Accurate photovoltaic(PV)power prediction has been a subject of ongoing study in order to address grid stability concerns caused by PV output unpredictability and *** paper proposes an ultra-short-term hybrid photovoltaic power forecasting method based on a dendritic neural model(DNM)in this *** model is trained using improved biogeography-based optimization(IBBO),a technique that incorporates a domestication operation to increase the performance of classical biogeography-based optimization(BBO).To be more precise,a similar day selection(SDS)technique is presented for selecting the training set,and wavelet packet transform(WPT)is used to divide the input data into many *** is then used to train DNM weights and thresholds for each component ***,each component’s prediction results are stacked and *** suggested hybrid model is used to forecast PV power under various weather conditions using data from the Desert Knowledge Australia Solar Centre(DKASC)in Alice *** results indicate the proposed hybrid SDS and WPT-IBBO-DNM model has the lowest error of any of the benchmark models and hence has the potential to considerably enhance the accuracy of solar power forecasting(PVPF).

The East China Sea Shelf Basin generated a series of back-arc basins with thick successions of marine-and terrestrial-facies sediments during *** is enriched with abundant oil and gas resources and is of great significance to the petroleum exploration ***,the Lishui Sag formed fan delta,fluvial delta and littoral-to-neritic facies sediments during Paleocene–Eocene,and the research on its sedimentary environment and sediment source was *** study analyzed the paleontological combination characteristics,and conducted a source-to-sink comparative analysis to restore the sedimentary environment and provenance evolution of the Lishui Sag during Paleocene–Eocene based on the integration of detrital zircon U-Pb age spectra patterns with paleontological *** results indicated that Lishui Sag was dominated by littoral and neritic-facies environment during time corroborated by large abundance of foraminifera,calcareous nannofossils and *** analysis of detrital zircon U-Pb revealed that there were significant differences in sediment sources between the east and west area of the Lishui *** western area was featured by deeper water depths in the Paleocene–Eocene,and the sediment was characterized by a single Yanshanian peak of zircon U-Pb age spectra,and mainly influenced from Yanshanian magmatic rocks of South China Coast and the surrounding ***,its eastern area partly showed Indosinian *** particular,the upper Eocene Wenzhou sediments were featured by increasingly plentiful Precambrian zircons in addition to the large Indosinian-Yanshanian peaks,indicating a possible impact from the Yushan Low Uplift to the ***,it is likely that the eastern Lishui Sag generated large river systems as well as deltas during *** to the Yuquan Movement,the Lishui Sag experienced uplifting and exhumation in the late stage of the late Eocene and was not deposited with sediment

Quantum dots(QDs) with unique quantum confinement effect and electro-optical properties are attractive for biomedical applications. Toxic effects of traditional semiconductor QDs made of heavy metal ions have serious safety concerns for their undesired environmental or healthy impact. Recent reports on core-shell structure modification of QDs by using biocompatible ligands or polymers is one way to be effectively minimizing toxicity effects of traditional QDs. Furthermore, designs of heave metal-free and metal-free QDs formulations are more promising alternatives, due to the non-toxic and eco-friendly nature of the starting materials. In article, we will review the recent designs of non-toxic or less toxic QDs, including carbon-based, biomolecules-based, siliconbased, and ternary I-III-VI QDs, and their biological applications(bio-imaging, drug delivery, gene therapy and immunoassay).

Objective:To explore the anti-cancer activity of maslinic acid against colorectal cancer(CRC)cell lines and its possible ***:The inhibitory effect of maslinic acid was screened against five CRC cell lines(HT-29,HCT 116,SW480,SW48,and LS 174 T)via 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide *** and cell cycle analyses were carried out using annexinⅤ-FITC/propidium iodide staining and propidium iodide staining,respectively and subjected to fluorescence-activated cell sorting *** expression studies of inhibitor ofκB kinase-β(IKK-β),checkpoint kinase 1(Chk1)and cyclin D1 were conducted using the JESS ***:Maslinic acid exhibited growth inhibitory effect in a doseand time-dependent manner in HT-29 and HCT 116 cell lines.A more prominent apoptosis induced by maslinic acid was observed in HCT 116 cell ***,in HT-29 cell line,maslinic acid induced cell cycle arrest by inhibiting the G1-S transition,which was accompanied by the downregulation of cyclin *** expression of unphosphorylated IKK-βprotein was increased in both(HT-29 and HCT 116)cell lines after maslinic acid ***:Maslinic acid inhibits the growth of HT-29 and HCT 116 cells in a different manner,induces cell cycle arrest in HT-29 cells and causes apoptosis in HCT 116 cells partially via NF-κB pathway inhibition.

The new coronavirus disease(COVID-19)outbreak has challenged us to take unprecedented steps to bring this pandemic under *** view of the urgency of this situation,convalescent plasma which was used in previous coronavirus outbreaks has emerged as one of the treatment options in this current *** is mainly due to the fact that convalescent plasma has been studied in a few case series with promising *** addition,on-going large clinical trials aimed to further evaluate the effectiveness,safety,and optimal dosage,duration and timing of administration of convalescent plasma are indeed revealing a certain level of promising ***,this article aims to provide an overview of possible mechanisms of actions of convalescent plasma,its benefits and its level of usage safeness by summarizing the existing evidence on the use of convalescent plasma in COVID-19 patients.

本文对比研究了棕仁粕、豆粕、花生粕的基础营养及体外胃蛋白酶消化性,通过在实验饲料中添加2%、6%、10%的棕仁粕制备了四份等氮等能的饲料,初步评价了添加棕仁粕对罗非鱼生长、体组分以及血清学参数的影响。结果表明:棕仁粕作为蛋白水平相对略低,纤维含量较高的植物蛋白替代源,其体外胃蛋白酶消化率与豆粕和花生粕无明显差异,可以作为膳食饲料组分适量的添加到水产动物饲料中,而不会影响罗非鱼的正常生长;在罗非鱼养殖实验中,添加2%棕仁粕的饲料组,罗非鱼的增重率,饲料系数,蛋白利用率、鱼体的蛋白组分以及血清学参数与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),添加至6%～10%后,罗飞鱼的生长表现开始下降,饲料系数开始上升,鱼体蛋白组分下降(P<0.05)。作为棕仁粕在水产养殖领域的初步探索性应用研究,研究认为棕仁粕是可以用于水产饲料的成分使用的,添加比例不宜超过6%。
