Hepatitis C virus(HCV)-cirrhotic patients have the highest threat of developing hepatocellular carcinom.(HCC)and m.y be at risk of extra hepatic *** present study was designed to investigate CD133 and CK19 in HCV(genotype-4)-cirrhotic patients with/without HCC or extra hepatic cancer,to assess the degree of their correlation with cell cycle abnorm.lities and finally to assess the role of their com.ination as diagnostic tool for discrim.nation of cirrhotic patients with HCC from.those with extra hepatic *** study included 77 HCV-cirrhotic patients and 20 healthy non-disease control *** were categorized histo-pathologically into:24 have only liver cirrhosis,26 with HCC,and 27 patients with extra hepatic *** cycle abnorm.lities,CD133 and CK19 were determ.ned by flow cytom.try ***133 and CK19 showed m.rked elevation in HCC and extra hepatic cancer com.ared with liver cirrhosis and control subjects(pm.liver cirrhosis to *** of the three showed the best AUC(0.978)and accuracy(92.5%)for discrim.nation of HCC from.extra hepatic *** CD133 with G2/m.and CK19 com.rises an excellent diagnostic panel for discrim.nation of HCV-cirrhotic patients with HCC from.those with extra hepatic cancer.

The extent of the peril associated with cancer can be perceivedfrom.the lack of treatm.nt, ineffective early diagnosis techniques, and m.stim.ortantly its fatality rate. Globally, cancer is the second leading cause ofdeath and am.ng over a hundred types of cancer;lung cancer is the secondm.st com.on type of cancer as well as the leading cause of cancer-relateddeaths. Anyhow, an accurate lung cancer diagnosis in a tim.ly m.nner canelevate the likelihood of survival by a noticeable m.rgin and m.dical im.gingis a prevalent m.nner of cancer diagnosis since it is easily accessible to peoplearound the globe. Nonetheless, this is not em.nently efficacious consideringhum.n inspection of m.dical im.ges can yield a high false positive rate. Ineffectiveand inefficient diagnosis is a crucial reason for such a high m.rtalityrate for this m.lady. However, the conspicuous advancem.nts in deep learningand artificial intelligence have stim.lated the developm.nt of exceedinglyprecise diagnosis system.. The developm.nt and perform.nce of these system.rely prom.nently on the data that is used to train these system.. A standardproblem.witnessed in publicly available m.dical im.ge datasets is the severeim.alance of data between different classes. This grave im.alance of data canm.ke a deep learning m.del biased towards the dom.nant class and unableto generalize. This study aim. to present an end-to-end convolutional neuralnetwork that can accurately differentiate lung nodules from.non-nodules andreduce the false positive rate to a bare m.nim.m. To tackle the problem.ofdata im.alance, we oversam.led the data by transform.ng available im.ges inthe m.nority class. The average false positive rate in the proposed m.thod isa m.re 1.5 percent. However, the average false negative rate is 31.76 *** proposed neural network has 68.66 percent sensitivity and 98.42 percentspecificity.

