Carbon nanotube cuprous oxide composite based pressure sensors

In this paper, we present the design, the fabrication, and the experimental results of carbon nanotube （CNT） and Cu20 composite based pressure sensors. The pressed tablets of the CNT Cu20 composite are fabricated at a pressure of 353 mPa. The diameters of the multiwalled nanotubes （mWNTs） are between 10 nm and 30 nm. The sizes of the Cu20 micro particles are in the range of 3-4 μm. The average diameter and the average thickness of the pressed tablets are 10 mm and 4.0 mm, respectively. In order to make low resistance electric contacts, the two sides of the pressed tablet are covered by silver pastes. The direct current resistance of the pressure sensor decreases by 3.3 times as the pressure increases up to 37 kN/m^2. The simulation result of the resistance-pressure relationship is in good agreement with the experimental result within a variation of ±2%.

Electrical Characteristics of A1/CNT/NiPc/PEPC/Ag Surface-Type Cell

The blend of nickel phthalocyanine （NiPc）（2 wt. %） poly-N-epoxypropylcarbazole （PEPC）, （1 wt. %） and carbon nano-tube （CNT） powder （2 wt. %） in benzole is deposited by drop-casting on glass substrates with pre-deposited metallic electrodes to fabricate Ag/CNT/NiPc/PEPC/A1 surface type cell. It is assumed that the high nonlinearity of the I — V characteristics is related to deep traps in the nano-scale depletion region in NiPc that is observed experimentally. The values of ideality factor and barrier height are determined from the I — V curve and they are found to be 8.4 and 1.05eV, respectively. The values of mobility and conductivity are calculated to be 7.94 × 10？8 cm/Vs and 3.5 × 10？6 Ω？1 cm？1. The values of ideality factor and series resistance are also calculated by using Cheung＇s functions, which are in good agreement with the values calculated from the I — V curve.

The Study of the movement of Cotton Particles and mathematical modeling of the Impact of It at the Ginning Point

This article studied the principles of movements in the horizontal part of the newly constructed ginning camera, which is created by the authors, of the cotton particles. During the movement, the cotton particles get affected by pressing to various surface and forceful turbulent and horizontal movements of the surface. Some foreign mixtures and additional unnecessary objects get separated by the turbulence of the various surfaces and movement of the paneled stripes. Ginning efficiency and the quality of the cotton will be improved as the defects of the cotton particles are removed. “Cotton particle + net surface” movement principle of the Cartesian coordinate system was examined based on the rows of Cartesian coordinate system, by dividing all sides of the system by m weight and has the following second ordered multiple gender differential formula.

Principles of Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Diagnosis of Covid-19 and Developing Viral Pneumonia

The article provides information on our achievements in the application of modern diagnostic methods and modern methods of treating patients with viral pneumonia,confirmed by *** this,statistical data of 2,000 patients were *** the 2,000 patients treated,920 were men,1,070 were women and 10 were *** pneumonia-glaucoma syndrome in 1650 out of 2,000 patients with 10-20%damage;In 350,the diagnosis of viral pneumonia-frostbite syndrome with 50-85%damage,CRDS,respiratory failure was ***,50 out of 350 patients treated at the intensive care unit(ICU)out of 2,000 were intubated and connected to artificial *** research was carried out in 3 stages:I stage-admission to the intensive care unit;II stage-from the day of intubation to spontaneous breathing(7-14 days);and III stage-covers the period of extubation and *** results of clinical,functional,hemodynamic and echocardiographic studies of the patients participating in the examination were ***,the patients underwent bacteriological research studied the sensitivity to *** addition,the composition of blood gases and the oxygenation index-Carrico were studied.
