Mutations in the microrchidia CW-type zinc finger protein 2(MORC2)gene are the causative agent of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 2Z(CMT2Z),and the hotspot mutation p.S87L is associated with a more seve re spinal muscular atrophy-like clinical *** aims of this study were to determine the mechanism of the severe phenotype caused by the MORC2 p.S87L mutation and to explore potential treatment *** cells were isolated from urine samples from a spinal muscular atrophy(SMA)-like patient[MORC2 p.S87L),a CMT2Z patient[MORC2 p.Q400R),and a healthy control and induced to generate pluripotent stem cells,which were then differentiated into motor neuron precursor ***-generation RNA sequencing followed by keGG pathway enrichment analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes involved in the PI3K/Akt and MAP K/ERK signaling pathways were enriched in the p.S87L SMA-like patient group and were significantly downregulated in induced pluripotent stem *** proliferation was observed in the induced pluripotent stem cells and motor neuron precursor cells derived from the p.S87L SMA-like patient group compared with the CMT2Z patient group and the healthy control.G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest was observed in induced pluripotent stem cells derived from the p.S87L SMA-like ***2 p.S87Lspecific antisense oligonucleotides(p.S87L-ASO-targeting)showed significant efficacy in improving cell prolife ration and activating the PI3K/Akt and MAP K/ERK pathways in induced pluripotent stem *** r,p.S87L-ASO-ta rgeting did not rescue prolife ration of motor neuron precursor *** findings suggest that downregulation of the PI3K/Akt and MAP K/ERK signaling pathways leading to reduced cell proliferation and G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest in induced pluripotent stem cells might be the underlying mechanism of the severe p.S87L SMA-like phenotype.p.S87L-ASO-targeting treatment can alleviate disordered cell proliferation in the early stag

With the gradual popularization of 5G communications,the application of multi-antenna broadcasting technology has become ***,this study aims to investigate the wireless covert communication in the two-user cooperative multi-antenna broadcast *** focus on the issue that the deteriorated reliability and undetectability are mainly affected by the transmission *** tackle this issue,we design a scheme based on beamforming to increase the reliability and undetectability of wireless covert communication in the multi-antenna broadcast *** first modeled and analyzed the cooperative multi-antenna broadcasting system,and put forward the target *** we use the SCA(successive convex approximation)algorithm to transform the target problem into a series of convex *** the convex problems are solved and the covert channel capacity is *** order to verify the effectiveness of the scheme,we conducted simulation *** simulation results show that the proposed beamforming scheme can effectively improve the reliability and undetectability of covert communication in multi-antenna broadcast channels.

In this paper,we address the problem of unsuperised social network embedding,which aims to embed network nodes,including node attributes,into a latent low dimensional *** recent methods,the fusion mechanism of node attributes and network structure has been proposed for the problem and achieved impressive prediction ***,the non-linear property of node attributes and network structure is not efficiently fused in existing methods,which is potentially helpful in learning a better network *** this end,in this paper,we propose a novel model called ASM(Adaptive Specific Mapping)based on encoder-decoder *** encoder,we use the kernel mapping to capture the non-linear property of both node attributes and network *** particular,we adopt two feature mapping functions,namely an untrainable function for node attributes and a trainable function for network *** the mapping functions,we obtain the low dimensional feature vectors for node attributes and network structure,***,we design an attention layer to combine the learning of both feature vectors and adaptively learn the node *** encoder,we adopt the component of reconstruction for the training process of learning node attributes and network *** conducted a set of experiments on seven real-world social network *** experimental results verify the effectiveness and efficiency of our method in comparison with state-of-the-art baselines.

In the era of exponential growth of data availability,the architecture of systems has a trend toward high dimensionality,and directly exploiting holistic information for state inference is not always computationally *** paper proposes a novel Bayesian filtering algorithm that considers algorithmic computational cost and estimation accuracy for high-dimensional linear *** high-dimensional state vector is divided into several blocks to save computation resources by avoiding the calculation of error covariance with immense *** that,two sequential states are estimated simultaneously by introducing an auxiliary variable in the new probability space,mitigating the performance degradation caused by state ***,the computational cost and error covariance of the proposed algorithm are analyzed analytically to show its distinct features compared with several existing *** results illustrate that the proposed Bayesian filtering can maintain a higher estimation accuracy with reasonable computational cost when applied to high-dimensional linear systems.

