A new two-state diabatic potential energy matrix(DPEM)for H3 has been constructed,based on the fun-damental invariant neural network(FI-NN)diabatization method pro-posed in our previous work[***.21,15040(2019)].In that initial effort,a two-state DPEM was constructed only with a 10 eV energy *** current work aims to expand the en-ergy range and improve the accura-cy of *** is achieved by the utilization of full configuration inter-action(FCI)with aug-cc-pVnZ ba-sis sets and complete basis set(CBS)*** original dataset is augmented with additional points with higher adiabatic energies,which give rise to a total of 10985 data *** DPEM constructed in this work now enables accurate representation of adiabatic energies up to 18 *** dynamic calculations based on this DPEM are nearly identical to those obtained from benchmark surfaces,which makes it the most accurate DPEM for the H3 system to date,therefore facilitating detailed exploration of reaction mechanisms at higher collision energies.

Several studies have shown that activation of unfolded protein response and endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress plays a crucial role in severe cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** occurs within hours after cerebral ischemia,but the relationship between ER stress and autophagy remains *** this study,we established experimental models using oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation in PC12 cells and primary neurons to simulate cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** found that prolongation of oxygen-glucose deprivation activated the ER stress pathway protein kinase-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase(PERK)/eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2 subunit alpha(e IF2α)-activating transcription factor 4(ATF4)-C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP),increased neuronal apoptosis,and induced ***,inhibition of ER stress using inhibitors or by si RNA knockdown of the PERK gene significantly attenuated excessive autophagy and neuronal apoptosis,indicating an interaction between autophagy and ER stress and suggesting PERK as an essential target for regulating *** autophagy with chloroquine exacerbated ER stress-induced apoptosis,indicating that normal levels of autophagy play a protective role in neuronal injury following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** from this study indicate that cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury can trigger neuronal ER stress and promote autophagy,and suggest that PERK is a possible target for inhibiting excessive autophagy in cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.

Interferon regulatory factor 7 plays a crucial role in the innate immune ***,whether interferon regulatory factor 7-mediated signaling contributes to Parkinson's disease remains *** we report that interferon regulatory factor 7 is markedly up-regulated in a 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-induced mouse model of Parkinson's disease and co-localizes with microglial *** the selective cyclic guanosine monophosphate adenosine monophosphate synthase inhibitor RU.521 and the stimulator of interferon genes inhibitor H151 effectively suppressed interferon regulatory factor 7 activation in BV2 microglia exposed to 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium and inhibited transformation of mouse BV2 microglia into the neurotoxic M1 *** addition,si RNA-mediated knockdown of interferon regulatory factor 7 expression in BV2 microglia reduced the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase,tumor necrosis factorα,CD16,CD32,and CD86 and increased the expression of the anti-inflammatory markers ARG1 and *** together,our findings indicate that the cyclic guanosine monophosphate adenosine monophosphate synthase-stimulator of interferon genes-interferon regulatory factor 7 pathway plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease.

InAs/AlAs superlattice structures have significant potential for application in low-noise avalanche *** their performance in practical applications linked to the fundamental physical properties of carrier relaxation time,this study investigated the carrier relaxation times of InAs/AlAs superlattices across various monolayers,temperatures,and carrier *** investigation indicated that relaxation times span several tens of picoseconds,confirming that high-quality interfaces do not significantly reduce relaxation times in the way defect states ***,our study demonstrates that adjustments to the superlattice period can effectively modulate both the bandgap and carrier relaxation times,potentially impacting the performance of avalanche photodiodes by altering the electron-phonon interaction pathways and bandgap *** established that lower temperatures contribute to an increase in the bandgap and the suppression of high-frequency optical phonon vibrations,thereby lengthening the relaxation ***,our observations indicate that in InAs/AlAs superlattices,the relaxation time increases as the excitation power increases,owing to the phonon bottleneck *** insights into InAs/AlAs superlattice carrier dynamics highlight their applicability in enhancing avalanche photodetectors,and may contribute to the optimized design of superlattices for specific applications.

Effect of h-BN rods on high-temperature properties of alumina-carbon refractory

h-BN rods modified low-carbon alumina-carbon(Al_(2)O_(3)-C)refractories were prepared,and the effect of h-BN rod addition on the high-temperature properties was investigated and compared with commercial h-BN flake,carbon black,and carbon nanotubes *** results demonstrated that Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories containing h-BN rods exhibited optimal high-temperature service performances,including 25%higher hot modulus of rupture,21.3%higher thermal shock strength residual ratio,20.9%lower in oxidation and 44.3%less in slag corrosion,compared to the counterpart specimens without ***,benefiting from the synergistic enhancement of the rod-like h-BN and in-situ generated SiC whiskers,the high-temperature service performances of h-BN rods containing specimens outperformed counterpart specimens containing commercial h-BN flake,carbon black,and carbon nanotubes,respectively.

