《倭名类聚抄》是日本较早的类书,它援引《尔雅》及旧注共222例,征引量位于中日古籍的第三位。其中,明确标明征引李巡《尔雅注》2例、孙炎《尔雅注》6例、沈旋《尔雅集注》37例。通过与清人辑佚成果、《尔雅》传世版本的对勘与比较,不难看出,这些引文既能够丰富雅学研究材料、补充清人辑佚缺失,还可以归纳出域外学者征引《尔雅》的方式与特点。希望通过这一个案的探讨,不仅为《尔雅》研究开辟新的视角和路径,也为《尔雅》传本异文“当代化”问题提供借鉴与思考。

Background In our previous study, we found that DAZAP2 was the most significantly down regulated gene when differential screening of complementary DNA （cDNA） chips were used to analyze mRNA isolated from bone marrow mononuclear cells from newly diagnosed multiple myeloma （MM） patients without anticancer treatment. In this study, we observed DAZAP2 mRNA and protein expression in the mononuclear cells from MM bone marrow and investigated its role in the pathogenesis of MM. Methods The full-length cDNA of DAZAP2 was cloned and sequenced from mononuclear cells from human bone marrow. The nucleotide and amino acid sequences of DAZAP2 were analyzed using the ClustalW program. A dendrogram was constructed by multiple sequence alignment using ClustalW and amino acid sequence identity/similarity was derived based on comparisons attained using the MegAlign software. The recombinant pEGFP expression vector was constructed and the confocal microscopy was used for the localization of the DAZAP2 protein in transfected COS7 cells. The expression of DAZAP2 mRNA was detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） and the expression level of DAZAP2 protein was detected by Western blotting analysis in MM samples. Results DAZAP2 proteins of vertebrates is highly conserved in evolution. It contains a proline-rich region, several potential sh. and sh. domain-binding motifs and a possible protein kinase C （PkC） phosphorylation site. We sh.wed by confocal microscopy that the DAZAP2 protein predominantly resides in the cytoplasm with a discrete pattern of punctuated distribution. The expression of DAZAP2 was not detected in 24 of 36 MM samples by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. In contrast, DAZAP2 expression was detected in all 30 normal controls. The expression level of DAZAP2 protein was assayed by Western blotting analysis, sh.wing a robust down-regulation in MM patients （P〈0.001） that matched with the results of the RT-PCR. 目的探讨血清环状RNA液泡ATP酶组装因子(circVMA21)水平对脓毒症患者预后评估的价值。方法将2020年7月至2022年12月该院收治的200例脓毒症患者纳入研究作为脓毒症组。对患者进行随访,根据脓毒症患者治疗后28 d是否存活将患者分为预后良好组(128例)和预后不良组(72例)。另外,选取200例同期本院收治的普通感染患者作为对照组。收集所有纳入研究者的临床资料,用实时荧光定量PCR(qPCR)检测血清circVMA21水平,Spearman法分析circVMA21与序贯性器官衰竭评估(SOFA)评分、急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分的相关性。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析circVMA21对脓毒症患者预后不良的预测价值,kaplan-Meier法分析circVMA21与脓毒症患者生存预后的关系,Logistic回归分析脓毒症患者预后的影响因素。结果与对照组比较,脓毒症组血清circVMA21水平降低,差异有统计学意义(Pk-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(NEU)、SOFA评分、APACHEⅡ评分高于预后良好组,差异有统计学意义(Pkaplan-Meier法分析显示,circVMA21>0.55与circVMA21≤0.55患者生存预后比较,差异有统计学意义(Log-rank χ^(2)=5.138,P=0.023)。多因素Logistic回归结果显示,APACHEⅡ评分是脓毒症患者预后不良的危险因素,circVMA21为预后良好的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论脓毒症患者血清circVMA21水平降低,血清circVMA21是脓毒症患者预后良好的保护因素,可作为评估脓毒症患者预后的生物标志物。

