Protein ubiquitination is an important post-translational modification(PTM) in eukaryotic organisms that regulates a variety of cellular processes, such as protein degradation, signal transduction, apoptosis, and DNA damage tolerance. To decipher mechanistically the diverse biological functions of ubiquitination, homogeneous ubiquitinated proteins are greatly *** direct isolation from cell source and in vitro enzymatic methods can be used to produce such proteins, these methods often suffer from problems of low yield or heterogeneous products. Comparably, total chemical and semisynthetic approaches offer good alternatives to produce the ubiquitinated proteins with high purity and selectivity. This review summarizes the recent developments of protein ubiquitination strategies and the use of the synthesized proteins to help garner structural and functional insight into the inner workings of the ubiquitin system.

As a huge number of satellites revolve around the earth,a great probability exists to observe and determine the change phenomena on the earth through the analysis of satellite images on a real-time ***,classifying satellite images plays strong assistance in remote sensing communities for predicting tropical *** this article,a classification approach is proposed using deep Convolutional Neural Network(DCNN),comprising numerous layers,which extract the features through a downsampling process for classifying satellite cloud *** is trained marvelously on cloud images with an impressive amount of prediction *** time decreases for testing images,whereas prediction accuracy increases using an appropriate deep convolutional network with a huge number of training dataset *** satellite images are taken from the Meteorological&Oceanographic Satellite Data Archival Centre,the organization is responsible for availing satellite cloud images of India and its *** proposed cloud image classification shows 94% prediction accuracy with the DCNN framework.

In analog circuit design an important parameter, from the perspective of superior device performance, is linearity. The DG MOSFET in asymmetric mode operation has been found to present a better linearity. In addi- tion to that it provides, at the discretion of analog circuit designer, an additional degree of freedom, by providing independent bias control for the front and the back gates. Here a non-quasi-static （NQS） small signal model for DGMOSFET with asymmetric gate bias is proposed for extracting the parameters of the device using TCAD sim- ulations. The parameters extracted here for analysis are the intrinsic front and back gate to drain capacitance, Cgal and Cgd2, the intrinsic front and back distributed channel resistance, Rgdl and Rgd2 respectively, the transport de- lay, rm, and the inductance, Lsd. The parameter extraction model for an asymmetric DG MOSFET is validated with pre-established extracted parameter data, for symmetric DG MOSFET devices, from the available literature. The device simulation is performed with respect to frequency up to 100 GHz.

Tetrahydrocurcumin(THC)is one of the major metabolites of curcumin(CUR),an ancient bioactive natural polyphenolic *** research article describes both the solid and liquid state characterization of THC using advanced spectroscopic and thermo-analytical ***-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,and neuroprotective activities of THC were investigated using in vitro cell *** chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis revealed that our sample comprised 95.15%THC,0.51%tetrahydrodemethoxycurcumin(THDC),3.40%hexahydrocurcumin,and 0.94%*** chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis indicated the presence of 96.68%THC and 3.32%*** in solution existed as keto-enol tautomers in three different forms at different retention time,but the enol form was found to be dominant,which was also supported by nuclear magnetic resonance *** was thermally stable up to 335.55*** exhibited more suppression of cytokines(TNF-a,IL-1b,and MIP-1a)than CUR in a concentration-dependent manner in mouse splenocytes,while NK-cell and phagocytosis activity was increased in *** showed a significant reduction of free radicals(LPO)along with improved antioxidant enzymes(SOD and catalase)and increased free radical scavenging activity against ABTSt radicals in HepG2 *** displayed higher protection capability than CUR from oxidative stress and neuronal damage by improving cell viability against H2O2 induced HepG2 cells and MPPt induced SH-SY5Y cells,respectively,in a concentration-dependent ***,a variation of the biological activities of THC might rely on its keto-enol form and the presence of other THC analogs as *** present study could be advantageous for further research on THC for better understanding its physicochemical properties and biological variation.

Occurrence of baddeleyite（ZrO_2） which is a rare mineral has been recorded in ferromanganese nodules of Central Indian Ocean Basin（CIOB）.The mineral occurs either as independent isolated sub-rounded to elliptical grains or in clusters forming fine subhedral crystals（〈3μm） within ferromanganese concretionary growth *** mode of occurrence,texturai features and chemistry of the mineral suggest detrital and possibly an authigenic origin for *** authigenic origin it is proposed that zirconium might have got released either from the terrigenous sediments or the altered seafloor rocks forming halogen complexes and subsequently it has re-precipitated in me form of baddeleyite within manganese nodules under oxic to sub-oxic conditions.

Objective To investigate the pharmacological effect of Nyctanthes arbortristis (NAT) leaf extract in the prevention of lung injury induced by silica particles. Method Lung injury was induced in Swiss mice through inhalation exposure to silica particles (des in the BAL fluid in comparison to sham-treated control. Pre-treatment of silica exposed mice with NAT leaf extract significantly prevented the accumulation of TNF-a in the BAL fluid, but the 66 and 63 kDa peptides remained unchanged. The extract was also effective in the prevention of silica-induced early fibrogenic reactions like congestion, edema and infiltration of nucleated cells in the interstitial alveolar spaces, and thickening of alveolar septa in mouse lung. Conclusion NAT leaf extract helps in bypassing silica induced initial lung injury in mice.

Jet propulsion technology has been limited to being identified largely with turbojets and turbo-machinery driven jet *** late there has been a renewed interest in pulsejet technology and it has once again caught the imagination of *** specific characteristics of the pulsejet,such as easy scalability,absence of moving parts,reduced combustion temperatures;lower NOX formation and the like make it possess varied capabilities for use in the field of jet propulsion and the most viable option for small-scale jet *** the current work,a numerical analysis encompassing feasibility and validation of a valveless pulsejet engine was attempted using CD-adapco's STAR-CCM+CFD *** to lack of comprehensive established mathematical laws to govern the working of a pulsejet,most experimental work being performed is done by trial and *** necessitates in-depth computational studies in order to shed more light on the understanding of valveless *** results have been encouraging and in agreement with observed experimental conclusions such as,i)changes in dimensions affect the working of a pulsejet,ii)presence of a flare enhances the working of a pulsejet,and the close agreement in the frequency of *** continuous study,an optimum initial condition was achieved which enabled the pulsejet to begin operation even before 0.05 s,thereby greatly reducing computational costs if a higher time-scale were to be used.
