With abundant potassium resources and high capacity,potassium metal batteries(PMBs)present a compelling option for the next generation of energy storage ***,PMBs suffer from an unstable anode interface caused by uncontrolled dendrite growth,which results in unsatisfactory cyclability and safety *** investigations suggest that significant progress has been made in enhancing the interfacial stability of *** various effective strategies for stabilizing interfaces can ultimately be attributed to the regulation of the sluggish ion transfer kinetics and irregular deposition,i.e.,the arrangement of ion transport behaviors at the *** modulation of ions transport rate and ions deposition directions makes it possible to obtain a dendrite-free and smooth deposition ***,the influencing factors and action mechanism of K^(+)interface transport behaviors are discussed to understand the nature of material design for constructing stable anode interfaces,including regulating the solvation and desolvation structures,accelerating K^(+)transport kinetics and controlling K^(+)deposition *** addition,the deficiencies and prospects of the research on electrolyte,separators and designed electrode involved in the manufacturing and testing and ion transport process of PMBs are *** review is expected to provide some possible directions for constructing dendrite-free interfaces in advanced PMBs-related research and offer significant insights for prospective experimental research and commercial applications.

Planthoppers are the most notorious rice pests,because they transmit various rice viruses in a persistent-propagative ***–protein interactions(PPIs)between virus and vector are crucial for virus transmission by vector ***,the number of known PPIs for pairs of rice viruses and planthoppers is restricted by low throughput research *** this study,we applied DeNovo,a virus-host sequence-based PPI predictor,to predict potential PPIs at a genome-wide scale between three planthoppers and five rice *** were identified at two different confidence thresholds,referred to as low and high *** number of PPIs for the five planthopper-virus pairs ranged from 506 to 1985 in the low mode and from 1254 to 4286 in the high *** eliminating the“one-too-many”redundant interacting information,the PPIs with unique planthopper proteins were reduced to 343–724 in the low mode and 758–1671 in the high *** analysis showed that 11 sets and 31 sets of homologous planthopper proteins were shared by all planthopper-virus interactions in the two modes,indicating that they are potential conserved vector factors essential for transmission of rice *** PPIs between small brown planthopper and rice stripe virus(RSV)were verified using glutathione-S-transferase(GST)/His-pull down or co-immunoprecipitation *** of the ten PPIs were proven positive,and three of the five SBPH proteins were confirmed to interact with *** predicted PPIs provide new clues for further studies of the complicated relationship between rice viruses and their vector insects.

Dendrobium officinale is a valuable medicinal herb that is widely used in traditional Chinese *** chemical constituents of *** have attracted much attention and a large number of compounds have been reported including many bibenzyl derivatives.13 bibenzyl derivatives from *** were sent for molecular docking,sur-face plasmon resonance(SPR)assay and after detection of Mn-SOD and SIRT3 activities in or not in HaCaT cells,it was concluded that bibenzyl derivatives did not directly activate Mn-SOD but promoted SIRT3 *** addition,HaCaT cells were irradiated with UV-B to induce an oxidative stress model in vitro to further verify the effect of bibenzyl *** results show that bibenzyl derivatives could directly bind to SIRT3,enhance the deacetylation and then activate Mn-SOD,so as to protect UV-B induced skin photoaging.
