In order to effectively recover low and medium grade heat energy,a novel combined cooling and heating storage system based on zeolite-water is proposed in this *** system coupled the zeolite-water adsorption process with the water evaporation refrigeration process during discharging process to realize generating cold energy and heat energy simultaneously.A more accurate kinetic model of zeolite and water adsorption is developed,and the thermodynamic performance of discharging process of the system is numerically *** results show the system has the higher energy conversion coefficient of 1.49 and the higher energy density of 1216.6 kJ/*** change laws of system performances,such as energy generated,energy conversion coefficient and energy density,with key parameters during discharging process are *** study provides a way for efficient utilization of low and medium grade heat energy.

This paper applies the multiple ellipsoid model to the 16Ne （20Ne, 28Ne, 34Ne）-Na2 collision systems, and calcu- lates integral cross sections for rotational excitation at the incident energy of 190 meV. It can be seen that the accuracy of the integral cross sections can be improved by increasing the number of equipotential ellipsoid surfaces. Moreover, by analysing the differences of these integral cross sections, it obtains the change rules of the integral cross sections with the increase of rotational angular quantum number j＇, and with the change of the mass of isotope substitution neon atom. Finally, the contribution of different regions of the potential to inelastic cross sections for 20Ne-Na2 collision system is investigated at relative incident energy of 190 meV.

First-principles study of structural, elastic, and electronic properties of the B20 structure OsSi has been reported using the plane-wave pseudopotential density functional theory method. The calculated equilibrium lattice and elastic constants are in good agreement with the experimented data and other theoretical results. The dependence of the elastic constants, the aggregate elastic modulus, the deviation from the Cauchy relation, the elastic wave velocities in different directions and the elastic anisotropy on pressure have been obtained and discussed. This could be the first quantitative theoretical prediction of the elastic properties under high pressure of OsSi compound. Moreover, the electronic structure calculations show that OsSi is a degenerate semiconductor with the gap value of 0.68 eV, which is higher than the experimental value of 0.26 eV. The analysis of the PDOS reveals that hybridization between Os d and Sip states indicates a certain covalency of the Os-Si bonds.

To study the pathological and histochemical characteristics of lesions in piglet livers infected with Taenia saginata asiatica(*** asiatica)throughout the different stages,piglets were fed with eggs of *** asiatica and raised in isolation in an animal center to establish the *** asiatica infection model with normal piglets as *** pathological changes in the piglet livers were observed after the infection using liver sections stained with hematoxylin and *** methods were used to check the changes in lipid,glycogen and protein content in the *** data collected by image analysis were analyzed statistically with Statistical Package for the Social *** results show that *** asiatica-exposed piglets were indeed *** reactions began on the fourth day and progressed *** cell hyperplasia,hepatic hydropic degeneration and ballooning degeneration were found in the 10th–20th days after *** central veins and hepatic sinusoids were dilated and *** necrosis occurred in some local liver *** the 40th–60th days,granulomatous reactions and mild hepatocirrhosis were the main *** the 70th–80th days,hepatocirrhosis and bile duct proliferation were observed in the *** the different stages,lipid drops were increased while glycogen and protein levels were decreased to some *** was a significant difference in metabolism between the infected group and the control group(P<0.01).It is concluded that pigs are the favorable intermediate host of *** asiatica and its infection can result in serious pathological and histochemical lesions in host organs.

目的牵引方法可加快胃早期肿瘤超级微创非全层切除的速度,缩短术者的学习曲线,探讨采用组织夹-牙线可变角度牵引法作为胃肠早期肿瘤经内镜非全层切除过程中的牵引方法。方法采用回顾性研究的方法,纳入2022年1月至2023年6月于解放军总医院第一医学中心开展的早期胃癌行超级微创病灶非全层切除术的18例患者,采用同级别专家进行操作,分为牵引组和非牵引组各9例,分别记录其黏膜下剥离时间(SDT)、黏膜下剥离速度(SDS)、术中固有肌层暴露、固有肌层缺损度分级(MPD)、术中出血量、整块切除、治愈性切除、手术费用及手术器械使用情况。结果9例采用可变角度牵引法,9例未采用牵引法。两组整块切除率和治愈性切除率均为100%。牵引组SDT为28.00(21.00,34.00)min,非牵引组为56.00(40.00,85.00)min,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组无严重不良事件发生。结论可变角度牵拉法加快了胃早癌非全层切除的SDT和SDS,固有肌层与黏膜层充分分离,剥离深度更深,固有肌层损伤率低,术中出血量少,未增加医疗费用,该方法可以成为超级微创手术的辅助治疗技术。

Clathrin light chains regulate hypocotyl elongation by affecting the polarization of the auxin transporter PIN3 in Arabidopsis

PIN-FORMED(PIN)-dependent directional auxin transport is crucial for plant development. Although the redistribution of auxin mediated by the polarization of PIN3 plays key roles in modulating hypocotyl cell expansion, how PIN3 becomes repolarized to the proper sites within hypocotyl cells is poorly understood. We previously generated the clathrin light chain clc2-1 clc3-1 double mutant in Arabidopsis thaliana and found that it has an elongated hypocotyl phenotype compared to the wild type. Here, we performed genetic, cell biology, and pharmacological analyses combined with live-cell imaging to elucidate the molecular mechanism underlying the role of clathrin light chains in hypocotyl elongation. Our analyses indicated that the defects of the double mutant enhanced auxin maxima in epidermal cells, thus, promoting hypocotyl elongation. PIN3 relocated to the lateral sides of hypocotyl endodermal cells in clc2-1 clc3-1 mutants to redirect auxin toward the epidermal cell ***, the loss of function of PIN3 largely suppressed the long hypocotyl phenotype of the clc2-1 clc3-1 double mutant, as did treatment with auxin transport inhibitors. Based on these data, we propose that clathrin modulates PIN3 abundance and polarity to direct auxin flux and inhibit cell elongation in the hypocotyl, providing novel insights into the regulation of hypocotyl elongation.

The separator with excellent mechanical and thermal properties are highly required for lithium ion batteries(LIBs).Therefore,it is crucial to develop novel nanofbrous membranes with enhanced mechanical strength and thermal *** this work,the fuorinated polyimide(FPI)was synthesized and blended with polyvinylidene fuoride(PVDF)to fabricate composite nanofbrous membranes(CNMs)via electrospinning *** from the introduction of aromatic FPI,the prepared PVDF/FPI nanofbrous membranes were endowed with enhanced mechanical strength and thermal *** the FPI content increased from 0 to 30 wt%,the tensile strength of composite nanofbrous membranes enhanced from 1.57 to 2.30 ***,there are almost no dimensional shrinkage for the CNM-30 containing 30 wt%FPI after heat treatment at 160℃ for 1 ***,the prepared CNMs show improved electrochemical performances in comparison with neat PVDF and commercial Celgard *** electrolyte uptake and ionic conductivity of the CNMs could reach to 522.4% and 1.14 ms·cm^(−1),*** prepared CNMs could provide an innovative and promising approach for the development and design of high-performance separators.
