In this paper,a novel power grid evolving model,which can well describe the evolving property of power grids,is presented. Based on the BA model,motivated by the fact that in real power grids,connectivity of node not only depends on its degree,but also is influenced by many uncertain factors,so we introduce the subconnection factor K for each node. Using the mean-field theory,we get the analytical expression of power-law degree distribution with the exponent γ∈ (3,∞ ). Finally,simulation results show that the new model can provide a satisfactory description for empirical characteristics of power network,and power network falls somewhere in between scale-free network and uncertain network.

A single-step separation scheme is presented for Sm-Nd radiogenic isotope system on very small samples (1-3 mg) of silicate *** method is based on Eichrom LN Spec chromatographic material and affords a straightforward separation of Sm-Nd from complex matrix with good purity and satisfactory blank levels,suitable for thermal ionization mass spectrometry(TIMS). This technique,characterized by high efficiency(single-step Sm-Nd separation) and high sensitivity (TIMS on NdO ion beam),is able to process rapidly(3-4h),with low procedure blanks(analytical results show a good agreement with recommended values within±0.004%for the Nd/Nd isotopic ratio and±2%for Sm-Nd quantification at the 95%confidence *** is noted that the uncertainty of this method is about 3 times larger than typical precision achievable with two-stage full separation followed by state-of-the-art conventional TIMS using Nd ion beams which require much larger amounts of ***,our single-step separation followed by NdO ion beam technique is preferred to the analysis for microsamples.

Based on the data of geo-temperature and thermophysical parameters of rocks in the Kuqa Depression and the Tabei Uplift, northern flank of the Tarim Basin, in terms of the analytical solution of 1-D heat transfer equation, the thermal structure of the lithosphere under this region is determined. Our results show that the average surface heat flow of the northern flank of the Tarim Basin is 45 mW/m2, and the mantle heat flow is between 20 and 23 mW/m2; the temperature at crust-mantle boundary (Moho) ranges from 514°C to 603°C and the thermal lithosphere where the heat conduction dominates is 138–182 km thick. Furthermore, in combination with the P wave velocity structure resulting from the deep seismic sounding profile across this region and rheological modeling, we have studied the local composition of the lithosphere and its rheological profile, as well as the strength distribution. We find that the rheological stratification of the lithosphere in this region is apparent. The lowermost of the lower crust is ductile; however, the uppermost of the mantle and the upper and middle parts of the crust are both brittle layers, which is typically the so-called sandwich-like structure. Lithospheric strength is also characterized by the lateral variation, and the uplift region is stronger than the depression region. The lithospheric strength of the northern flank of the Tarim Basin decreases gradually from south to north; the Kuqa Depression has the lowest strength and the south of the Tabei Uplift is strongest. The total lithospheric strength of this region is4.77×1012.5.03×1013 N/m under extension, and 6.5×1012.9.4×1013 N/m under compression. The lithospheric brittleductile transition depth is between 20 km and 33 km. In conclusion, the lithosphere of the northern flank of the Tarim Basin is relatively cold with higher strength, so it behaves rigidly and deforms as a whole, which is also supported by the seismic activity in this region. Interstitial fluid pressure （IFP） in tumor is much higher than that in normal tissue and appears a great obstacle for the delivery of chemodrugs,which makes it a potential target for cancer *** this study,imatinib,a molecular targeting drug,was loaded in sterically stabilized liposomes （SSL-IMA） to reduce tumor IFP,in an attempt to deliver more liposomal doxorubicin （SSL-DOX） into tumor *** a mouse B16 melanoma model,intravenous injection of 20 mg/kg SSL-IMA achieved the most reduction of tumor IFP lasting for at least 50 hours with the least hematotoxicity,whereas intragastric administration of 100 mg/kg free IMA did not decrease tumor IFP *** mechanisms of IFP reduction in tumor by SSL-IMA were proved to be related with the inhibition of PDGF receptor beta,the inhibition of tumor fibroblasts as well as the anti-angiogenesis effect of *** it was demonstrated by in vivo imaging that the decrease of tumor IFP by SSL-IMA led to a more and longer intra-tumor distribution of the lipid *** improved delivery was proved again in the anti-tumor *** combination of SSL-IMA and SSL-DOX inhibited tumor growth and induced apoptosis of tumor cells the most,at a low dose in which neither SSL-DOX nor SSL-IMA showed obvious antitumor *** no synergy was found between SSL-IMA and SSL-DOX,it was clear that the improved combination therapy was basically due to the decrease of tumor IFP by *** conclusion,reducing tumor IFP by SSL-IMA seems to be a promising strategy to potentiate chemotherapies.

E-cadherin is a key epithelial protein and adhesive molecule. This study detected the E-cadherin expression in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) and controls, and analyzed its possible role in the pathogenesis of CRSwNP. The expression of E-cadherin was detected by using Western blotting and immunohistochemistry in controls and patients with CRSwNP. Computed tomography (CT) scan findings were scored. The results showed that the E-cadherin expression was up-regulated in patients with CRSwNP as compared with controls (P=0.039) and the positive staining was predominantly localized on the epithelial cell membrane. E-cadherin level was correlated negatively with Lund-Mackay scores in patients with CRSwNP (r=–0.604, P=0.005). It is suggested that E-cadherin may be involved in the pathogenesis of CRSwNP and correlated with disease severity.
