Multimetallic nanowires with long-range atomic ordering hold the promise of unique physicochemical properties in many *** we demonstrate the synthesis and study the stability of CU3AU intermetallic *** synthesis is achieved by using Cu@Au core-shell nanowires as *** appropriate Cu/Au stoichiometry,the Cu@Au core-shell nanowires are transformed into fully ordered Cu3Au nanowires under thermal ***-driven atom diffusion accounts for this transformation as revealed by X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy *** twin boundaries abundant in the Cu@Au core-shell nanowires facilitate the ordering *** resulting CU3AU intermetallic nanowires have uniform and accurate atomic positioning in the crystal lattice,which enhances the nobility of *** obvious copper oxides are observed in fully ordered Cu3Au nanowires after annealing in air at 200℃,a temperature that is much higher than those observed in Cu@Au core-shell and pure Cu *** work opens up an opportunity for further research into the development and applications of intermetallic nanowires.

The increasing use of mobile robots in laboratory settings has led to a higher degree of laboratory ***,when mobile robots move in laboratory environments,mechanical errors,environmental disturbances and signal interruptions are *** can compromise the accuracy of the robot’s localization,which is crucial for the safety of staff,robots and the laboratory.A novel time-series predicting model based on the data processing method is proposed to handle the unexpected localization measurement of mobile robots in laboratory *** proposed model serves as an auxiliary localization system that can accurately correct unexpected localization errors by relying solely on the historical data of mobile *** experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of this proposed method.

The tremendous efforts made in the research field of solid-state Li-ion batteries have led to considerable advancement of this technology and the first market-ready systems can be expected in the near *** research community is currently investigating different solid-state electrolyte classes(***,sulfides,halides and polymers)with a focus on further optimizing the synthesis and electrochemical ***,so far,the development of sustainable recycling strategies allowing for an efficient backflow of critical elements contained in these batteries into the economic cycle and thus a transition from a linear to a circular economy lags *** this contribution,resource aspects with respect to the chemical value of crucial materials,which are used for the synthesis of solid-state electrolytes are being ***,an overview of possible approaches in relation to their challenges and opportunities for the recycling of solid-state batteries with respect to different solid-state electrolyte classes by means of pyrometallurgy,hydrometallurgy and direct recycling/dissolution-based separation processes is *** on these considerations and with reference to previous research,it will be shown that different solid-state electrolytes will require individually adapted recycling processes to be suitably designed for a circular economy and that further improvements and investigations will be required.

Estimation of the sample position is essential for working process monitoring and management in the life science automation lab*** low-energy(BLE)beacons have the advantages of low price,small size and low energy consumption,which make them a promising solution for sample position estimation in the automated *** fingerprinting models have been proposed to achieve indoor localization with the received signal strength(RSS)***,most of the research depends on intensive beacon *** estimation,which depends entirely on one beacon,is more suitable for sample position estimation in large automated *** complexity of the life science automation laboratory environment brings challenges to the traditional path loss model(PLM),which is a widely used radio wave propagation model-based proximity estimation *** this paper,BLE sensing devices for sample position estimation are *** BLE beacon-based proximity estimation is discussed in the framework of machine learning,in which the support vector regression(SVR)is utilized to model the nonlinear relationship between the RSS data and distance,and the Kalman filter is utilized to decrease the RSS data *** experimental results over different environments indicate that the SVR outperforms the PLM significantly,and provides 1 m absolute errors for more than 95%of the testing *** Kalman filter brings benefits to stable distance *** from proximity-based sample position estimation,the proposed framework turned out to be effective in position estimation between parallel workbenches and position estimation on an automated workstation.

The parasitic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in the negative half-cell of vanadium redox flow batteries(VRFBs)causes severe efficiency ***,a deeper understanding of this process and the accompanying bubble formation is *** benchmarking study locally analyzes the bubble distribution in thick,porous electrodes for the first time using deep learning-based image segmentation of synchrotron X-ray *** large three-dimensional data set was processed precisely in less than one minute while minimizing human errors and pointing out areas of increased HER activity in *** study systematically varies the electrode potential and material,concluding that more negative electrode potentials of-200 m V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE)and lower cause more substantial bubble formation,resulting in bubble fractions of around 15%–20%in carbon felt ***,the bubble fractions stay only around 2%in an electrode combining carbon felt and carbon *** detected areas with high HER activity,such as the border subregion with more than 30%bubble fraction in carbon felt electrodes,the cutting edges,and preferential spots in the electrode bulk,are potential-independent and suggest that larger electrodes with a higher bulk-to-border ratio might reduce HER-related performance *** described combination of electrochemical measurements,local X-ray microtomography,AI-based segmentation,and 3D morphometric analysis is a powerful and novel approach for local bubble analysis in three-dimensional porous electrodes,providing an essential toolkit for a broad community working on bubble-generating electrochemical systems.

目的:引译青少年社交媒体使用障碍量表(social media use disorder scale for adolescents,SOMEDIS-A),并检验中文版的信效度。方法:将SOMEDIS-A翻译为中文,于2022年9月至2023年6月期间施测,采用SPSS 20.0软件对数据进行项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析、结构效度检验、效标关联效度检验和信度检验。结果:中文版SOMEDIS-A的10个条目决断值显著(t=-27.043~-36.685,均P<0.01),探索性分析包含认知行为症状和负面后果两个因子合计9个条目,载荷系数均大于0.500;验证性分析各条目的因子载荷系数均大于0.300;中文版SOMEDIS-A量表及其各因子得分与效标量表得分均呈正相关(r=0.219~0.809,均P<0.01);总量表的Cronbachα系数和分半信度分别为0.940、0.896;认知行为症状和负面后果两因子的Cronbachα系数分别为0.825、0.924,二者分半信度分别为0.688、0.906。结论:中文版SOMEDIS-A具有良好的信效度,能够可靠地区分患有和未患有社交媒体使用障碍的青少年。

Spike architecture inﬂuences both grain weight and grain number per spike,which are the two major components of grain yield in bread wheat(Triticum aestivum L.).However,the complex wheat genome and the inﬂuence of various environmental factors pose challenges in mapping the causal genes that affect spike ***,we systematically identified genes involved in spike trait formation by integrating information on genomic variation and gene regulatory networks controlling young spike development in *** identified 170 loci that are responsible for variations in spike length,spikelet number per spike,and grain number per spike through genome-wide association study and meta-QTL *** constructed gene regulatory networks for young inﬂorescences at the double ridge stage and theﬂoret primordium stage,in which the spikelet meristem and theﬂoret meristem are predominant,respec-tively,by integrating transcriptome,histone modification,chromatin accessibility,eQTL,and protein–pro-tein interactome *** these networks,we identified 169 hub genes located in 76 of the 170 QTL regions whose polymorphisms are significantly associated with variation in spike *** functions of TaZF-B1,VRT-B2,and TaSPL15-A/D in establishment of wheat spike architecture were *** study provides valuable molecular resources for understanding spike traits and demonstrates that combining genetic analysis and developmental regulatory networks is a robust approach for dissection of complex traits.
