This study develops a novel cervical precancerous detection system by using texture analysis of field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)*** processing scheme adopted in the proposed system focused on two *** first step was to enhance cervical cell FE-SEM images in order to show the precancerous characterization indicator.A problem arises from the question of how to extract features which characterize cervical precancerous *** the first step,a preprocessing technique called intensity transformation and morphological operation(ITMO)algorithm used to enhance the quality of images was *** algo-rithm consisted of contrast stretching and morphological opening *** second step was to characterize the cervical cells to three classes,namely normal,low grade intra-epithelial squamous lesion(LSIL),and high grade intra-epithelial squamous lesion(HSIL).To differen-tiate between normal and precancerous cells of the cervical cell FE-SEM images,human papillomavirus(HPV)contained in the surface of cells were used as *** this paper,we investigated the use of texture as a tool in determining precancerous cell images based on the observation that cell images have a distinct visual *** level co-occurrences matrix(GLCM)technique was used to extract the texture *** confirm the system's perfor-mance,the system was tested using 150 cervical cell FE-SEM *** results showed that the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the proposed system are 95.7%,95.7%and 95.8%,respectively.

本文论述了土工合成材料Polyfelt Rock PEC加筋马来西亚电气化双轨铁路工程中的10m高临时桥墩和铁路路堤的工程应用。需要加筋的土体为马来西亚很普遍的典型残积土——砂性粘土。选用的加筋材料Polyfelt Rock PEC为高强聚酯纱线加筋的复合长丝无纺土工织物。无纺土工织物部分提供平面排水作用,高韧聚酯纱线提供抗拉强度。加筋挡土墙采用由可重复利用模板支撑的简单包裹技术建造。为安放钢跨桥面板,需要在距离Polyfelt Rock PEC加筋桥墩表面不足1m的位置打入18m长的混凝土桩。为防止PolyfeltRock PEC紫外线降解,将露在外表面的Polyfelt Rock PEC上喷洒乳化沥青。本论文的一个重要亮点在于支撑桥面板的混凝土桩的施工方法,混凝土桩穿过Polyfelt Rock PEC加筋土层而没有破坏加筋体。
