随着信息技术和信息系统的不断改进和发展,我国社会进入数字经济时代。数据分析、数据科学、人工智能和机器学习等新技术逐步被引入应急管理中,复杂的突发公共事件,比如突发公共卫生事件、自然灾害、火灾、大型事故灾害等事件的应急管理与决策支持服务水平不断提升。与此同时,应急信息管理过程中的信息收集、信息分析、信息共享和信息管理等流程的改进和发展也促进信息技术和信息系统的加速演进。

基于多切线技术的盾构隧道开挖面稳定性分析

针对非线性条件下深埋隧道开挖面稳定性问题，采用多切线技术分段线性近似Power-Law(P-L)准则，基于极限分析上限定理，构建1种新的开挖面多曲线圆锥破坏机构，提出1种考虑拉应力截断Tensioncut-off(T-C)效应的开挖面稳定性理论计算方法。通过与既有文献结果对比，验证所提方法的可靠性。根据反算的应力分布和破坏机构几何特点，探究不同参数条件下T-C对开挖面稳定性的影响。结果表明：(1)在线性条件下，黏聚力较大且内摩擦角较小时，T-C对开挖面临界支护力的影响较大；在非线性条件下，m的增加并不会放大T-C对开挖面稳定性的影响。(2)在抗拉强度较大时，T-C对开挖面稳定性影响较为显著，随着抗拉强度的折减，T-C控制的破坏机构尺寸逐渐减小，且顶部区域明显钝化。

A Complementary Engineering-Based Building Damage Estimation for Earthquakes in Catastrophe Modeling

Catastrophe modeling for earthquakes is conventionally designed as a probabilistic model to estimate the losses based on risk and vulnerability of a portfolio of exposures for a foreseeable set of events. This approach lacks a physical science of building damage that is linked to ground-shaking characteristics. A proposed engineeringbased building damage estimation model based on established theories of seismic wave propagation and structural resonance is presented to address some of these shortcomings. A damage factor is introduced to provide an indication of the relative extent of damage to buildings.Analysis based on the proposed methodology is carried out using data derived from four case studies: the 2011 Tohoku earthquake; the 2007 Bengkulu earthquake; the 2011 Christchurch earthquake; and the 1999 Chi-Chi earthquake.Results show that the computed damage factors reasonably reflect the extent of actual damage to buildings that was observed in post-earthquake reconnaissance surveys. This indicates that the proposed damage simulation model has a promising future as a complementary assessment tool in building damage estimation in catastrophe modeling.

This paper presents a procedure for assessing the reinforcement force of geosynthetics required for maintaining dynamic stability of a steep soil slope. Such a procedure is achieved with the use of the discretization technique and kinematic analysis of plasticity theory, i.e. discretization-based kinematic analysis. The discretization technique allows discretization of the analyzed slope into various components and generation of a kinematically admissible failure mechanism based on an associated flow rule.Accordingly, variations in soil properties including soil cohesion, internal friction angle and unit weight are accounted for with ease, while the conventional kinematic analysis fails to consider the changes in soil properties. The spatialetemporal effects of dynamic accelerations represented by primary and shear seismic waves are considered using the pseudo-dynamic approach. In the presence of geosynthetic reinforcement, tensile failure is discussed providing that the geosynthetics are installed with sufficient length. Equating the total rates of work done by external forces to the internal rates of work yields the upper bound solution of required reinforcement force, below which slopes fail. The reinforcement force is sought by optimizing the objective function with regard to independent variables, and presented in a normalized form. Pseudo-static analysis is a special case and hence readily transformed from pseudodynamic analysis. Comparisons of the pseudo-static/dynamic solutions calculated in this study are highlighted. Although the pseudo-static approach yields a conservative solution, its ability to give a reasonable result is substantiated for steep slopes. In order to provide a more meaningful solution to a stability analysis, the pseudo-dynamic approach is recommended due to considerations of spatial etemporal effect of earthquake input.

This article reviews the research progress of rehabilitation treatment and nursing care of patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury,in order to provide reference for the rehabilitation treatment and nursing care of patients.We reviewed recent medical literature on patients with neurogenic bladder,focusing on neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury.We analyzed 30 recent of publications in patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury,in addition to reviewing and evaluating the commonly used rehabilitation nursing methods for neurogenic bladder.Psychological counseling is a vital aspect which cannot be neglected in the process of neurogenic bladder rehabilitation.Hitherto,the commonly used drug and surgical treatments may have negatively impacted the mental health of patients in varying degrees.However,in clinical practice,applying intermittent catheterization in patients who have neurogenic bladder with spinal cord injury may help improve patients’life quality,mitigate psychological burden,and reduce negative emotions.

Machine-Learning Aided Analysis of Clone Evolution

Code clones are similar code fragments appearing in software. As software evolves, code clones may be subjected to changes as well; we term this clone evolution. There have not been many investigations into clone evolution characteristics. Therefore, we tackle this by exploring useful information associated with changes of clones during evolution. We focus on three perspectives of clone evolution, ranging from individual clone changes to characterization of clone genealogies. With the help Xmeans clustering, we establish associations between clone changes and life of clones. Our experimental results on two softwares show that clones are mostly stable throughout software evolution. For the relatively smaller group of "unstable" clones, changes usually happen after several versions, and consistent changes appear more frequently than inconsistent ones. We suggest that developers should pay more attention to relatively longer genealogies, and should consider applying changes consistently to clone group when a constituent clone fragment has undergone change.

Mitochondria are highly dynamic organelles that are found in most eukaryotic organisms.It is broadly accepted that mitochondria originally evolved from prokaryotic bacteria,e.***.proteobacteria.The mitochondrion has its independent genome that encodes 37 genes,including 13 genes for oxidative phosphorylation.Accumulative evidence demonstrates that mitochondria are not only the powerhouse of the cells by supplying adenosine triphosphate,but also exert roles as signalling organelles in the cell fate and function.Numerous factors can affect mitochondria structurally and functionally.Carotenoids are a large group of fat-soluble pigments commonly found in our diets.Recently,much attention has been paid in carotenoids as dietary bioactives in mitochondrial structure and function in human health and disease,though the mechanistic research is limited.Here,we update the recent progress in mitochondrial functioning as signalling organelles in human health and disease,summarize the potential roles of carotenoids in regulation of mitochondrial redox homeostasis,biogenesis,and mitophagy,and discuss the possible approaches for future research in carotenoid regulation of mitochondrial function.

对现代企业而言,履行社会责任是企业实现可持续发展目标的重要手段,企业如何通过履行社会责任获得消费者支持是一项极具研究价值的课题。文章基于企业社会责任视角,采用分层回归方法对消费者质量感知、信任与消费者支持之间的关系进行深入研究。研究结果表明,消费者信任对消费者支持的正向影响作用非常显著,企业社会责任联想对消费者信任和消费者支持的关系具有显著调节作用,企业社会责任的利己感知动机在消费者信任与消费者支持的关系上具有负向调节作用。因此,企业为更好地通过履行社会责任,赢得消费者支持,实现社会与企业的双赢,必须做到以下两点:一是赢得消费者信任,这是企业获得消费者支持的前提;二是积极且不求回报地履行社会责任,这是企业获得消费者支持的关键。
