that despite the vaccination against IBDV,the vv form of this pathologie continues to cause serious problems for Moroccan broiler *** obtained results indicate the successfully detection of IBDV and differentiated all vvIBDV strains from non-vvIBDV strains;Avian infectious agent RNA viruses tested are negative,demonstrating great specificity of the *** results obtained indicate that this method is suitable as a routine laboratory test for the rapid detection and differentiation of IBDV strains in samples of avian origin.

Sheep pox is an infectious viral disease that affects specifically sheep and it is caused by the Capripoxvirus *** clinical signs include fever,diarrhea,difficulty breathing,nodules,lung lesions and *** Morocco,the 2010 epidemic of sheep pox was characterized by the emergence of a nodular form of the *** local strain was isolated and the analysis of affected animals was positively confirmed by virus isolation and real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).The epidemiological analysis of 911 data records showed that the virus is endemic in the country;an average of 350 cases per year with an epizootic evolution was observed in *** incidence varies depending on provinces and the disease appears confined to the central and the eastern regions of the country where a very intensive sheep breeding activity is taking *** statistical analysis showed that there is a positive correlation between the endemicity and the significant factor of the rural market(p=0.006).The annual average morbidity and mortality rates were 2.96%(1.26%to 4.32%)and 0.71%(0.41%to 0.94%),*** clinical findings associated to the epidemiological data analysis confirmed the presence of sheep pox in its nodular form and suggest that new pathogenic strains may have been introduced from *** purpose of this work was to provide a better description of the spatiotemporal evolution of sheep pox disease based on some epidemiological indicators and to put forward plausible hypotheses regarding the emergence of the virus in order to implement an adequate control strategy.

Alumina/zirconia composites were synthesized by wet-milling technique and rapid consolidation with high frequency induction heat sintering(HFIHS). The starting materials were a mixture of alumina micro-powder (80%, volume fraction) and 3YSZ nano-powders (20%). The mixtures were optimized for good sintering behaviors and mechanical properties. Nano-crystalline grains are obtained after 24 h milling. The nano-structured powder compacts are then processed to full density at different temperatures by HFIHS. Effects of temperature on the mechanical and microstructure properties were studied. Al2O3-3YSZ composites with higher mechanical properties and small grain size are successfully developed at relatively low temperatures through this technique.

Several types of solid acid catalysts were prepared based on oxides like (zro2, TiO2, HfO2, MCM-41 and SBA-15). Each catalyst was subjected separately to two types of impregnations: sulfate ions and niobium. The catalytic activity of these solids was tested in the oxidation reaction of 1-octanol. These catalysts showed acidic and redox characters. MCM-41 and SBA-15 materials showed higher redox catalytic activities through the formation of (octyl octanoate, peroxyacetal and octanal). Our interest was focused on obtaining the ester (octyl octanoate) with high yields.
