Sleep Posture Classification using RGB and Thermal Cameras Based on Deep Learning Model

Sleep posture surveillance is crucial for patient comfort,yet current systems face difficulties in providing compre-hensive studies due to the obstruction caused by *** posture assessment remains challenging because of the complex nature of the human body and variations in sleep ***,this study introduces an innovative method utilizing RGB and thermal cameras for comprehensive posture classification,thereby enhancing the analysis of body position and *** method begins by capturing a dataset of sleep postures in the form of videos using RGB and thermal cameras,which depict six commonly adopted postures:supine,left log,right log,prone head,prone left,and prone *** study involves 10 participants under two conditions:with and without ***,the database is normalized into a video *** subsequent step entails training a fine-tuned,pretrained Visual Geometry Group(VGG16)and ResNet50 *** the third phase,the extracted features are utilized for *** fourth step of the proposed approach employs a serial fusion technique based on the normal distribution to merge the vectors derived from both the RGB and thermal ***,the fused vectors are passed to machine learning classifiers for final *** dataset,which includes human sleep postures used in this study’s experiments,achieved a 96.7%accuracy rate using the Quadratic Support Vector Machine(QSVM)without the ***,the Linear SVM,when utilized with a blanket,attained an accuracy of 96%.When normal distribution serial fusion was applied to the blanket features,it resulted in a remarkable average accuracy of 99%.

Reconstruction of cervical necrotizing fasciitis defect with the modified keystone flap technique:Two case reports

BACkGROuND Cervical necrotizing fasciitis(CNF)is a rare,aggressive form of deep neck space infection with significant morbidity and mortality *** surgical debridement acts as the cornerstone of CNF treatment;however,it often results in defects requiring complex *** SuMMARY We report two cases in which the keystone flap(kF)was used for CNF defect coverage:Case 1,an 85-year-old patient with CNF in the anterior neck,and Case 2,a 54-year-old patient with CNF in the posterior *** patients received empirical intravenous antibiotic therapy and underwent serial debridement,enabling adequate wound preparation and *** final defect size measured 5.5 cm×12 cm in Case 1 and 6 cm×11 cm in Case *** defect coverage,we employed an 8 cm×19 cm type II kF based on perforators from the superior thyroid artery in Case 1 and a 9 cm×18 cm type II kF based on perforators from the transverse cervical artery in Case *** flaps showed complete *** postoperative complications occurred in both cases,and favorable outcomes were observed at 7-and 6-month follow-ups in case 1 and 2,*** We effectively treated CNF-associated defects using the kF technique;kF is viable for covering CNF defects in carefully selected cases.

The successful utilization of an eco-friendly and biocompatible parylene-C substrate for high-performance solution-processed double-walled carbon nanotube(CNT)electrode-based perovskite solar cells(PSCs)was *** the use of a novel inversion transfer technique,vertical separation of the binders from the CNTs was induced,rendering a stronger p-doping effect and thereby a higher conductivity of the *** resulting foldable devices exhibited a power conversion efficiency of 18.11%,which is the highest reported among CNT transparent electrode-based PSCs to date,and withstood more than 10,000 folding cycles at a radius of 0.5 mm,demonstrating unprecedented mechanical ***,solar modules were fabricated using entirely laser scribing processes to assess the potential of the solution-processable nanocarbon ***,this is the only one to be processed entirely by the laser scribing process and to be biocompatible as well as eco-friendly among the previously reported nonindium tin oxide-based perovskite solar modules.

In this article,multiple attribute decision-making problems are solved using the vague normal set(VNS).It is possible to generalize the vague set(VS)and q-rung fuzzy set(FS)into the q-rung vague set(VS).A log q-rung normal vague weighted averaging(log q-rung NVWA),a log q-rung normal vague weighted geometric(log q-rung NVWG),a log generalized q-rung normal vague weighted averaging(log Gq-rung NVWA),and a log generalized q-rungnormal vagueweightedgeometric(logGq-rungNVWG)operator are discussed in this *** is provided of the scoring function,accuracy function and operational laws of the log q-rung *** algorithms underlying these functions are also described.A numerical example is provided to extend the Euclidean distance and the Humming ***,idempotency,boundedness,commutativity,and monotonicity of the log q-rung VS are examined as they facilitate recognizing the optimal alternative more quickly and help clarify *** chose five anemia patients with four types of symptoms including seizures,emotional shock or hysteria,brain cause,and high fever,who had either retrograde amnesia,anterograde amnesia,transient global amnesia,post-traumatic amnesia,or infantile *** numbers q are used to express the results of the *** demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the models we are investigating,we compare several existing models with those that have been developed.

Senescence-induced NAC(senNAC)TFs play a crucial role in senescence during the final stage of leaf *** this study,we identified a rice senNAC,ONAC016,which functions as a positive regulator of leaf *** expression of ONAC016 increased rapidly in rice leaves during the progression of dark-induced and natural *** onac016-1 knock.ut mutant showed a delayed leaf yellowing phenotype,whereas the overexpression of ONAC016 accelerated leaf ***,ONAC016 expression was upregulated by abscisic acid(ABA),and thus detached leaves of the onac016-1 mutant remained green much longer under ABA *** RT-PCR analysis showed that ONAC016 upregulates the genes associated with chlorophyll degradation,senescence,and ABA *** one-hybrid and dual-luciferase assays revealed that ONAC016 binds directly to the promoter regions of OsNAP,a key gene involved in chlorophyll degradation and ABA-induced *** together,these results suggest that ONAC016 plays an important role in promoting leaf senescence through the ABA signaling pathway involving OsNAP.

Analysis of the Oscillatory Flows of Multiple Shock Waves in a Constant Area Duct

The oscillatory response of multiple shock waves to downstream perturbations in a supersonic flow is studied numerically in a rectangular *** shock waves are formed inside the duct at a shock Mach number of *** duct has an exit height of H,and the effect of duct resonance on multiple shock oscillations is investigated by attaching exit ducts of lengths 0H,50H,and *** downstream disturbance frequency varied from 10 Hz to 200 Hz to explore the oscillation characteristics of the multiple shock *** oscillatory response of shock waves under self-excited and forced oscillation conditions are analyzed in terms of wall static pressure,shock train leading-edge location,shock train length,and the size of the separation *** extent of the initial shock location increases with an increase in exit duct length for the self-excited oscillation *** analysis of the shock train leading edge and the spectral analysis of wall static pressure variations are *** variation in the shock train length is analyzed using the pressure ratio method for self-excited as well as forced *** RMS amplitude of the normalized shock train length(ζ_(ST))increases with an increase in the exit duct length for the self-excited oscillation *** the downstream perturbation frequency is increased,ζ_(ST)is decreased for exit duct *** all exit duct designs and downstream forcing frequencies,the size of the separation bubble grows and shrinks during the shock oscillations,demonstrating the dependence on duct resonance and forced oscillations.
