In this study,Mg-13.2Gd-4.3Ni alloys containing continuous bulk-shaped long-period stacking ordered(LPSO),lamellar LPSO,and a small amount of eutectic phase were prepared,and the evolution of microstructure at different extrusion temperatures and its influence on mechanical and degradation properties as well as corrosion mechanism were *** before extrusion can effectively promote the precipitation of lamellar LPSO in ***400 with higher volume fraction of non-DRXed grains exhibited higher strength,which was mainly due to strong texture,high dislocation density,and high volume fraction of lamellar *** EX420 with higher volume fraction of DRXed grains showed higher degradation rate,which was mainly due to the higher density of grain *** EX400 exhibited excellent comprehensive properties with tensile yield strength(TYS)of 334 MPa,ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of 484 MPa and elongation(EL)of 7.4%,ultimate compressive strength(UCS)of 638 MPa and compressive yield strength(CYS)of 443 MPa,degradation rate of 86.1 mg/cm^(2)/h at 93℃in 3 wt.%KCl solution.

目的探索5种不同含量的聚己内酯/还原氧化石墨烯(Polycaprolactone/reduced graphene oxide,PCL/RGO)神经导管基底膜材料与PC12细胞的体外生物相容性。方法应用静电纺丝技术制备5种不同RGO含量的PCL/RGO神经导管基底膜样材料,并与PC12细胞共培养。使用CCK-8法测定PC12细胞的增殖情况,扫描电镜观察细胞的黏附与生长情况,活死细胞染色观察细胞活性。结果5组材料所对应的细胞增殖率有差异,但毒性分级均为0级(无细胞毒性),其中0.75%RGO/PCL组的细胞增殖情况最佳。5组材料培养7 d后,电镜观察显示细胞黏附生长明显较1 d、3 d增多,并铺满了材料表面。活死细胞染色结果显示,各组细胞存活率均在90%以上。结论5种不同RGO含量的PCL/RGO复合材料均具有良好的生物相容性,尤以0.75%RGO/PCL在促进细胞增殖、黏附方面有比较大的优势。

The advantages of both the length and accuracy of high-fidelity(HiFi)reads enable chromosome-scale haplotype-resolved genome *** this study,we sequenced a cell line named HJ,established from a Chinese Han male individual by using HiFi and *** assembled two high-quality haplotypes of the HJ genome(haplotype 1(H1):3.1 Gb,haplotype 2(H2):2.9 Gb).The continuity(H1:contig N50=28.2 Mb,H2:contig N50=25.9 Mb)and completeness(BUSCO:H1=94.9%,H2=93.5%)are substantially better than those of other Chinese genomes,for example,HX1,NH1.0,and *** comparing HJ genome with GRCh38,we reported the mutation landscape of HJ and found that 176 and 213 N-gaps were filled in H1 and H2,*** addition,we detected 12.9 Mb and 13.4 Mb novel sequences containing 246 and 135 protein-coding genes in H1 and H2,*** results demonstrate the advantages of HiFi reads in haplotype-resolved genome assembly and provide two high-quality haplotypes of a potential Chinese genome as a reference for the Chinese Han population.

目的:探讨动态对比增强磁共振成像(dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging,DCE-MRI)和体素内不相干运动弥散加权成像(intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion-weighted imaging,IVIM-DWI)在评估直肠癌微血管含量中的差异。方法:研究2019年12月—2022年12月上海中医药大学附属曙光医院经病理学检查诊断为直肠腺癌并行IVIMDWI和DCE-MRI扫描的患者23例。Tofts模型计算DCE-MRI参数为容积分数(volume fraction,V_(e))、容量转移常数(space transport coefficient,K^(trans))和速率常数(rate constant,K_(ep))。IVIM-DWI参数:单纯弥散系数(simple diffusion coefficient,D),灌注相关弥散系数(perfusion related diffusion coefficient,D^(*)),灌注分数(perfusion fraction,f),通过计算双指数模型得到。对与直肠癌微血管含量相关的DCE-MRI和IVIM-DWI定量参数进行分析比较。结果:不同病理学分级的直肠癌K^(trans)和D差异有统计学意义(F=9.159,P=0.002;F=5.106,P=0.016)。在评估直肠癌病理学分级时,K^(trans)优于D。灌注参数K^(trans),K_(ep)和D^(*)与直肠癌微血管含量呈显著正相关(r=0.734,P<0.001;r=0.617,P=0.002;r=0.456,P=0.029)。其中DCE-MRI定量参数评估直肠癌微血管含量优于IVIM-DWI定量参数。结论:与IVIM-DWI相比,DCE-MRI评价直肠癌分化程度和微循状态方面效能更佳。但是考虑到IVIM-DWI不需要注射对比剂,IVIM-DWI仍然可以被推荐用于直肠癌分化程度和微循环状态。

