Due to the complex,uncertainty and dynamics in the modern manufacturing environment,a flexible and robust shop floor scheduler is essential to achieve the production goals.A design framework of a shop floor dynamical scheduler is presented in this *** workflow and function modules of the scheduler are discussed in detail.A multi-step adaptive scheduling strategy and a process specification language,which is an ontology-based representation of process plan,are utilized in the proposed *** scheduler acquires the dispatching rule from the knowledge base and uses the build-in on-line simulator to evaluate the obtained *** technologies enable the scheduler to improve its fine-tune ability and effectively transfer process information into other heterogeneous information systems in a shop *** effectiveness of the suggested structure will be demonstrated via its application in the scheduling system of a manufacturing enterprise.

Current exertion is made to depict and search out the flow features imparted to viscid fluid flow over a rotational disk. Impression of magnetic field with rotating fluid is generated by interacting it in radial *** structured particles with magnetized fluid are also incorporated in the upshot of chemical reaction and absorptive/generative heat induction. Von Kumaran procedure is executed to obtain flow narrating differential *** pattern regarding thermal, momentum profiles are comprehended with the support of shooting method and RungeKutta methods. Furthermore, to get more realistic view of result description computational algorithm is modified by improving Runge-Kutta coefficients with Cash and Carp method. The aspects of flow controlling parameters like momentum slip parameter, magnetic strength parameter, Brownian motion parameter, thermophoresis parameter are adorned in sketches. Findings of these architects are accumulated in conclusion section.

Human biometric analysis has gotten much attention due to itswidespread use in different research areas, such as security, surveillance,health, human identification, and classification. Human gait is one of the keyhuman traits that can identify and classify humans based on their age, gender,and ethnicity. Different approaches have been proposed for the estimation ofhuman age based on gait so far. However, challenges are there, for which anefficient, low-cost technique or algorithm is needed. In this paper, we proposea three-dimensional real-time gait-based age detection system using a machinelearning approach. The proposed system consists of training and testingphases. The proposed training phase consists of gait features extraction usingthe Microsoft Kinect (MS Kinect) controller, dataset generation based onjoints’ position, pre-processing of gait features, feature selection by calculatingthe Standard error and Standard deviation of the arithmetic mean and bestmodel selection using R2 and adjusted R2 techniques. T-test and ANOVAtechniques show that nine joints (right shoulder, right elbow, right hand, leftknee, right knee, right ankle, left ankle, left, and right foot) are statisticallysignificant at a 5% level of significance for age estimation. The proposedtesting phase correctly predicts the age of a walking person using the resultsobtained from the training phase. The proposed approach is evaluated on thedata that is experimentally recorded from the user in a real-time *** (50) volunteers of different ages participated in the experimental *** the limited features, the proposed method estimates the age with 98.0%accuracy on experimental images acquired in real-time via a classical generallinear regression model.

An efficient, convenient and environmentally benign one-pot multicomponent reaction for the preparation of pyrimido[4,5-b]quinoline derivatives as biologically, pharmacologically and antibacte- rially active products has been developed using ***20 as a reusable homogenous catalyst. Use of water as a green solvent, purification of products by non-chromatographic methods, reusability of transition metal homogenous catalyst, saving energy by employing multicomponent reactions, short reaction times and high yields, are some of the advantages of this process.

Polyvinyl alcohol（PVA） of two molecular weights was used to prepare shape memory polymers based on chemical-crosslinking by *** chemical-crosslinking was done in the presence of 2-carboxyethvl acrylate oligomers（CEA） and nano-filler[multi-wall carbon nanotubes（MWCNT） and functionalized carbon nanotubes（MWCNT-NH;）]followed by radiation-induced *** analysis of the material revealed an increase in the gel fraction and a significant reduction in swelling of the nanocomposite material that was crosslinked with both glutaraldehyde and ionizing *** radiation crosslinked nanocomposites demonstrated approximately a 90%gelation over a range of 50-300 kGy irradiation *** scanning electron microscopy（SEM） analysis showed a homogeneous distribution of nanocomposites in the composite *** thermal properties of radiation crosslinked（PVA/CEA） and（PVA-CEA）-nano-fillers were investigated by a thermogravimetric analysis（TGA）.The mechanical properties were examined via dynamic mechanical analysis（DMA） which showed significant variation because of the addition of *** radiation crosslinked materials show good shape memory behavior that may be useful in many applications based on the range of temperatures at which Tan 8 appears.

OBJECTIVE:To investigated the laxative,anti-diarrheal,hepatoprotective and diuretic activity of Sterculia diversifolia and its isolated ***:The laxative activity was studied by counting wet stools while anti-diarrheal activity was performed by measuring gastrointestinal tract *** activity was studied by biochemical and histo-pathological analysis while diuretic activity was performed by urine collection ***:Doses of 30 and 100 mg/kg of crude methanolic extract of Sterculia diversifolia(MESD)stem bark and leaves,significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01)produced wet feces in subjects pretreated with atropine while 8-hydroxyquercetin and dihydroquercetin showed highly significant(P<0.001)results by increasing fecal weight and water contents without producing *** stem bark and leaves also dose-dependently lowered diar-rhea while 8-hydroxyquercetin and dihydroquercetin showed highly significant(P<0.001)results by producing shaped stools in ***,8-hydroxyquercetin and dihydroquercetin offered significant protection against histopathological changes in the *** activity of Crude MESD stem bark and leaves extracts shows highly significant diuretic effect while dihydroquercetin showed better results than ***:It is concluded that Sterculia diversifolia and its isolated compounds bears laxative,anti-diarrheal,hepatoprotective and diuretic effects.
