In the clinical field,insulin has been used for treatment of ***,insulin often shows low physicochemical stability,adsorption onto tubes and enzymatic degradation in injection site or ***,we demonstrated that cyclodextrins(CyDs),especially branchedβ-CyDs,improve the pharmaceutical properties of insulin through complexation with its aromatic ***,little has been reported on the insulin conjugate with branchedβ-*** the present study,to improve the pharmaceutical properties of insulin,we newly prepared 6-Ο-α-(4-Ο-α-D-glucuronyl)-D-glucosyl-β-CyD(GUG-β-CyD)conjugate with insulin,and evaluated its thermal or enzymatic stability and adsorption onto glass or polypropylene tube[1].

Three-dimensional(3D)printing is emerging as a transformative technology for biomedical *** 3D printed product can be patient-specific by allowing customizability and direct control of the *** trial-and-error approach currently used for developing the composition of printable inks is time-and resource-consuming due to the increasing number of variables requiring expert *** intelligence has the potential to reshape the ink development process by forming a predictive model for printability from experimental *** this paper,we constructed machine learning(ML)algorithms including decision tree,random forest(RF),and deep learning(DL)to predict the printability of biomaterials.A total of 210 formulations including 16 different bioactive and smart materials and 4 solvents were 3D printed,and their printability was *** ML methods were able to learn and predict the printability of a variety of inks based on their biomaterial *** particular,the RF algorithm has achieved the highest accuracy(88.1%),precision(90.6%),and F1 score(87.0%),indicating the best overall performance out of the 3 algorithms,while DL has the highest recall(87.3%).Furthermore,the ML algorithms have predicted the printability window of biomaterials to guide the ink *** printability map generated with DL has finer granularity than other *** has proven to be an effective and novel strategy for developing biomaterial formulations with desired 3D printability for biomedical engineering applications.

Dysbiosis in the intestinal microflora can affect the gut production of microbial metabolites,and toxic substances can disrupt the barrier function of the intestinal wall,leading to the development of various *** levels of Clostridium subcluster XIVa(XIVa)are associated with the intestinal dysbiosis found in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and Clostridium difficile infection(CDI).Since XIVa is a bacterial group responsible for the conversion of primary bile acids(BAs)to secondary BAs,the proportion of intestinal XIVa can be predicted by determining the ratio of deoxycholic acid(DCA)/[DCA+cholic acid(CA)]in feces *** example,serum DCA/(DCA+CA)was significantly lower in IBD patients than in healthy controls,even in the remission *** results suggest that a low proportion of intestinal XIVa in IBD patients might be a precondition for IBD onset but not a consequence of intestinal *** report showed that a reduced serum DCA/(DCA+CA)ratio could predict susceptibility to ***,the BA profile,particularly the ratio of secondary to primary BAs,can serve as a surrogate marker of the intestinal dysbiosis caused by decreased XIVa.

Barley(Hordeum vulgare ***)is one of the first crops to be domesticated and is adapted to a wide range of *** barley germplasm collections possess valuable allelic variations that could further improve barley *** barley genomics has offered a global picture of allelic variation among varieties and its association with various agronomic traits,polymorphisms from East Asian varieties remain *** this study,we analyze exome polymorphisms in a panel of 274 barley varieties collected worldwide,including 137 varieties from East Asian countries and *** reveal the underlying population structure and conduct genome-wide association studies for 10 agronomic ***,we examin genome-wide associations for traits related to grain size such as awn length and glume *** results demonstrate the value of diverse barley germplasm panels containing Eastern varieties,highlighting their distinct genomic signatures relative to Western subpopulations.

描述了如何使用蒙特卡罗方法评估产生在加速器屏蔽混凝土中的感生放射性.使用EGS4程序模拟了NaI闪烁探测器测量屏蔽混凝土块表面剂量率时,对于半径和厚度的响应.结果发现,在屏蔽混凝土块半径和厚度分别达到40cm和30cm时,表面剂量率达到饱和.研究了东京大学SF回旋加速器北墙位置8和位置9的表面剂量率,并和使用NaI闪烁探测器的测量结果进行了对比,发现模拟和实验结果符合很好.并且,获得了表面剂量和表面感生放射性之间的转换系数,对于^(60)Co转换系数为0.90(Bq.g^(-1))·(μSv·h^(-1))^(-1),对于^(152)Eu转换系数为1.26(Bq.g^(-1))·(μSv.h^(-1))^(-1)。这样,就可以通过NaI闪烁探测器表面剂量的测量结果简单评估加速器设备屏蔽混凝土中的感生放射性.

＜正＞Van-Van Multi-Angle Color Sensor System, one of the latest innovations of Kansai Paint, is designed for the purpose of supporting the advanced automotive refinish coatings. This system consists of’FA Station’,（a weighing scale with a visual-pen-touch liquid color display） and *FA Sensor （a specially designed portable spectrophotometer）. ’FA Station’ is connected with the host computer through VAN, which offers easy and accurate color matching for metallic and pearl shades as well as solid colors. The most highlighted part of the system is ’FA Sensor’. ’FA Sensor’ is a multi-angle colormeter. Color can be measured with three-angle（25° /0° , 45° /0° , 75° /0° ） at one shot. ’Flashing-ring system’ is applied so that high accuracy of the measurement is achieved even at the carved surface of car body.

Degradation of 2,6-dibromophenol (2,6-DBP) in the aqueous solution was studied using dielectric barrier discharge in micro-bubbles. Experimental comparison of working gas Ar, N2, O2, and air showed that oxygen and air plasma efficiently decomposed 2,6-DBP to bromide ion, and inorganic carbon. The molecular orbital model was applied in the analysis of the degradation in electrophilic, nucleophilic, and radical reactions.

The relationship between the severity of dengue infection and allergy is still obscure. We conducted an electronic search across 12 databases for relevant articles reporting allergic symptoms, dengue infection, and dengue classification. These studies were categorized according to dengue severity and allergy symptoms, and a meta-analysis was performed by pooling the studies in each category. Among the included 57 articles, pruritus was the most common allergic sign followed by non-specified allergy and asthma(28.6%, 13%, and 6.5%, respectively). Despite the reported significant association of dengue with pruritus and total Ig E level(P \ 0.05), in comparison with non-dengue cases and healthy controls, there was no association between the different severe dengue group with pruritus, skin allergy, food allergy or asthma. However,removing the largest study revealed a significant association between asthma with dengue hemorrhagic fever(DHF) rather than dengue fever(DF). In comparison with DF, DHF was associated with Ig E positivity. Furthermore, specific-Ig E level was higher in secondary DF rather than primary DF. There was a possible association between allergy symptoms and dengue severity progression. Further studies are needed to clarify this association.
