Gene.ic Diversity and Structure of Tunisian Local Pear Germplasm as Revealed by SSR Markers

Growing pear has a long tradition in Tunisia, and numerous local cultivars possessing an excellent adaptability and resilience potential to climatic variation are present. This large adaptability is associated with an important gene.ic diversity, which is threatened to *** measures have to be taken in order to properly evaluate and conserve this local material. Microsatellite markers were used to assess the level of gene.ic diversity among Tunisian pear germplasm, and compare it with some european varieties and wild pear species. 61 pear accessions representing eight groups(six groups from Tunisia, one from Northern europe and another group composed of wild pear) have been genotyped using SSR markers derived from apple and pear. The pear accessions showed a significant polymorphism and 95 polymorphic alleles were found. The number of alleles per locus varied from 5 for CH04e03 locus to 14 for CH01d09 locus with an average of 9.4 alleles per ***, the mean gene diversity(H_e) per locus ranged from 0.192 to 0.752. Gene.ic distance values and cluster analyses revealed high gene.ic similarities among the Tunisian groups. Factorial correspondence analysis(FCA) categorized the accessions into three independent groups where Tunisian local accessions agglomerated together distantly from european and wild pear accessions. Additionally, UPGMA dendrogram grouped accessions into two clusters, confirmed thereafter by the Bayesian model-based Structure analysis. The results showed 16 putative triploid accessions found in the local germplasm. This study provides valuable information to develop strategies of local pear conservation and use.

Despite the ever-increasing demand of nanofillers for thermal enhancement of polymer composites with higher thermal conductivity and irregular geometry,nanomaterials like carbon nanotubes(CNTs)have been constrained by the nonuniform dispersion and difficulty in constructing effective three-dimensional(3D)conduction network with low loading and desired isotropic or anisotropic(specific preferred heat conduction)***,we illustrated the in-situ construction of CNT based 3D heat conduction networks with different directional ***,to in-situ construct an isotropic percolated conduction network,with sphe.ical cores as support materials,we developed a confined-growth technique for CNT-core sea urchin(CNTSU)*** 21.0 wt.%CNTSU loading,the thermal conductivity of composites reached 1.43±0.13 W/(m·k).Secondly,with aligned hexagonal boron nitride(hBN)as an anisotropic support,we constructed CNT-hBN aligned networks by in-situ CNT growth,which improved the utilization efficiency of high density hBN and reduced the thermal interface resistance between matrix and ***~8.5 wt.%loading,the composites possess thermal conductivity up to 0.86±0.14 W/(m·k),374%of that for neat *** to the uniformity of CNTs in hBN network,the synergistic thermal enhancement from one-dimensional(1D)+two-dimensional(2D)hybrid materials becomes more *** on the detailed experimental evidence,the importance of purposeful production of a uniformly interconnected heat conduction 3D network with desired directional performance can be observed,particularly compared with the traditional direct-mixing *** study opens new possibilities for the preparation of high-power-density electronics packaging and interfacial materials when both directional thermal performance and complex composite geometry are simultaneously required.

目的探讨双氢青蒿素对卵巢上皮性癌（卵巢癌）细胞体外增殖的影响，以及对卵巢癌细胞有丝分裂原激活的蛋白激酶（MAPk）磷酸化水平的影响。方法双氢青蒿素处理卵巢癌细胞株SkOV3和OVCAR3细胞后，四甲基偶氮唑蓝比色法检测SkOV3和OVCAR3细胞的体外增殖抑制效应，蛋白印迹法检测SkOV3和OVCAR3细胞中两种MAPk[即细胞外信号调节激酶（eRk）1／2和038蛋白激酶]的磷酸化水平，以未用双氢青蒿素处理的SkOV3和OVCAR3细胞作为对照。结果双氢青蒿素处理72h后，SkOV3和OVCAR3细胞的50％抑制浓度（ic。）平均分别为（9．0±1．4）和（5．5±1．2）i^mol／L。双氢青蒿素处理后，SkOV3和OVCAR3细胞中eRk1／2的磷酸化水平明显降低，相对于对照细胞分别下降了64．2％和75．3％，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而p38蛋白激酶的磷酸化水平无明显变化，相对于对照细胞仅分别下降了8．5％和6．4％，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论双氢青蒿素能制卵巢癌细胞的体外增殖，该作用可能与其下调癌细胞内eRk1／2的磷酸化水平有关。

