Sexual reproduction is the basic way to form high genetic diversity and it is beneficial in evolution and speciation of *** global diversity of teleomorphic species in Ascomycota has not been *** paper estimates the species number for sexual ascomycetes based on five different estimation approaches,*** numbers of described fungi,by fungus:substrate ratio,by ecological distribution,by meta-DNA barcoding or culture-independent studies and by previous estimates of species in *** assumptions were made with the currently most accepted,“2.2–3.8 million”species estimate and results of previous studies concluding that 90%of the described ascomycetes reproduce *** Catalogue of Life,Species Fungorum and published research were used for data *** average value of teleomorphic species in Ascomycota from all methods is 1.86 million,ranging from 1.37 to 2.56 ***,only around 83,000 teleomorphic species have been described in Ascomycota and deposited in data *** ratio between described teleomorphic ascomycetes to predicted teleomorphic ascomycetes is 1:***,where are the undiscovered teleomorphic ascomycetes?The undescribed species are no doubt to be found in biodiversity hot spots,poorly-studied areas and species *** poorly studied niches include extremophiles,lichenicolous fungi,human pathogens,marine fungi,and fungicolous *** species are present in unexamined collections in specimen repositories or incompletely described earlier *** issues,such as the use of separate names for teleomorph and anamorphs,synonyms,conspecific names,illegitimate and invalid names also affect the number of described *** introgression results in new species,while species numbers are reduced by extinctions.

Background:Despite the well-established health benefits of physical activity(PA)for young people(aged 419 years),most do not meet PA *** that support PA in schools may be promising,but their impact on PA behavior is poorly *** aim of this systematic review was to ascertain the level and type of evidence reported in the international scientific literature for policies within the school setting that contribute directly or indirectly to increasing ***:This systematic review is compliant with Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis *** databases were searched using key concepts of policy,school,evaluation,and *** title and abstract screening of 2323 studies,25 progressed to data *** quality was assessed using standardized tools,and the strength of the evidence of policy impact was described based on pre-determined codes:positive,negative,inconclusive,or untested ***:Evidence emerged for 9 policy areas that had a direct or indirect effect on PA within the school *** were whole school PA policy,physical education,sport/extracurricular PA,classroom-based PA,active breaks/recess,physical environment,shared use agreements,active school transport,and *** bulk of the evidence was significantly positive(54%),27%was inconclusive,9%was significantly negative,and 11%was untested(due to rounding,some numbers add to 99%or 101%).Frequency of evidence was highest in the primary setting(41%),34%in the secondary setting,and 24%in primary/secondary combined school *** policy area,frequency of evidence was highest for sport/extracurricular PA(35%),17%for physical education,and 12%for whole school PA policy,with evidence for shared use agreements between schools and local communities rarely reported(2%).Comparing relative strength of evidence,the evidence for shared use agreements,though sparse,was 100%positive,while 60%of the evidence for w

Environmental assessment of impacts, management, and policy are important aspects of protection of human health and the environment. Assessing the impacts of human activities requires selection of bioindicator species that can be used to assess, manage, and develop public policies that ensure ecosystem integrity, and therefore sustainability of social, cultural, and economic systems. with the use of Chinook Salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha), Pacific Cod (Gadusmacrocephalus), Mallard (Anas platyrhynchos), and Red Knot (Calidris canutus rufa), we explore assessment and measurement endpoints, and their relationship to management and development of public policy. This combination of fish and birds provides a diversity of life histories, ecosystem roles, human values, and resource use to explore their use as bioindicators and endpoints. It also allows examination of 1) conservation and protection of species and biodiversity, 2) protection of ecosystems, 3) provision of goods and services, and 4) societal well-being.

Fungi have evolved diverse strategies to acquire nutrients as endophytes,saprobes,symbionts,or *** have been intensively studied due to their importance in attaching and breaching the host *** specialized infection structures have evolved into various morpho-types:proto-appressoria,hyaline appressoria,melanized(dark)appressoria,and compound *** this review,we discuss the differences in the formation,differentiation,and function of appres-soria among fungi with diverse life *** DNA sequence information,LSU,5.8S,SSU and rpb2 gene fragments,we reconstructed the ancestral states for appressorial types in the main phyla of fungi and fungus-like organisms and found that the hyaline appressoria was the most ancestral *** analysis estimated proto-appressoria diversification during the Mesozoic period(92-239 million years ago),however,its origin remains *** data suggest that these hyaline appressoria diversified into melanized or compound appressoria,with evidence of adaptive radiation.

