项目式实验教学有助于重构学生对客观世界的认识方式、提升学生的合作探究能力和自主探究能力。当前一些高校的建筑物理实验教学面临着实验基础设施不足、实验教学手段传统等问题。将项目式实验教学纳入建筑物理实验教学中,能够克服传统建筑物理实验教学的不足,调动学生参与建筑物理实验教学积极性,促进教师在实施建筑物理实验教学中不断提升自我,并通过实验准备、实验组织、实验实施、实验结果展示与评价推动建筑物理项目式实验教学的具体实践。

Several neutrino observatories have searched for coincident neutrino signals associated with gravitational waves induced by the merging of two black holes. No statistically significant neutrino signal in excess of the background level was observed. These experiments use different neutrino detection technologies and are sensitive to various neutrino types. A combined analysis was performed on the KamLAND, Super-Kamiokande and Borexino experimental data with a frequentist statistical approach to achieve a global picture of the associated neutrino fluence. Both monochromatic and Fermi-Dirac neutrino spectra were assumed in the calculation. The final results are consistent with null neutrino signals associated with the process of a binary black hole merger. The derived 90% confidence level upper limits on the fluence and luminosity of various neutrino types are presented for neutrino energy less than110 MeV.

Bursaphelenchus xylophilus is the pathogen that causes pine wilt disease, which has greatly damaged forests and ecosystems in countries of East Asia and *** mucronatus is closely related to B. xylophilus in morphology and host plant specificity. A longrunning debate has existed regarding whether these two species can successfully produce hybrid offspring. In the present study, we performed in the laboratory, hybridization of two B. xylophilus nematode isolates from China and Japan and three B. mucronatus isolates from China, Japan and France. Nematode isolates of B. xylophilus were successfully crossed with B. mucronatus isolates, and the rate of hybridization was relatively high; however, some hybrid offspring died. Successful hybridization occurred between B. xylophilus and B. mucronatus isolates from China, and 22 generations of hybrids were produced. All F1 hybrids could be backcrossed with their parents and produce offspring. Variation in mucro length among the hybrid offspring and their parents was observed. The hybrid offspring and their parents were inoculated into 3-months-old black pine(Pinus tunbergii) seedlings. Weaker pathogenicity of hybrid offspring was observed compared with that of their parents, and significantly fewer offspring nematodes than parents were reisolated from pines. Therefore, the offspring of B. xylophilus and B. mucronatus may exist in the forest and could influence disease epidemics.

c-Jun NH2-terminal kinase（JNK）-interacting protein 3 plays an important role in brain-derived neurotrophic factor/tropomyosin-related kinase B（Trk B） anterograde axonal transport. It remains unclear whether JNK-interacting protein 1 mediates similar effects, or whether JNK-interacting protein 1 affects the regulation of Trk B anterograde axonal transport. In this study, we isolated rat embryonic hippocampus and cultured hippocampal neurons in vitro. Coimmunoprecipitation results demonstrated that JNK-interacting protein 1 formed Trk B complexes in vitro and in vivo. Immunocytochemistry results showed that when JNK-interacting protein 1 was highly expressed, the distribution of Trk B gradually increased in axon terminals. However, the distribution of Trk B reduced in axon terminals after knocking out JNK-interacting protein 1. In addition, there were differences in distribution of Trk B after JNK-interacting protein 1 was knocked out compared with not. However, knockout of JNK-interacting protein 1 did not affect the distribution of Trk B in dendrites. These findings confirm that JNK-interacting protein 1 can interact with Trk B in neuronal cells, and can regulate the transport of Trk B in axons, but not in dendrites.

Background Chronic hepatic inflammation is characterized by the accumulation of lymphocytes as a consequence of increased recruitment from the blood and retention within the tissue at sites of infection. CXC chemokine ligand 16 （CXCL16） mRNA has been detected in both inflamed and normal liver tissues and is strongly upregulated in the injured liver tissues in a murine model. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of cefodizime on CXCL16 mRNA of liver tissues in mice with immunological hepatic *** The murine model of immunological hepatic injury was induced by Bacillus Calmette Guerin and Lipoposaccharide. The mice with immunological hepatic injury were randomly assigned to the model group, the cefodizime group and the ceftriaxone group. The three groups were continuously given agents for seven days and CXCL16 mRNA of liver tissue was determined and contrasted with the control group treated by normal saline. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction was used to assay CXCL16 mRNA levels in liver *** The expressions of CXCL16 mRNA were significantly higher in the model group and the ceftriaxone group than in the control group and the cefodizime group （P〈0.05）, indicating the mice in the model group and the ceftriaxone group were immunodeficient. There was no statistical difference in the expressions of CXCL16 mRNA between the control group and the cefodizime group. Similarly, no statistical difference in the expressions of CXCL16 mRNA between the model group and the ceftriaxone group was detected （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Cefodizime effectively reduces the infiltration of lymphocytes into liver tissues and alleviates the liver damage by decreasing CXCL16 rnRNA in liver tissues in mice with immunological hepatic injury.

