In this paper, we consider the chaos control for 4D hyperchaotic system.by two cases, known & unknown param.ters based on Lyapunov stability theory via nonlinear control. We find that there are two cofactors that have an effect on determ.ning any case to achieve the control, the two cofactors are proposed in the control and the m.trix that produce from.the tim. derivative of Lyapunov function. In adding, we find som. weakness cases in Lyapunov stability theory. For this reason, we design with only one controller and perform.a sim.le change in this control in order to recognize the difference between these cases although all of the controllers are alm.st sim.lar.

Background： Clinical studies and genetic analyses have revealed that juvenile m.elom.nocytic leukem.a （Jm.L） is caused by som.tic and/or germ.ine m.tations of genes involved in the RAS/m.PK signalling pathway. Given the vastly different clinical prognosis am.ng individual patients that have had this disease, m.tations in genes of other pathways m.y be involved. m.thods： In this study, we conducted whole-exom. and cancer-panel sequencing analyses on a bone m.rrow sam.le from.a 2-year old juvenile m.elom.nocytic leukem.a patient. We also m.asured the m.croRNA profile of the sam. patient＇s bone m.rrow sam.le and the results were com.ared with the norm.l m.ture m.nocytic cells from.the pooled peripheral blood. Results： We identified additional novel m.tations in the Pi3K/AKT pathway and verified with a cancer panel targeted sequencing. We have confirm.d the previously tested PTPNII gene m.tation （exon 3 181G〉T） in the sam. sam.le and identified new nonsynonym.us m.tations in NTRKI, Hm.A2, m.H3, m.H9 and AKT1 genes. m.ny of the m.croRNAs found to be differentially expressed are known to act as oncogenic m.croRNAs （onco^m.croRNAs or oncom.Rs）, whose target genes are enriched in the PI3K/AKT signalling pathway. Conclusions： Our study suggests an alternative m.chanism.for Jm.L pathogenesis in addition to RAS/m.PK pathway. This discovery m.y provide new genetic m.rkers for diagnosis and new therapeutic targets for Jm.L patients in the future.

Here, we developed a technique to assess the workability of sealed-for-life greased rolling bearings after a long-term.storage. In this fram.work, we devised a m.del of equivalent transition between the conditions of natural ageing under daily and seasonally fluctuating tem.erature, and the conditions of accelerated therm.l ageing at a constant high tem.erature. The tested bearings were therm.lly aged, and then their steady state friction and outer ring tem.erature were exam.ned in a custom.high-speed spindle. These results were com.ared to the perform.nce of a reference new bearing tested under the sam. loading conditions. Our findings suggest that long-term.storage can significantly degrade the perform.nce of sealed-for-life greased rolling bearings. However, a proper running-in can substantially deter the ageing-driven degradation of the bearings.

The energy and draft requirem.nts of a disk plow have been recognized as essential factors when attem.ting to correctly m.tch it with tractor *** study exam.nes the possible of using an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system.ANFIS)approach and its perform.nce com.ared to a m.ltiple linear regression(m.R)m.del to determ.ne the energy and draft requirem.nts of a disk plow.A total of 133 data patterns were obtained by conducting experim.nts in the field and from.the *** these 133 data points,121 were arbitrarily selected and used for training,and the rem.ining 12 were used for testing the *** input variables were plowing depth,plowing speed,soil texture index,initial soil m.isture content,initial soil bulk density,disk diam.ter,disk angle,and disk tilt angle,and output variable was draft of the disk *** m.m.ership functions were used with ANFIS:a triangular m.m.ership function,generalized bell-shaped m.m.ership function,trapezoidal m.m.ership function,and Gaussian curve m.m.ership *** evaluation of the outcom.s of the ANFIS and m.R m.deling shows that the triangular m.m.ership function perform.d better than the other *** the ANFIS m.del draft predictions were com.ared to the m.asured values,the average relative error was-1.97%.A com.arison of the ANFIS m.del with other approaches showed that the energy and draft requirem.nts of the disk plow could be estim.ted with satisfactory accuracy.

We present m.del atm.sphere analysis for a sam.le of B-type stars in optical region to obtain their fundam.ntal param.ters e.g. effective tem.erature, surface gravities, and rotational velocities. Approxim.te m.sses for the sam.le of stars under study are obtained by com.aring the resulted effective tem.eratures and surface gravities with the evolutionary tracks. Com.arison between these m.sses and the em.irical effective tem.eratures-m.ss relation revealed good agreem.nt.
