A new insight into the microstructural stability was proposed in Ni-based single crystal superalloys with Ru addition,and the element segregation behavior atγ/γ′interface was investigated by three-dimensional atom probe technology(3D-APT).After standard heat treatment,it was found that Ru addition barely altered the element partitioning coefficient betweenγmatrix andγ′phase,and no element-segregation layer was observed atγ/γ′interface.During the heat exposure at 1100°C,Ru addition obviously promoted the rafting of theγ′precipitates and inhibited the precipitation of topological close-packed(TCP)phases.It was more important that an element-segregation layer containing Re,Co,and Cr was formed in theγmatrix close to theγ/γ′interface due to an“uphill diffusion”effect,and its concentration was obviously reduced after Ru addition.Finally,the microstructural stability based on the element segregation behavior atγ/γ′interface was discussed.This element-segregation layer increased theγ/γ′interfacial energy by increasing the absolute value of the lattice misfit ofγ/γ′interface to promote the rafting of theγ′precipitates after Ru addition.On the other hand,the decrease of the segregation concentration of Re,Co,and Cr elements as TCP phase-forming elements near theγ/γ′interface due to a“reverse partitioning”effect inhibits the precipitation of TCP phases in Ni-based single crystal superalloys after Ru addition.

The morphological evolution and coarsening kinetics ofγ'precipitates in a Re-containing Ni-based single crystal superalloy were investigated during isothermal aging at 900,950 and 1000℃.After heat treatment,well-defined cuboidalγ'precipitates with low misfit was obtained within the experimental alloy.Then coarsening rate constants and particle size distribution(PSD)ofγ'phases were calculated and specified based on the measured precipitate sizes for va rying periods of aging times from 100 to 2000 h.After aging for 2000 h,γ'precipitates maintained cubical shape at 900℃,while exhibited sphere at 950 and 1000℃.Coarsening models based on diffusion-controlled process with a functional relationship of r^(3) vs.t(classic Lifshitz-Slyozov-Wagner coarsening model)and interface-controlled model with a function of r^(2) vs.t(trans-interface diffusion-controlled coarsening model)were investigated to fit between the experimental results and theoretical analysis.It was found that Re as the slowest diffusing solute in the alloy constituted the rate-limited step for coarsening based on LSW model,while the process limiting coarsening as governed by an interface diffusion process could possibly be related to the Al diffusion through theγ/γ'interface.The PSDs and coarsening exponent were discussed by comparing the experimental data with predictions of LSW and TIDC models.Finally,coarsening mechanism could be divided into four regimes:(i)coarsening by diffusion-controlled;(ii)coarsening by diffusion and interface cocontrolled;(iii)coarsening by interface-controlled;(iv)coarsening by interface-controlled accompanied withγ'coalescence.

The microstructural evolution in Re-containing Ni-based single crystal superalloys with different Tantalum(Ta)content(2 Ta,5 Ta and 8 Ta in wt%)was investigated.Ta addition significantly affected theγ’precipitate morphology,γ/γ’lattice misfit and microstructural stability during long-term aging.Results showed that the partitioning behaviors of solutes were enhanced by Ta addition,meanwhile,the reversal partitioning behavior of W was triggered which partitioned fromγ’precipitate to matrix.The elemental concentration redistribution caused variations in lattice misfit from positive to negative,the values of lattice misfit were measured to be 0.16%for 2 Ta alloy,then decreased to-0.07%for 5 Ta alloy and negatively increased to-0.23%for 8 Ta alloy.These variations in the lattice misfit were reflected on the transition ofγ’morphology from round-cornered cuboidal shape to cuboidal with sharp corners,accomplished with increasing shape parameter ratioη.Consequently,the optimalγ’shape could be obtained at lattice misfit of approximately 0.3%.Theγ’coarsening investigation at 900℃(up to 2000 h)indicated that Ta addition was beneficial for improving the microstructural stability by reducing the coarsening rate and interfacial energy,accompanied by the enhanced capability of resistingγ’coalescence.By incorporating the calculated interfacial energy,computational modeling,Thermo-Calc and PrecipiCalc,were employed to elucidate theγ’kinetic pathways,the simulation results agreed with experiments,indicating that the model and parameters were reasonable.Additionally,it was found that there was no overlap betweenγ’nucleation and coarsening when theγ/γ’interfacial energy increased to a critical value.