制作了LSCF/GDC/8YSZ/NiO-8YSZ/NiO-3YSZ/NiO-8YSZ/8YSZ/GDC/LSCF中空全对称双阴极阳极支撑平板式固体氧化物燃料电池（SOFC）,研究了其在稀薄燃料气氛下的电化学特性。结果表明：该结构电池在稀薄燃料气氛下稳定循环放电11次后依然保持稳定,在纯N2气氛下电池的最大输出功率密度可达8.79 mw/cm^2。该结构电池中Ni与NiO所形成的氧化还原不仅对电池性能无影响,并且还能够作为储能媒介,为后续发展以电池阳极金属作为储能介质的高温固态电池提供了可能。

PhaseStain:the digital staining of label-free quantitative phase microscopy images using deep learning

Using a deep neural network,we demonstrate a digital staining technique,which we term PhaseStain,to transform the quantitative phase images(QPI)of label-free tissue sections into images that are equivalent to the brightfield microscopy images of the same samples that are histologically *** pairs of image data(QPI and the corresponding brightfield images,acquired after staining),we train a generative adversarial network and demonstrate the effectiveness of this virtual-staining approach using sections of human skin,kidney,and liver tissue,matching the brightfield microscopy images of the same samples stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin,Jones’stain,and Masson’s trichrome stain,*** digital-staining framework may further strengthen various uses of label-free QPI techniques in pathology applications and biomedical research in general,by eliminating the need for histological staining,reducing sample preparation related costs and saving *** results provide a powerful example of some of the unique opportunities created by data-driven image transformations enabled by deep learning.

＜正＞The prostaglandin E2receptor subtype EP3and thromboxane A2（TP）receptors mediate synergistic vasoconstrictor responses.N-terminally-tagged human TP（HA-hTPalpha）and human EP3（2myc-hEP3-I）receptors were prepared with Renilla lucifera se（Rluc）or Green Fluorescence Protein（GFP2）at the C-termini in order to assess oligomerization by the generation of a Bioluminescence Resonance Energy Transfer（BRET）*** values were0.37+/-0.06and0.16+/-0.00and BRET50values w ere1.54+/-0.61and0.9 +/-0.21in living HEK293cells transfected with hTP or hEP3receptors，reˉspectively（mean+/-SEM，n=3）.The hEP3-Rluc receptors were also able to oligomerize with hTP-GFP2receptors，producing BRETmax and BRET50values of0. 09+/-0.02and1.20+/-0.33，***ˉever，when the hEP3-GFP2cDNA was in excess of hTP-Rluc cDNA，Bret2signals *** conclusion，hTP and hEP3receptors constitutively form hoˉmooligomers，but the formation of hetero-oligomers b etween these prostanoid receptors is attenuated when hEP3receptors are in excess of hTP receptors.

The role of photovaporization of the prostate in small volume benign prostatic hyperplasia and review of the literature

Objective:Our objective was to characterize the safety and efficacy of the 180 w XPS-GreenLight laser in men with lower urinary tract symptoms secondary to a small volume benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed for all patients who underwent 180 w XPSlaser photoselective vaporization of the prostate(PVP)vaporization of the prostate between 2012 and 2016 at two-tertiary medical *** collection included baseline comorbidities,disease-specific quality of life scores,maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),postvoid residual(PVR),complications,prostate volume and prostate-specific antigen(PSA).The secondary endpoints were the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse *** were stratified using the Clavien-Dindo grading system up to 90 days after ***:Mean age of men was 67.8 years old,with a mean body mass index of 29.7 kg/*** prostate volume as measured by transrectal ultrasound was 29 *** use was 47%and urinary retention with catheter at time of surgery was 17%.Mean hospital stay and catheter time were 0.5 *** follow-up time was 6 months with the longest duration of follow-up being 22.5 months(interquartile range,3-22.5 months).The International Prostate Symptom Score improved from 22.8±7.0 at baseline to 10.7±7.4(pwhile the PVR improved from 216.0±271.0 mL preoperatively to 32.8±45.3 mL(png/mL preoperatively to 0.71±0.61 ng/mL(png/mL at 1 and 6 months,*** patient had a bladder neck contracture postoperatively and no capsular perforations were noted ***:The 180 w GreenLight XPS system is safe and effective for men with small volume