锡石是花岗伟晶岩中重要的含锡矿物。喜马拉雅淡色花岗岩带中多个花岗岩-伟晶岩系统均产出锡石。富锂伟晶岩中锡石的显微结构与化学组成及其对岩浆分异演化的指示意义尚不清楚,亟待开展相关研究。本文调查了喜马拉雅东段库曲岩体西侧产出的多条含锂辉石伟晶岩脉,其规模不等,岩相分带简单,主要岩相带为锂辉石-石英-钠长石带或锂辉石-块体长石-石英-(白云母)带,也见钠质细晶岩。选取3处含锂辉石伟晶岩脉中的锡石开展阴极发光(CL)和原位微区分析测试(ePMA和LA-icP-MS)研究。锡石的元素替代机制以2(Nb,Ta)^(5+)+Fe^(2+)→3Sn^(4+)和同价置换(Ti^(4+),Zr^(4+),Hf^(4+),U^(4+))→Sn^(4+)为主,部分锂辉石伟晶岩中的锡石出现Fe对Sn和Nb的置换。锡石呈现4种阴极发光特征(黑色、灰色、振荡环带以及白色):黑色区域具有明显高的Nb、Ta、Fe、Zr、U和Ga含量,相对高的Hf含量,以及较大的Ti含量变化范围;灰色区域和振荡环带区域的化学组成相近,振荡环带具有略高的Nb、Ta和Fe含量,相对低的U含量;白色区域具有相对低的Nb、Ta、Fe、Zr、U和Ga含量,以及略低的Hf含量。锡石阴极发光特征与化学组成密切相关,Zr、U、Ga、Hf含量与锡石阴极发光特征具有一定联系。锡石的阴极发光结构(CL结构)主要为均一结构和不均一结构(核-边正环带、补丁以及核-边反环带),包括黑色晶体、灰色晶体、振荡环带晶体,黑色核+振荡环带/灰色边及补丁、灰色核+振荡环带/灰色边及补丁、振荡环带/黑色区域+白色丝带状边/棉絮状补丁、以及振荡环带/灰色/黑色核+黑色边。锡石CL结构的演化序列自内向外表现为黑色核部/晶体→灰色或振荡环带区域/晶体→(白色/黑色区域),向亏损Nb、Ta、Fe、U、Ga,弱亏损Zr、Hf、Y、Ti元素,以及高Ta/(Nb+Ta)值和低Zr/Hf值的方向演化,晚期可出现Fe的富集。锡石的CL结构和化学组成对比发现:同一伟晶岩脉中的含锂辉石伟晶岩的分异演化程度低于锂辉石伟晶岩,共存矿物的结晶分异可能产生富Nb和富Ta两组锡石,不同含锂辉石伟晶岩脉在岩浆化学特征和演化过程具有明显差异。锡石CL结构与化学组成能够揭示锂辉石伟晶岩的化学特征与形成过程。

Prosthe.ic Impingement in Total Hip Arthroplasty—The Trigger for Adverse Wear

Development of total hip arthroplasty (THA) now spans more than 5 decades encompassing combinations of metal-on-metal (MOM), ceramic-on-metal (COM), metal-on-plastic (MOP), ceramic-on-plastic (COM), and ceramic-on-ceramic (COC). In every arena of extensive technical development, there exists a data set that when viewed in isolation seemed of little import, but when assembled in-toto may produce a generational shift in perception. Our review focused on two such THA events. Firstly, COC retrieval studies (1999-2001) noted habitual wear patterns on heads and peripheral wear stripes, along with femoral-neck impingement, and ceramic surfaces stained gray by metal debris. These COC data indicated THA risks included, 1) cup edge-loading (E/L) on heads producing “stripe wear”, 2) component impingement releasing metal particles resulting in 3) tissues contaminated by metal debris. A corresponding MOM impingement-debris mechanism was only perceived by Howie (2005) in a McKee-Farrar retrieval study. Our anticipation at LLUMC was that MOM retrievals would provide superior wear details to those seen on COC retrievals. We noted stripe wear in the polar zone of CoCr heads and basal stripes in the non-wear areas. The basal-polar stripe combinations were found in all MOM retrievals. 为研究不同光截获对番茄植株形态结构的影响,基于结构-功能互反馈建模原理建立了番茄结构-功能模型。采用基于番茄拓扑结构的多目标估算方法,利用实验观测数据对模型进行多目标校准和验证。对局部遮阴和无遮阴栽培条件下番茄植株的生长过程进行动态模拟,并对不同生长阶段番茄植株的形态结构、器官周期累积生物量以及器官三维形态输出进行比较,结果表明:无遮阴栽培条件下,番茄植株茎杆节间短粗,叶片和果实较大,而局部遮阴栽培条件下番茄植株茎杆细长,叶片稀薄,果实较小。不同光截获下模型的输出结果与观测数据拟合较好,验证了模型的有效性。

Peace comes from my own responsibility for the other, until it could die for him. Maybe this welcome will seem crazy, but it is moderated, i.e., involved and estimated in politics. Levinas knows the political moment. But he puts it to its place： to welcome the strangers is an objective fact. Proximity of social link and perspective of far cannot be separated.