目的探讨生物反馈电刺激联合中药涂擦对外阴硬化性苔藓(VLS)患者的治疗效果。方法选择甘肃中医药大学附属医院妇产科2022年1-12月收治的60例患者为研究对象,按照患者入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组患者给予中药涂擦治疗,观察组患者给予生物反馈电刺激联合中药涂擦治疗。对比2组患者治疗前后外阴瘙痒程度、皮肤颜色、皮肤弹性症状及体征评分及临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后外阴瘙痒程度[(0.77±0.50)分]、皮肤颜色[(1.03±0.56)分]、皮肤弹性[(0.60±0.56)分]症状及体征评分均低于对照组[分别为(1.17±0.59)、(1.47±0.78)、(1.17±0.75)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后总有效率[96.7%(29/30)]高于对照组[83.3%(25/30)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合中药涂擦治疗VLS疗效显著,能够改善临床症状,治疗效果优于单纯中药涂擦。

Primary liver cancer,which is mainly composed of hepatocellular carcinoma(HcC),is the sixth most common type of cancer worldwide and the thirdmost common cause of cancer mortality.1 The total number of mutations present in tumor specimens is called tumor mutation burden(TMB)and it is an emerging biomarker of immunotherapy response.2 TMB can predict clinical responses to immunotherapy such as ICl(immune checkpoint inhibitor)treatments and higher TMB is related to better survival.3 TP53,a gene encoding a tumor suppressor protein that triggers apoptosis and cell cycle arrest,is one of the most prevalent mutations in 25%-30%of HCC patients.4 Research shows that TP53 mutations in HCC patients are associated with advanced tumor grade and poor prognosis.5 To identify the TP53 mutation-related genes which can predict HCC patients'prognosis and explore the immune cell infiltration,we constructed a risk model based on six TP53 mutation-related genes which can accurately predict patients'prognosis.Besides,six immune cells with a similar expression pattern were identified in The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)and International Cancer Genome Consortium(ICGC)databases.

Solid-state electrolytes（SSEs） play a pivotal role in advancing next-generation lithium metal battery technology.However,they commonly encounter substantial interfacial resistance and poor stability when interfacing with lithium metal,hindering practical applications.Herein,we introduce a flexible metal-organic framework（MOF:NUS-6）-incorporated polymeric layer,denoted as NP,designed to protect the sodium superionic conductor（NASICON）-type Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7（PO4）3（LATP） electrolyte from Li metal anodes.The NP matrix establishes a soft interface with the LATP surface,effectively reducing voids and gaps that may arise between the LATP electrolyte and Li metal.Moreover,the MOF component in NP enhances ionic conductivity,offers abundant Li+transport sites,and provides hierarchical ion channels,ensuring a homogeneous Li+flow and thus effectively inhibiting Li dendrite formation.Utilizing NP,we fabricate Li symmetrical cells cycled for over 1600 h at 0.2 mA cm-2and all-solid-state LiINP-LATPI LiFePO4batteries,achieving a remarkable 99.3% capacity retention after 200 cycles at 0.2 C.This work outlines a general strategy for designing long-lasting and stable solid-state Li metal batteries.