Stimuli-responsive luminescent materials have attracted significant attention in the development of smart photoactive materials for both fundamental research and technological *** this work,a new copper iodide cluster(1)with aggregationinduced emission(AIE)characteristic,was obtained combining Cu_(4)I_(4) core with rhodamine B derivative ligand.1 has reversible and distinct multi-stimuli-responsive luminescence for external temperature,volatile organic compound,and mechanical ***,1 exhibited unusual large blue shift(84 nm)after being ground,which originated from the change of intermolecular ***,1 exhibits high oxygen quenching efficiency for 82.2% at 1 *** studies showed that the multi-stimuli-responsive luminescence properties of 1 can be attributed to the regulation of cluster-centered luminescence process,metal-to-ligand charge transfer process,halide-to-metal charge transfer luminescence process and aggregationinduced barrier to oxygen *** work not only reports an AIE copper iodide cluster,but also provides a new strategy to develop multi-stimuli-responsive luminescence materials.

BACKGROUND Although the past decade has seen remarkable advances in treatment options for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the dismal overall prognosis still envelops HCC *** comparative trials have been conducted to study whether transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)could improve clinical outcomes in patients receiving sorafenib for advanced HCC;however,the findings have been *** To study the potential synergies and safety of sorafenib plus TACE vs sorafenib alone for treating advanced HCC,by performing a systematic review and *** This study was conducted following the PRISMA statement.A systematic literature search was conducted using the Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,and Web of Science *** included in the present work were collected from patients diagnosed with advanced HCC receiving sorafenib plus TACE or sorafenib *** synthesis and meta-analysis were conducted using Review Manager *** The present study included 2780 patients from five comparative clinical trials(1 was randomized control trial and 4 were retrospective studies).It was found that patients receiving sorafenib plus TACE had better prognoses in terms of overall survival(OS),with a combined hazard ratio(HR)of 0.65[95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.46–0.93,P=0.02,n=2780].Consistently,progression free survival(PFS)and time to progression(TTP)differed significantly between the sorafenib plus TACE arm and sorafenib arm(PFS:HR=0.62,95%CI:0.40–0.96,P=0.03,n=443;TTP:HR=0.73,95%CI:0.64-0.83,P<0.00001,n=2451).Disease control rate(DCR)was also significantly increased by combination therapy(risk ratio=1.36,95%CI:1.02-1.81,P=0.04,n=641).Regarding safety,the incidence of any adverse event(AE)was increased due to the addition of TACE;however,no significant difference was found in grade≥3 *** The combination of sorafenib with TACE has superior efficacy to sorafenib monotherapy,as evidenced by prolonged OS,PFS,and TTP,as well as increase

数据、算法在当前国家治理实践中发挥着巨大作用,为了揭示算法的知识本质及其权力逻辑,根据科学技术研究(STS)和批判数据研究(CDS)对西方算法理论进行梳理的基础上,结合多个警务部门的大量深度访谈资料和数据,从中得出经验见解来打开算法的知识黑箱。研究表明,作为一种构建知识和权力的技术机制,算法一方面可以构建非结构性数据间的相关关系,以预测分布式群体的行为;另一方面,促进对复杂社会需求的高度响应和协调。除了塑造社会秩序和回应社会需求,文章进一步揭示了隐藏在算法光鲜技术科学背后的风险根源。通过对引发算法技术争议的焦点——算法透明性进行分析,在此基础上剖析算法的风险是如何在“技术”和“社会政治结构”两套科学/叙事知识中产生,并随着算法在各领域的广泛应用而引起“平等与正义”的科学争议。由此,可以为算法这一新的研究范式提供连贯的分析与统一理论,系统呈现算法给社会科学研究带来的挑战。
