[Objectives]The paper was to explore the effect of k fertilizer on the absorption of mineral elements in greenhouse-grown strawberry fruits.[Methods]A systematic investigation was conducted on the effects of k fertilizer dosage levels on the absorption of mineral elements in Fengxiang strawberries,an excellent variety suitable for cultivation in Anhui *** investigation was carried out under medium N and P conditions in a greenhouse.[Results]The N content of strawberry fruits increased as the k_(2)O dosage increased within the range of 0-250 kg/hm^(2).Similarly,the P content of strawberry fruits increased gradually with the increase of k_(2)O dosage within the range of 0-125 kg/hm^(2).[Conclusions]This study presents a basis for enhancing the absorption of mineral elements in strawberry fruit by applying k appropriately.

Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on acute myocardial infarction(AMi)***:The study period was from January 2020 to December 2023,the sample source was 82 AMi patients admitted to our hospital,grouped into an observation group(n=41)and a control group(n=41)by the numerical table *** patients in the control group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and the patients in the observation group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel *** clinical efficacy,coagulation indexes,and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events between the two groups were ***:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(Pion rate(PAR)of the observation group was lower than that of the con-trol group after treatment(Pignificant difference in the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(Pion:The treatment effect of clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on AMi patients is *** reduces the PAR and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,so this treatment method should be popularized.

Hydrogen has emerged as a promising alternative to meet the growing demand for sustainable and renewable energy *** hydrogen storage(UHS)in depleted gas reservoirs holds significant potential for large-scale energy storage and the seamless integration of intermittent renewable energy sources,due to its capacity to address challenges associated with the intermittent nature of renewable energy sources,ensuring a steady and reliable energy *** the existing infrastructure and well-characterized geological formations,depleted gas reservoirs offer an attractive option for large-scale hydrogen storage ***,significant knowledge gaps regarding storage performance hinder the commercialization of UHS *** deliverability,hydrogen trapping,and the equation of state are key areas with limited *** literature review critically analyzes and synthesizes existing research on hydrogen storage performance during underground storage in depleted gas reservoirs;it then provides a high-level risk assessment and an overview of the techno-economics of *** significance of this review lies in its consolidation of current knowledge,highlighting unresolved issues and proposing areas for future *** these gaps will advance hydrogen-based energy systems and support the transition to a sustainable energy *** efficient and safe deployment of UHS in depleted gas reservoirs will assist in unlocking hydrogen’s full potential as a clean and renewable energy *** addition,this review aids policymakers and the scientific community in making informed decisions regarding hydrogen storage technologies.

The purpose of this paper is to use the MaxDiff model to explore the factors influencing the work motivation of staff in certain government agencies in Jiangmen City,and to conduct relevant empirical *** study aims to propose strategies for improving work motivation among these staff *** results indicate that the most significant factors affecting the work motivation of staff in Jiangmen government agencies are salary and remuneration,additional welfare benefits,and the power to make decisions about their own *** contrast,factors such as a sense of belonging to the work unit,recognition of their work,and job security are less ***,it is recommended that government agencies in Jiangmen City increase the salaries and benefits of their staff and provide them with more decision-making *** approach will stimulate their desire to work,enhance their motivation,improve the efficiency of government agencies,and elevate the level of public ***,these measures will support the construction of a harmonious,stable,and orderly society.

Synthetic vascular grafts suitable for small-diameter arteries(in great ***,there are still no commercially available small-diameter vascular grafts(SDVGs) in clinical practice due to thrombosis and stenosis after in vivo *** designing SDVGs,many studies emphasized reendothelization but ignored the importance of reconstruction of the smooth muscle layer(SML).To facilitate rapid SML regeneration,a high-resolution 3D printing method was used to create a novel bilayer SDVG with structures and mechanical properties mimicking natural *** by the collagen alignment of SML,the inner layer of the grafts had larger pore sizes and high porosity to accelerate the infiltration of cells and their circumferential alignment,which could facilitate SML reconstruction for compliance restoration and spontaneous *** outer layer was designed to induce fibroblast recruitment by low porosity and minor pore size and provide SDVG with sufficient mechanical *** month after implantation,the arteries regenerated by 3D-printed grafts exhibited better pulsatility than electrospun grafts,with a compliance(8.9%) approaching that of natural arteries(11.36%) and significantly higher than that of electrospun ones(1.9%).The 3D-printed vascular demonstrated a three-layer structure more closely resembling natural arteries while electrospun grafts showed incomplete endothelium and immature *** study shows the importance of SML reconstruction during vascular graft regeneration and provides an effective strategy to reconstruct blood vessels through 3D-printed structures rapidly.

Obesity is associated with skeletal muscle mass loss and physical dysfunction. k.ill oil (kO) has been shown to be beneficial in human health. However， the effect of kO on obesity-induced skeletal muscle atrophy is still unclear. in this study， the male C57BL/6J mice were fed a high-fat diet (HFD) for 12 weeks to induce obesity， and then were intragastric administration with 400 mg/kg bw kO for an additional 6 weeks. The results showed that kO treatment reduced body weight， fat accumulation and serum pro-inflammatory cytokines in HFD-induced obese mice. importantly， kO treatment attenuated skeletal muscle atrophy in HFD-fed mice， as evidenced by preserving skeletal muscle mass， average myofiber cross-sectional area and grip strength. kO administration also mitigated obesity-induced ectopic lipid deposition and inflammatory response in skeletal muscle. Additionally， kO treatment inhibited the transcriptional activities of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) p65 and forkhead box O 3a (FoxO3a)， and then down-regulated muscle atrophy F-box (MAFbx) and muscle-specific RiNG finger protein 1 (MuRF1) protein levels in skeletal muscle from HFD-fed mice. kO administration also improved obesity-induced impaired muscle protein synthesis via activating Pi3k/Akt pathway. Furthermore， kO treatment enhanced muscle mitochondrial biogenesis in HFD-induced obese mice via activating PGC-1α pathway. Collectively， kO might be developed as a potential nutritional supplement for the prevention and treatment of obesity-induced skeletal muscle atrophy.

Lithium metal battery has great development potential because of its lowest electrochemical potential and highest theoretical ***,the uneven deposition of Li^(+)flux in the process of deposition and stripping induces the vigorous growth of lithium dendrites,which results in severely battery performance degradation and serious safety ***,the tetragonal BaTiO3 polarized by high voltage corona was used to build an artificial protective layer with uniform positive polarization direction,which enables uniform Li^(+)*** contrast to traditional strategies of using protective layer,which can guide the uniform deposition of lithium *** ferroelectric protective layer can accurately anchor the Li^(+)and achieve bottom deposition of lithium due to the automatic adjustment of the electric ***,the huge volume changes caused by Li^(+)migration change of the lithium metal anode during charging and discharging is functioned to excite the piezoelectric effect of the protective layer,and achieve seamless dynamic tuning of lithium deposition/*** dynamic effect can accurately anchor and capture Li^(+).Finally,the layer-modified Li anode enables reversible Li plating/stripping over 1500 h at 1 mA cm^(-2)and 50℃in symmetric *** addition,the assembled Li-S full cell exhibits over 300 cycles with N/P≈*** work provides a new perspective on the uniform Li^(+)flux at the Li-anode interface of the artificial protective layer.