Parkinson's disease is characterized by the selective degeneration of dopamine neurons in the nigrostriatal pathway and dopamine deficiency in the striatum.The precise reasons behind the specific degeneration of these dopamine neurons remain largely elusive.Genetic investigations have identified over 20 causative PARK genes and 90 genomic risk loci associated with both familial and sporadic Parkinson's disease.Notably,several of these genes are linked to the synaptic vesicle recycling process,particularly the clathrinmediated endocytosis pathway.This suggests that impaired synaptic vesicle recycling might represent an early feature of Parkinson's disease,followed by axonal degeneration and the eventual loss of dopamine cell bodies in the midbrain via a"dying back"mechanism.Recently,several new animal and cellular models with Parkinson's disease-linked mutations affecting the endocytic pathway have been created and extensively characterized.These models faithfully recapitulate certain Parkinson's disease-like features at the animal,circuit,and cellular levels,and exhibit defects in synaptic membrane trafficking,further supporting the findings from human genetics and clinical studies.In this review,we will first summarize the cellular and molecular findings from the models of two Parkinson's disease-linked clathrin uncoating proteins:auxilin(DNAJC6/PARK19)and synaptojanin 1(SYNJ1/PARK20).The mouse models carrying these two PARK gene mutations phenocopy each other with specific dopamine terminal pathology and display a potent synergistic effect.Subsequently,we will delve into the involvement of several clathrin-mediated endocytosis-related proteins(GAK,endophilin A1,SAC2/INPP5 F,synaptotagmin-11),identified as Parkinson's disease risk factors through genome-wide association studies,in Parkinson's disease pathogenesis.We will also explore the direct or indirect roles of some common Parkinson's disease-linked proteins(alpha-synuclein(PARK1/4),Parkin(PARK2),and LRRK2(PARK8))in synaptic endocytic trafficking.Additionall

With the increasing proportion of renewable energy sources(RESs)in power grid,the reserve resource(RR)scarcity for correcting power deviation of RESs has become a potential issue.Consequently,the power curve of RES needs to be more rigorously assessed.The RR scarcity varies during different time periods,so the values of assessment indicators should be dynamically adjusted.The assessment indicators in this paper include two aspects,i.e.,deviation exemption ratio and penalty price.Firstly,this paper proposes a method for dynamically calculating the supply capacity and RR cost,primarily taking into account the operating status of thermal units,forecast information of RES,and load curve.Secondly,after clarifying the logical relationship between the degree of RR scarcity and the values of assessment indicators,this paper establishes a mapping function between them.Based on this mapping function,a dynamic setting method for assessment indicators is proposed.In the future,RES will generally be equipped with battery energy storage systems(BESSs).Reasonably utilizing BESSs to reduce the power deviation of RESs can increase the expected income of RESs.Therefore,this paper proposes a power curve optimization strategy for RESs considering self-owned BESSs.The case study demonstrates that the dynamic setting method of assessment indicators can increase the revenue of RESs while ensuring that the penalty fees paid by RESs to the grid are sufficient to cover the RR costs.Additionally,the power curve optimization strategy can help RESs further increase income and fully utilize BESSs to reduce power deviation.

Wan and Zhang(2021) obtained a nontrivial lower bound for the number of zeros of complete symmetric polynomials over finite fields, and proposed a problem whether their bound can be improved. In this paper, the author improves Wan-Zhang's bound from three aspects. The proposed results are based on the estimates related to the number of certain permutations and the value sets of non-permutation polynomials associated to the complete symmetric polynomial. And the author believes that there are still possibilities to improve the bounds and hence Wan-Zhang's bound.

Fish in nature exhibit a variety of swimming modes such as forward swimming,backward swimming,turning,pitching,etc.,enabling them to swim in complex scenes such as coral reefs.It is still difficult for a robotic fish to swim autonomously in a confined area as a real fish.Here,we develop an untethered robotic manta as an experimental platform,which consists of two flexible pectoral fins and a tail fin,with three infrared sensors installed on the front,left,and right sides of the head to sense the surrounding obstacles.To generate multiple swimming modes of the robotic manta and online switching of different modes,we design a closed-loop Central Pattern Generator(CPG)controller based on distance information and use a combination of phase difference and amplitude of the CPG model to achieve stable and rapid adjustment of yaw angle.To verify the autonomous swimming ability of the robotic manta in complex scenes,we design an experimental scenario with a concave obstacle.The experimental results show that the robotic manta can achieve forward swimming,backward swimming,in situ turning within the concave obstacle,and finally exit from the area safely while relying on the perception of external obstacles,which can provide insight into the autonomous exploration of complex scenes by the biomimetic robotic fish.Finally,the swimming ability of the robotic manta is verified by field tests.
