如何实现对食源性致病微生物的早期快速检测是全球食品安全领域面临的挑战之一。传统的致病菌生化检测方法虽然准确性高,但是过程复杂、耗时漫长,易错过控制疫情爆发的窗口期。该研究提出一种基于暗场显微高光谱成像技术的检测方法,能够借助显微镜技术突破传统光谱成像的灵敏度和分辨率极限,并利用可见/近红外光谱为单个致病菌细胞添加高分辨率的图像和光谱信息。以空肠弯曲杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌为检测对象,采用显微高光谱成像技术进行数字化表征和数据采集,结合双向长短期记忆网络(Bi-LSTM)算法对各致病菌细胞的图像和光谱数据进行建模分类。结果显示,显微尺度的致病菌光谱数据呈现可判别的分布规律,新采用的Bi-LSTM网络在光谱数据集中表现优异,在三种致病菌的分类任务中取得了91.0%的平均准确率,而传统的线性判别分类器(LDA)和支持向量机分类器(PCA-SVM)的平均准确率分别为80.1%和88.5%。但是,仅依赖光谱数据进行致病菌种类判别仍然存在较为严重的假阳性问题,尤其是在大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的分类中存在错误分类。图像信息的加入则能够显著改善各分类的识别准确率,其中Bi-LSTM分类器取得了高达98.1%的准确率,LDA和PCA-SVM均取得了95.3%的准确率。研究结果表明,显微高光谱成像技术在食源性致病菌的特异性光谱和图像表征中具有优势,提出的Bi-LSTM网络能够直接处理高维的图谱特征,两种技术的融合在食源性致病菌细胞级别的早期检测应用中展现潜力。

为研究腐蚀环境中钢-混组合梁栓钉锈胀引发的混凝土板开裂行为,本文利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立混凝土板塑性损伤模型。采用环向均匀位移模拟栓钉锈胀作用,选用基于牵引力-分离法则(Traction-separation law)的粘聚区模型模拟混凝土开裂,计算分析3种不同约束边界、4种不同栓钉间距及4种栓钉直径条件下,混凝土板锈胀应力分布及开裂行为。研究结果表明:随着边界约束的增加,栓钉需要更大的腐蚀深度才会引起混凝土板开裂。栓钉横向间距从50 cm增加到80 cm,使混凝土边缘开裂需要锈蚀深度增加到1.59倍。栓钉直径从16 mm增加到25 mm,使混凝土边缘开裂需要锈蚀深度减小到0.87倍。

因天气影响的航空器绕飞管制安全评估及策略分析

为降低航空器在绕飞情况下管制指挥事故的风险,采用事故树分析法(fault tree analysis, FTA)和层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)相结合的方式对管制员在进行绕飞管制时发生指挥事故建立综合风险评估模型并制定风险管控措施,以及验证所提管控措施的有效性。首先对各风险因素进行逐层分析,找出其关联性,建立绕飞管制指挥事故的事故树模型。以此为基础,结合层次分析法,确定各层风险指标权重。同时依据各指标总权重的排序结果,提出了在绕飞情况下管制指挥事故的管控措施,最后以长沙区域管制空域为实例对所提方案进行验证。结果表明:在本文方案下虽然雷雨、风切变、协调程序过于复杂和航空器偏离计划航路仍然是导致绕飞管制事故的重要因素,但其重要程度下降了6.2%,且成熟管制员人数不足、扇区流量大和预案频繁发生变化的状况得到有效解决。证明了该方案能够有效抑制导致绕飞管制指挥事故发生的事件的重要程度,减少因极端天气和扇区负荷过大而出现的安全风险事故,整体提高管制系统的稳定性和可靠性。
