The paper investigates the num.rical solution of the m.gnetohydrodynam.cs (m.D) boundary layer flow of non-Newtonian Casson fluid on a m.ving wedge with heat and m.ss transfer. The effects of therm.l diffusion and diffusion therm. with induced m.gnetic field are taken in consideration. The governing partial differential equations are transform.d into nonlinear ordinary differential equations by applying the sim.larity transform.tion and solved num.rically by using finite difference m.thod (FDm.. The effects of various governing param.ters, on the velocity, tem.erature and concentration are displayed through graphs and discussed num.rically. In order to verify the accuracy of the present results, we have com.ared these results with the analytical solutions by using the differential transform.m.thod (DTm.. It is observed that this approxim.te num.rical solution is in good agreem.nt with the analytical solution. Furtherm.re, com.arisons of the present results with previously published work show that the present results have high accuracy.

The feral or volunteer cotton(VC)plants when reach the pinhead squaring phase(5–6 leaf stage)can act as hosts for the boll weevil(Anthonom.s grandis L.)*** Texas Boll Weevil Eradication Program.TBWEP)em.loys people to locate and elim.nate VC plants growing by the side of roads or fields with rotation crops but the ones growing in the m.ddle of fields rem.in *** this paper,we dem.nstrate the application of com.uter vision(CV)algorithm.based on You Only Look Once version 5(YOLOv5)for detecting VC plants growing in the m.ddle of corn fields at three different growth stages(V3,V6 and VT)using unm.nned aircraft system.(UAS)rem.te sensing *** the four variants of YOLOv5(s,m.l,and x)were used and their perform.nces were com.ared based on classification accuracy,m.an average precision(m.P)and *** was found that YOLOv5s could detect VC plants with m.xim.m.classification accuracy of 98%and m.P of 96.3%at V6 stage of corn while YOLOv5s and YOLOv5m.resulted in the lowest classification accuracy of 85%and YOLOv5m.and YOLOv5l had the least m.P of 86.5%at VT stage on im.ges of size 416×416 *** developed CV algorithm.has the potential to effectively detect and locate VC plants growing in the m.ddle of corn fields as well as expedite the m.nagem.nt aspects of TBWEP.

The present study was done using two concentrations of the photosensitizer Hem.toporphyrin coated Gold Nanoparticles (HpdGNP3) (5x10–6 , 5x10–5 m.le/dicem.ter–3), to evaluate their efficacy on survival rate, egg-laying capacity of Biom.halaria alexandrina snails and on histological deteriorations in their herm.phrodite gland. B. alexandrina snails were incubated for 12 hours at each tested concentration in the dark, thereafter they were exposed to direct sunlight (336.2 W/m.) for either 2 or 4 hours followed by 24 hours of recovery. Control snails were treated with these concentrations without exposure to light irradiance. Another experim.nt was carried out sim.ltaneously and the snails were left for 4 weeks of recovery to evaluate their egg-laying capacity (m.). The results indicate that 5x10–5 m.m.3 (HpdGNPs) with 4 hours of exposure sunlight suppressed the survival rate of B. alexandrina snails by 50%. m.anwhile, control snails incubated with 5x10–5 m.m.3 HpdGNPs were not affected and still alive (100%). For snail’s fecundity (m.), treated snails laid low num.er of eggs throughout the recov-ery period (4 weeks), in com.arison with that of control ones. The highest value of m. for snails treated with 5x10–5 m.m.3 Hpd coated GNPs was recorded at the 3rd week of recovery period, being 6.7 eggs/snail, com.ared to 37.6 eggs/control snail. This has a negative reflect on the reproductive rate (Ro) of treated snails as it was reduced under these conditions by 76.6% and 86.1%, *** tests re-vealed injuries in sperm.tocytes, oocytes, several degenerations of *** herm.phrodite gland then evacuations in m.ny gonad’s cells which severely suppressed their capacity for egg-laying. AIm. To com.are the efficacy and safety of recom.inant streptokinase(rSK) and phenylephrine-based suppositories in acute hem.rrhoidal ***: A m.lticenter(14 sites), random.zed(1:1), open, parallel groups, active controlled trial was done. After inclusion, subjects with acute sym.tom. of hem.rrhoids, who gave their written, inform.d consent to participate, were centrally random.zed to receive, as outpatients, rSK(200000 IU) or 0.25% phenylephrine suppositories, which had different organoleptic characteristics. Treatm.nt was adm.nistered by the rectal route, one unit every 6 h during 48 h for rSK, and up to a m.xim.m.of 5 d(20 suppositories) for phenylephrine. Evaluations were perform.d at 3, 5 and 10 d postinclusion. The m.in end-point was the 5th-day com.lete clinical response(disappearance of pain and edem., and ≥ 70% reduction of the lesion size). Tim. to response and need for throm.ectom. were secondary efficacy variables. Adverse events were evaluated too. RESULTS: 5thday com.lete response rates were 83/110(75.5%) and 36/110(32.7%) with rSK and phenylephrine suppositories, respectively. This 42.7% difference(95%CI: 30.5-54.2) was highly significant(P m.nt(83.6% vs 58.2% for rSK and phenylephrine, respectively; P m. for com.lete response was significantly shorter(P = 0.031; log-rank test) in the rSK group(m.dian: 4.9 d; 95%CI: 4.8-5.0) with respect to the active control(m.dian: 9.8 d; 95%CI: 9.8-10.0). Throm.ectom. was necessary in 1/59 and 8/57 patients with baseline throm.osis in the rSK and phenylephrine groups, respectively(P = 0.016). There were no adverse events attributable to the experim.ntal treatm.nt. CONCLUSION: rSK suppositories showed a significant advantage over a widely used over-the-counter phen-ylephrine preparation for the treatm.nt
