With the fast development of integrated circuit devices as well as batteries with high energy densities,the thermal management of electronic components is becoming increasingly crucial to maintaining their reliable *** nitride nanosheets(BNNS),which have superhigh thermal conductivity along the in-plane direction while remaining electrically insulating,were widely regarded as an ideal filler for preparing high-performance polymer composites to address the‘‘thermal failure''***,due to the instinctive rigidity of BNNS,the nanosheets are unable to form a tightly interfacial contact between the adjoining fillers,resulting in some micro-and nanovoids within the heat transfer pathways and severely limiting further thermal conductivity enhancement for BNNS-based ***,soft and deformable liquid metal(eutectic gallium-indium,EGaIn)nanoparticles were employed to fill the gaps between the adjacent BNNS with a rational design of mass ratios of BNNS and EGaIn,leading to a strongly synergistic effect with BNNS on thermal conductivity *** a result,the composite film(BNNS:63 wt%and EGaIn:7 wt%)employing cellulose nanofibers(CNF:30 wt%)as the polymer matrix achieves superhigh thermal conductivity along the in-plane direction of up to(90.51±6.71)W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),showing the highest value among the BNNSbased composites with a bi-filler system as far as we ***,the film can work as a heat spreader for the heat dissipation of high-power light emitting diodes,outperforming tin foil in cooling efficiency.

文章研究了在运动状态下提取目标匹配点圆盘及其圆心的方法。对视频流采用背景差和相邻帧差法获得运动物体的运动参数,采用随机Hough变换对较小区域进行圆检测,检测的结果中包含真圆和假圆。在运动过程中随着光照和位置的变化真假圆圆内的灰度也发生变化,因为本文结合圆内灰度值统计来判别目标圆。并根据判别出的目标圆来计算出圆盘的圆心。实验验证了上述方法的有效性,给出了检测结果并统计了目标圆心在整个视频中的像素运动轨迹。

Successful initial ablation therapy contributes to survival in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

AIM： To evaluate the outcome predictors of percutaneous ablation therapy in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）, especially to identify whether the initial treatment response contributes to the survival of the patients. METHODS： The study cohort included 153 patients with single （102） and two or three （51） HCC nodules 5 cm or less in maximum diameter. As an initial treatment, 110 patients received radiofrequency ablation and 43 patients received percutaneous ethanol injection. RESULTS： The Kaplan-Meier estimates of overall 3- and S-year survival rates were 75% and 59%, respectively. The log-rank test revealed statistically significant differences in the overall survivals according to ChildPugh class （P = 0.0275）, tumor size （P = 0.0130）, serum albumin level （P = 0.0060）, serum protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist Ⅱ level （P = 0.0486）, and initial treatment response （P = 0.0130）. The independent predictors of survival were serum albumin level （dsk ratio, 3.216; 950 CI, 1.407-7.353; P = 0.0056） and initial treatment response （risk ratio, 2.474; 95% CI, 1.076-5.692; P = 0.0330） based on the Cox proportional hazards regression models. The patients had a serum albumin level 3.5 g/dL and the 3- and 5-year survival rates of 86% and 82%. CONCLUSION： In HCC patients treated with percutaneous ablation therapy, serum albumin level and initial treatment response are the independent outcome predictors.

在本次国际金融危机的影响下,日本实体经济在出口大幅度下降的影响下出现了急速的下滑。其原因需要深入到日本经济的内在结构中加以分析。在2002年以来的本次经济周期复苏阶段,表现为外需主导型,但是究其内容看却与以往的外需主导有着很大的不同,即外需扩大并没有能够拉动内需,因而经济复苏的力度是微弱的。其背后的原因在于全球资本的全方位配置弱化了出口拉动内需的力量,以及美国国内的过剩消费。此外,其他的原因还表现为雇用质量的下降等。

＜正＞AIM Drug induced QT prolongation is a risk factor of torsade de pointes,a lethal ventricular tachycar- *** ICH-E14 guideline concerning QT/QTc pro- longation reached step5 in USA and *** the guideline, use of a positive control is recommended to detect changes in QT ***,a pharmacological control such as moxifloxaein is used in a thorough QT/QTc study,how- ever Japanese authority suggests use of nonpharmacological *** studied the possibility of such controls. METHODS The study included 2 parts in healthy male *** part A,effects of standing for 5 min and valsalva maneuver were studied in 74 subjects,and in part B effects of hand grip with 30% of max load for 3 min was studied in 50 *** were recorded for 15 s and QT intervals were measured in lead Ⅱ on *** in- terval was corrected by 2 methods of Bazette （QTcB） and of Fridericia （QTcF）.RESULTS QT interval itself was shortened markedly by standing although corrected QTcs showed changes of opposite *** observed chan- ges were a prolongation in QTcB and a shortening in *** maneuver caused no significant changes. QTcB and QTcF decreased immediately after hand grip but they increased after 3 min’ hand *** Changes in QT by physiological loads may be affected by heart rate,a cautious interpretation is necessary in discus- sing the possibility of such loads as positive controls.

太赫兹波处于电磁波谱中电子学与光子学之间的空隙区域,具有不同于低频微波和高频光学的独特属性,在无线通信、生物医学、公共安全等军事和民用领域具有广阔的应用前景。太赫兹技术重点是对太赫兹波的产生和传输进行研究,当前所面临问题是在不产生额外传输损耗下保证高效率传输太赫兹信号。太赫兹行波管输能窗是典型的结构与功能一体化器件,主要起着行波管内外信号传递的作用,同时要保证器件内部的真空度以及对太赫兹波表现出高度“透明”。本文通过对近年来的文献进行总结整理,综述了国内外太赫兹行波管的应用和研究进展,揭示了未来发展大功率、高效率和宽频带传输是实现太赫兹真空器件实际应用的重点,这将对输能窗材料本身以及超精密加工提出了巨大挑战。纵观近几年国内外输能窗材料的发展历程,笔者们认为,与传统输能窗材料相比,单晶金刚石强度高,导热好,微波损耗小,没有晶界,气密性好,是最理想的太赫兹行波管输能窗口材料,也是目前研究发展的主流趋势。

Background:Lenvatinib is used for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(u-HCC)as first-line,as well as second-and third-line therapy in *** evaluated the therapeutic efficacy of newly developed ramucirumab when given after lenvatinib for post-progression ***:Of 385 patients with u-HCC and treated with lenvatinib at 16 different institutions in Japan between May 2018 and January 2020,28 who received ramucirumab as the next treatment were enrolled and therapeutic responses were evaluated in a retrospective ***:The median age of the 28 patients given ramucirumab was 70 years and the median albumin-bilirubin score *** the 28 patients,23 were male,21 were classified as Child-Pugh A and 7 as Child-Pugh B,and 25 were Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer Stage *** was given as second-line therapy in 14,third-line in 9,and fourth-line in *** response was obtained in only 26 patients;the objective response rate was 3.8%(1/26)and the disease-control rate was 42.3%(11/26),with a median period to progression of 2.0 *** reasons for discontinuation of ramucirumab were progression of disease in 16 and Grade 3 adverse events(gastrointestinal bleeding,ascites)in ***:The anticipated therapeutic efficacy of ramucirumab for post-progression treatment following lenvatinib was not seen in our early experience.