BACKGROUND Helicobacter pylori(***)infection is a prevalent disease encountered in military internal medicine and recognized as the main cause of dyspepsia,gastritis,and peptic ulcer,which are common diseases in military *** guidelines in China state all patients with evidence of active infection with *** are offered ***,the prevalence of *** infection and its regional distribution in the military population remain unclear,which hinders effective prevention and treatment *** the prevalence of *** infection in the military population will aid in the development of customized strategies to better manage this infectious *** To investigate the prevalence of *** infection in the Chinese military population in different geographic *** This multicenter,retrospective study included 22421 individuals from five tertiary hospitals located in north,east,southwest,and northwest cities of *** infection was identified using the urea breath test,which had been performed between January 2020 and December *** Of the 22421 military service members,7416(33.1%)were urea breath *** highest prevalence of *** was in the 30-39 years age group for military personnel,with an infection rate of 34.9%.The majority of infected subjects were younger than 40-years-old,accounting for 70.4%of the infected *** individuals serviced in Lanzhou and Chengdu showed a higher infection prevalence than those in Beijing,Nanjing,and Guangzhou,with prevalence rates of 44.3%,37.9%,29.0%,31.1%,and 32.3%,*** *** infection remains a common infectious disease among military personnel in China and has a relatively high prevalence rate in northwest China.

Understanding the ecological evolution is of great significance in addressing the impacts of climate change and human ***,the ecological evolution and its drivers remain inadequately explored in arid and semi-arid *** study took the Helan Mountain,a typical arid and semi-arid area in China,as the study *** adopting an Enhanced Remote Sensing Ecological Index(ERSEI)that integrates the habitat quality(HQ)index with the Remote Sensing Ecological Index(RSEI),we quantified the ecological environment quality of the Helan Mountain during 2010-2022 and analyzed the driving factors behind the *** Component Analysis(PCA)was used to validate the composite ERSEI,enabling the extraction of key features and the reduction of redundant *** results showed that the contributions of first principal component(PC1)for ERSEI and RSEI were 80.23%and 78.72%,respectively,indicating that the ERSEI can provide higher precision and more details than the RSEI in assessing ecological environment ***,the ERSEI in the Helan Mountain exhibited an initial decline followed by an increase from 2010 to 2022,with the average value of ERSEI ranging between 0.298 and ***,the ERSEI showed a trend of being higher in the southwest and lower in the northeast,with high-quality ecological environments mainly concentrated in the western foothills at higher *** centroid of ERSEI shifted northeastward toward Helan County from 2010 to *** and digital elevation model(DEM)emerged as the primary drivers of ERSEI *** study highlights the necessity of using comprehensive monitoring tools to guide policy-making and conservation strategies,ensuring the resilience of fragile ecosystems in the face of ongoing climatic and anthropogenic *** findings offer valuable insights for the sustainable management and conservation in arid and semi-arid ecosystems.

Objective:To investigate the protective effects of stir-fried Semen Armeniacae Amarum(SAA)against aristolochic acidⅠ(AAⅠ)-induced nephrotoxicity and DNA adducts and elucidate the underlying mechanism involved for ensuring the safe use of Asari Radix et ***:In vitro,HEK293T cells overexpressing Flag-tagged multidrug resistance-associated protein 3(MRP3)were constructed by Lentiviral transduction,and inhibitory effect of top 10 common pairs of medicinal herbs with Asari Radix et Rhizoma in clinic on MRP3 activity was verified using a self-constructed fluorescence screening *** m RNA,protein expressions,and enzyme activity levels of NAD(P)H quinone dehydrogenase 1(NQO1)and cytochrome P4501A2(CYP1A2)were measured in differentiated Hepa RG *** toxicity after inhibition of AAⅠmetabolite transport was detected using cell counting kit-8 *** vivo,C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups according to a random number table,including:control(1%sodium bicarbonate),AAⅠ(10 mg/kg),stir-fried SAA(1.75 g/kg)and AAⅠ+stir-fried SAA(1.75 and 8.75 g/kg)groups,6 mice in each *** 7 days of continuous gavage administration,liver and kidney damages were assessed,and the protein expressions and enzyme activity of liver metabolic enzymes NQO1 and CYP1A2 were determined ***:In vivo,combination of 1.75 g/kg SAA and 10 mg/kg AAⅠsuppressed AAⅠ-induced nephrotoxicity and reduced d A-ALI formation by 26.7%,and these detoxification effects in a dose-dependent manner(P<0.01).Mechanistically,SAA inhibited MRP3 transport in vitro,downregulated NQO1 expression in vivo,increased CYP1A2 expression and enzymatic activity in vitro and in vivo,respectively(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Notably,SAA also reduced AAⅠ-induced hepatotoxicity throughout the detoxification process,as indicated by a 41.3%reduction in the number of liver adducts(P<0.01).Conclusions:Stirfried SAA is a novel drug candidate for the suppression of AAⅠ-induced liver and kidney dam