Predictive Business Process Monitoring(PBPM)is a significant research area in Business Process Management(BPM)aimed at accurately forecasting future behavioral *** present,deep learning methods are widely cited in PBPM research,but no method has been effective in fusing data information into the control flow for multi-perspective process ***,this paper proposes a process prediction method based on the hierarchical BERT and multi-perspective data ***,the first layer BERT network learns the correlations between different category attribute ***,the attribute data is integrated into a weighted event-level feature vector and input into the second layer BERT network to learn the impact and priority relationship of each event on future predicted ***,the multi-head attention mechanism within the framework is visualized for analysis,helping to understand the decision-making logic of the framework and providing visual ***,experimental results show that the predictive accuracy of the framework surpasses the current state-of-the-art research methods and significantly enhances the predictive performance of BPM.

The service life of a blast furnace depends largely on the degree of damage to the carbon brick in the *** brick and ramming material in the hearth of a 1780 m3 blast furnace after shutdown were sampled and *** was found that the substances in the cracks of the carbon brick near and above the taphole were ZnO and Zn_(2)SiO_(4),whereas the substances in the cracks of the carbon brick below the taphole were *** reaction of Zn with CO,SiO_(2),and Fes generates ZnO,Zn_(2)SiO_(4),and ZnS,resulting in volume expansion,which is an important reason for the cracking of carbon ***,several obvious Zn vapor flow channels were found in the ramming material,through which Zn vapor could enter the carbon brick,causing damage to the carbon *** the compactness of the ramming material is beneficial to preventing Zn vapor from entering the carbon brick through the voids in the ramming material,reducing the destructive effect of Zn on the carbon brick and further extending the service life of the blast furnace.

There are lots of researches on fixture layout optimization for large thin-walled *** researches focus on the positioning problem,i.e.,optimizing the positions of a constant number of ***,how to determine the number of fixtures is *** most cases,the number of fixtures located on large thin-walled parts is determined based on engineering experience,which leads to huge fixture number and extra ***,this paper constructs an optimization model to minimize the number of *** constraints are set in the optimization model to ensure that the part deformation is within the surface profile *** addition,the assembly gap between two parts is also *** conduct the optimization,this paper develops an improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)algorithm by integrating the shrinkage factor and adaptive inertia *** the algorithm,particles are encoded according to the fixture *** dimension of the particle is assigned to a sub-region by constraining the optional position range of each fixture to improve the optimization ***,a case study on ship curved panel assembly is provided to prove that our method can optimize the number of fixtures while meeting the assembly quality *** research proposes a method to optimize the number of fixtures,which can reduce the number of fixtures and achieve deformation control at the same time.

Accurately predicting the remaining useful life(RUL)of bearings in mining rotating equipment is vital for mining *** research aims to distinguish the features associated with the RUL of bearings and propose a prediction model based on these selected *** study proposes a hybrid predictive model to assess the RUL of rolling element *** proposed model begins with the pre-processing of bearing vibration signals to reconstruct sixty time-domain *** hybrid model selects relevant features from the sixty time-domain features of the vibration signal by adopting the RReliefF feature selection ***,the extreme learning machine(ELM)approach is applied to develop a predictive model of RUL based on the optimal *** model is trained by optimizing its parameters via the grid search *** training datasets are adjusted to make them most suitable for the regression model using the cross-validation *** proposed hybrid model is analyzed and validated using the vibration data taken from the public XJTU-SY rolling element-bearing *** comparison is constructed with other traditional *** experimental test results demonstrated that the proposed approach can predict the RUL of bearings with a reliable degree of accuracy.

Polypeptoids are widely used in biological applications owing to their diverse functions and proteolytic *** type of polypeptoids,poly-N-methoxyethylglycine(P-Nmeg),has been found to possess remarkable hydrophilicity and notable properties in terms of protein,cell,and bacterial ***,the currently known synthesis methods of P-Nmeg include solid-phase synthesis,which is time-consuming and difficult to scale up,and N-substituted N-carboxyanhydride(NNCA)ring-opening polymerization,whose monomers were difficult to *** this study,we used the chemical stable Nmeg N-phenoxycarbonyl(NPC)as the monomer,which was obtained without the use of highly toxic reactants,such as phosgene or phosphorus halide,to synthesize P-Nmeg under open-vessel *** adding BnNH_(2) as an initiator at 80℃,we can obtain controllable short chain length P-Nmeg with narrow dispersity.