目的:探讨肌源性分化蛋白1(Myod1)对氧糖剥夺(OGD)诱导的sh.SY5Y细胞增殖抑制和凋亡的影响,并阐明其作用机制。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)法检测正常对照组研究对象和缺血性脑梗死组患者外周血及正常培养的sh.SY5Y细胞(对照组)和OGD细胞模型(OGD组)细胞中Myod1和长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)小核仁RNA宿主基因15(SNHG15)mRNA表达水平。分别采用si-Myod1、pcDNA3.0-Myod1、si-SNHG15、pcDNA3.0-SNHG15、si-NC、空载质粒(Vector)、miR-NC和miR-24-3p模拟物(miR-mimics)质粒转染sh.SY5Y细胞后,进行OGD处理,将sh.SY5Y细胞分为对照组、OGD组、OGD+Vector组、OGD+Myod1组、OGD+si-NC组、OGD+si-Myod1组、OGD+si-SNHG15组、OGD+si-SNHG15+Vector组、OGD+si-SNHG15+Myod1组、OGD+miR-NC组、OGD+miR-mimics组、OGD+miR-mimics+Vector组和OGD+miR-mimics+SNHG15组。采用CCk-8法检测各组细胞活性,采用5-乙炔基-2'-脱氧尿苷(EdU)染色法检测各组EdU阳性细胞率,采用原位末端转移酶标记(TUNEL)法检测各组TUNEL阳性细胞率,采用Western blotting法检测各组细胞中裂解的含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶3(cleaved caspase-3)、裂解的含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶9(cleaved caspase-9)、B细胞淋巴瘤2(Bcl-2)和Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)蛋白表达水平。染色质免疫共沉淀(CHIP)法评估Myod1和SNHG15之间的关联。双荧光素酶报告基因实验评估Myod1与SNHG15及SNHG15与miR-24-3p的靶向关系。结果:与正常对照组比较,缺血性脑梗死组患者外周血中Myod1和SNHG15 mRNA表达水平均升高(Psh.SY5Y细胞的增殖抑制和细胞凋亡。

This study evaluates the performance in simulating the stratospheric final warming events(SFWs)that lead to the final collapse of the stratospheric polar vortex in spring in both Southern and Northern Hemispheres(sh.and NH,respectively)based on the historical simulations provided by the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phases 5 and 6(CMIP5 and CMIP6,respectively).Overall,CMIP5 and CMIP6 models can reproduce the main characteristics of the occurrence of ***,the SFW onset date(SFWOD)is 7 and 9 days later than in observations in the sh.and NH,***,the intensity of SFWs in models is 50%to 70%of that in *** with CMIP5 models,CMIP6 models have an ameliorated capability to simulate NH ***,this improvement does not manifest as significantly earlier SFW onset,but as more intense stratospheric planetary wave activities before the SFWand as a larger interannual variability of the *** contrast,in the sh.the capability of CMIP6 models is roughly unchanged,even deteriorated in the simulation of SFWOD and stratospheric planetary wave activities before the SFW *** performance of CMIP6 high-top models is better than that of lowtop ***,in the NH,high-top models are considerably improved in terms of intensity of circumpolar zonal wind around the SFWOD and stratospheric planetary wave activities before the SFW *** the sh.high-top models sh.w fairly earlier SFWOD by 11 days,which is closer to observations.

Background Gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） is a common disorder. Dilation of intercellular spaces of esophageal epithelium has been revealed at transmission electron microscopy both in the rabbit acid-perfused esophagus and in esophageal biopsies from GERD patients. This study aimed to observe the changes of the intercellular spaces of squamous epithelium of lower esophagus in patients with GERD and the changes of intercellular spaces of patients with erosive esophagitis （EE） before and after omeprazole treatment. Methods Outpatients having GERD symptoms for more than 3 months and volunteers were collected. All of them underwent gastroendoscopy and 24-hour ambulatory pH monitoring. Biopsies were taken from the lower esophagus （2 cm above Z-line） for electron microscope examination. Five healthy volunteers, six non-erosive reflux disease （NERD） patients, and five EE patients were enrolled. Intercellular spaces of GERD patients and controls were calculated. Then we selected 20 patients with EE diagnosed by gastroendoscopy. All of them were treated with omeprazole （Losec, 20 mg bid） for 4 weeks then underwent gastroendoscopy again. Biopsies were taken from 2 cm above Z-line for electron microscope examination. All the patients completed the questionnaire about reflux symptoms before and after treatment. Results Intercellular spaces of esophageal epithelial cell in volunteers, NERD patients and EE patients were （0.37±0.07）μm, （1.31±0.08）μm, and （1.33±0.14）μm, respectively, with significant differences between the control group and the NERD group （P=0.000）. In the 20 EE patients, the mean intercellular space before treatment was （1.14±0.15） μm After treatment the intercellular space was （0.51±0.18）μm, a significant difference compared with pre-treatment measurements （P=0.000）. Schwertmannite(sh., a poorly crystalline iron(hydr)oxide that usually appears in acid mine drainage, plays a significant role in the immobilization of As(V). In this study, the effects of UV irradiation and oxalate on the dissolution of sh.with structurally incorporated As(V) [sh.As(V)] and the subsequent mobilization of As(V) were investigated at pH 3.0. In the dark, more total dissolved Fe was produced(the maximum value was 33.2 mg/L) in the suspensions of sh.As(V) with oxalate than in those without oxalate. UV irradiation slightly enhanced the mobilization of As(V) for the system of sh.As(V)-1 and sh.As(V)-2 in the absence of oxalate compared with that in the dark. However, in the presence of oxalate, UV irradiation caused the concentration of mobilized As(V) to decline by 630-875% compared with that in the dark. This study enhanced our understanding of the mobilization of As(V) and demonstrated that UV irradiation could contribute to the immobilization of As(V) on sh.in aqueous environments containing oxalate.