Background Regulatory T cells （Tregs） may play an important role in immunopathology during HIV-1 infection. Transcription factor forkhead box P3 （FoxP3） orchestrates the development of Tregs and is a useful marker to identify this population. Using a FoxP3 phenotype to define Tregs, we investigated the level and phenotype of peripheral blood natural CD4~Tregs and assessed the relationship between the frequencies and absolute numbers of CD4＋Tregs and disease progression among untreated HIV-infected men who have sex with men （HIV^MSM） in China. Methods Fifty-two untreated HIV^＋MSM with CD4^＋T-cell counts of 〈350 cells/μl or 〉350 cells/μl were compared in a cross- sectional study. Twelve age-matched HIV-uninfected MSM and nine patients receiving antiretroviral therapy for at least 1 year were also included. Expression of CD25, CD127, CD45RA, CCR7 and CTLA-4 was assessed on CD4^＋Tregs using polychromatic flow cytometry. Results The percentage of CD4^＋Tregs was increased significantly, whereas CD4^＋Tregs expressed less CTLA-4 in HIV＊MSM compared with controls. CD4^＋Tregs displayed predominantly an effector memory phenotype （CD45RA-CCR7-）, phenotypically distinct from conventional CD4^＋T cells. Moreover, the expansive frequencies of CD4^＋Tregs coincided with lower CD4＋T-cell counts and higher viral loads whereas the absolute numbers of CD4^＋Tregs were associated with higher CD4^＋T-cell counts and lower viral loads. The expansion of Tregs was also associated with CD8^＋T-cell activation. Conclusion Increased proportions and decreased numbers of CD4^＋Tregs are associated with HIV progression, and their functions may impair with the progression of HIV infection.

Objective:To discuss effect of FK506 nanospheres used at different time on the regcneration of allogeneic nerve after ***:Single emulsion-solvent evaporation method(0/W) was adopted to prepare the FK506 nanospheres and the tibial nerve of rats after allogeneic ***506 nanospheres were used in group A after operation immediately,in group B in 24 h after operation,and in group C in 3 d after operation while FK506 nanospheres were not used in group D:in the 4th,8th and 12th week after operation respectively,general observation of transplanted nerves,histological examination,image analysis of myelinated fibers,wetweight determination of musculi triceps surae,retrogradely labeling of neurons by the fluorescein and electrophysiological comparison of bilateral tibial nerve were carried ***:FK506nanospheres can be degraded and absorbed *** neural regenerations in group A and B were similar,which were both much belter than those in group C and *** difference was statistically significant and so was the difference between group C and ***:Drug release rate of FK506 nanospheres is accordant with the regeneration law of damaged nerves and the local application can promote the regenerations of *** effect would be better if the drug is used in earlier period(within 24 h).

Objective To investigate the pharmacokinetics of different concentrations of levobupivacaine for lumbar epidural *** Twenty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients of both sexes, aged 35-59 years and scheduled for elective radical resection of rectal or colon carcinoma under general anesthesia combined with epidural block, were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=10 each):group Ⅰ (receiving 0.75% levobupivacaine) and group Ⅱ (receiving 0.5% levobupivacaine). Epidural block was performed at L1-2 interspace. Group Ⅰ and Ⅱ received epidural 0.75% and 0.5% levobupivacaine 2 mg/kg (containing adrenaline 5 μg/kg)injected slowly over 2 min, respectively. And 30 min later, general anesthesia was induced with y-hydroxybutyrate 60-80 mg/kg and remifentanil 1-2μg/kg. Tracheal intubation was facilitated with succinylcholine 1-1.5 mg/kg and the patients were mechanically ventilated. Anesthesia was maintained with inhalation of nitrous oxide (N2 O) and O2 (1:1) and continuous infusion of remifentanil 0.01-0.1μg·kg-1·min-1 and intermittent intravenous boluses of atracurium. Sensory and motor blocks were assessed after epidural levobupivacaine. Blood samples were taken from the central vein at 0, 10, 20, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 210, 300, 420,540, 660 and 840 min, respectively, after epidural administration for determination of plasma concentrations of levobupivacaine by high performance liquid *** The plasma concentration-time curves of levobupivacaine were fitted to a two-compartment open model in the two groups and there were no significant differences in the pharmacokinetic profiles between the two groups. The onset time of sensory and motor blocks was shorter and the duration of the two blocks was longer with 0.75% levobupivacaine as compared with 0.5%levobupivacaine.