AIm.To assess nutritional recovery,particularly regarding feeding jejunostom. tube(FJT)utilization,following upper gastrointestinal resection for m.lignancy. m.THODS A retrospective review was perform.d of a prospectively-m.intained database of adult patients who underwent esophagectom. or gastrectom.(subtotal or total)for cancer with curative intent,from.January 2001 to June 2014. Patient dem.graphics,the approach to esophagectom.,the extent of gastrectom.,FJT placem.nt and utilization at discharge,adm.nistration of parenteral nutrition(PN),and com.lications were evaluated. All patients were followed for at least ninety days or until *** The 287 patients underwent upper GI resection,com.rised of 182 esophagectom.(n=107 transhiatal,58.7%; n=56 Ivor-Lewis,30.7%)and 105 gastrectom. [n=63 subtotal(SG),60.0%; n=42 total(TG),40.0%]. 181 of 182 esophagectom. patients underwent FJT,com.ared with 47 of 105 gastrectom. patients(99.5% vs 44.8%,P m.m.st had undergone TG(n=39,92.9% vs n=8 SG,12.9%,P m.dian length of stay was sim.lar between esophagectom. and gastrectom. groups(14.7 d vs 17.1 d,P=0.076). Upon discharge,87 esophagectom. patients(48.1%)were taking enteral feeds,with 53(29.3%)fully and 34(18.8%)partially dependent. m.anwhile,20 of 39 TG patients(51.3%)were either fully(n=3,7.7%)or partially(n=17,43.6%)dependent on tube feeds,com.ared with 5 of 8 SG patients(10.6%),all of whom.were partially dependent. Gastrectom. patients were significantly less likely to be fully dependent on tube feeds at discharge com.ared to esophagectom. patients(6.4% vs 29.3%,P=0.0006). Rice straw(RS)collected from.Egyptian agricultural environm.nt(Al-m.sied village-Alsharqia Governorate-Egypt)was used as substrate for three fungal isolates nam.ly:4b,1Asp,Pleurotus ostreatus NRRL 3501 and m.xed culture of(4b,1Asp).Isolates num.er 4b and 1Asp were identified using the m.lecular technique(18S rRNA).Isolate 4b and 1Asp,were identified as Trichoderm. saturnisporum.m.1-EGY and Aspergillus niger m.2-EGY,*** saturnisporum.m.1-EGY extract exhibited the highest antim.crobial activity com.ared to the other fungal *** phenolic,antim.crobial and antioxidant activities were also determ.ned from.the ethyl acetate extract of rice straw inoculated by these *** antioxidant scavenging concentration(SC50)values of the tested sam.les were 88.84,91.45,94.65 and 100.0μg/m.,respectively for Pleurotus sp.,Aspergiluus niger,Aspergiluus niger+Trichoderm. sp.,and Trichoderm. sp.,after 15 days incubation,com.ared to ascorbic acid as positive control with SC50 value equal to 8.0μg/*** phenolic contents(TPCs)were m.xim.m.in Pleurotus *** and found to be the m.st polyphenolic enriched sam.le(380.64 m. This study exam.nes the large am.unt of agricultural waste produced in Egypt between 2010 and 2019 by analysing data from.various departm.nts within the Agriculture *** also provides a com.rehensive database on the biom.ss available from.agricultural waste in Egypt and its potential applications for producing power,heat and chem.cal *** biom.ss-pyrolysis system. powered by solar energy are used,research dem.nstrates the potential to convert agricultural waste into a variety of chem.cal *** approach utilizes solar energy,a clean and renewable source,and has wide-ranging industrial and power generation *** Egypt’s reliance on agriculture,the country currently utilizes little biom.ss for energy production and has not previously used it as a source for creating chem.cal products,which could potentially save on the im.orted oil used in these *** findings of the study are graphically presented using histogram.,pie charts,*** overall production of residues reached the 30-m. level in *** it contains the m.st rice-cultivated land,Dakahlia(Lower Egypt region)produces the highest percentage of the total residue(37.17%).Qena governorate(Upper Egypt region)produces 1.14 m.tric tons of residues,with sugarcane accounting for 20.3%of the total.

Biogas is a renewable and clean energy source that plays an im.ortant role in the current environm.nt of lowcarbon *** high-content CO_(2) in biogas can be separated,transform.d,and utilized,it not only realizes high-value utilization of biogas but also prom.tes carbon reduction in the biogas *** im.rove the com.ustion stability of biogas,an inhom.geneous,partially prem.xed stratified(IPPS)com.ustion m.del was adopted in this *** therm.l flam. structure and stability were investigated for a wide range of m.xture inhom.geneities,turbulence levels,CO_(2) concentrations,air-to-fuel velocity ratios,and com.ustion energies in a concentric flow slot burner(CFSB).A fine-wire therm.couple is used to resolve the therm.l flam. *** flam. size was reduced by increasing the CO_(2) concentration and the flam.s becam. lighter *** flam. tem.erature also decreased with increase in CO_(2) *** stability was reduced by increasing the CO_(2) ***,at a certain level of m.xture inhom.geneity,the concentration of CO_(2) in the IPPS m.de did not affect the ***,the IPPS m.de of com.ustion should be suitable for the com.ustion and stabilization of *** should support the design of highly stabilized biogas turbulent flam.s independent of CO_(2) *** data show that the lower stability conditions are partially due to the change in fuel com.ustion energy,which is characterized by the Wobbe index(WI).In addition,at a certain level of m.xture inhom.geneity,the effect of the WI on flam. stability becom.s dom.nant.

Objective Air pollution has been reported to exert serious health effects to all living things in both short and long term.*** allegations have been proven by m.unting epidem.ological data and studies which consistently showed clear ***,the precise m.chanism. behind the association between airborne particulates and the evidences have yet to be fully ***(a)pyrene(BaP) is a m.in constituent of haze and notably known to be the cause of m.tagenicity and carcinogenicity in experim.ntal *** the notorious reputation of BaP,no conclusive study has been conducted to assess the effects of this com.ound at such a low dose as the one that m.laysians encountered during the haze episode in ***,this study was designed to assess the oxidative stress in rats intratracheally exposed to BaP,and also to correlate these findings with the m.rphology of the lungs.
